shoe addiction is our new vice!

I found this site when I had to place an order for one of my best friends weddings, and I fell in LOVE with it! Not only did i stay on the site the entire time I was at work that day I also got all the girls in my department to start shopping there as well! Now on pay days we look to see if there are any "new" shoes! I love them all and how colorful they are, just a really great shoe place and the prices are out of this world!

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I ODERED SOME SHOES && THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SHOES! WHEN I CALLED BACK TO SEE WHAT I COULD DO...THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY SIZE IN THE ONES I ORDERED!! Awesome Site for Club Clothes!!

I am usually pretty wary of buying from online websites that I am not familiar with but this website is legit. I am going to Vegas in a few weeks and came across the site looking for some dresses. I bought one dress just to test and make sure it shipped well before I bought anything else and it did! All the dresses are really nice and wear really well. I recommend this site to anyone looking for a spicy cocktail dress or something sexy to dance in ;)

Horrible service

I ordered an item and it shipped all the way to Georgia. I believe it was some mix up with the addresses. The customer service is horrible 3 agents hung up on me and did not correct my address. It takes forever for customer care to respond back. I stay in Chicago wtf. I also had to wait 2 months for them to tell me I can get a refund. I was disappointed because I needed the items for a special event. I will never shop at this company again. Trust me do not shop here RIP OFF and takes forever to talk to someone.

Awesome for the prices!

A friend told me about this site. I purchased a couple of items and they were really nice for the price. These items are not top notch quality however, for the low prices you can't beat It. I do wish the shipping was a lot cheaper. I spent $25 on two items and $10 of that was shipping. I would have ordered more but the shipping increased with the more items you purchased. I would purchase again. Shipment arrived quickly.

Amiclubwear has really nice shoes and the prices are incredible. One thing i didn't like is that i had returned about three pairs of shoes (my size) butttttttt they were tooo small and since they cannot exchange the shoes it took about 2-3 weeks for each pair of shoes to get store credit. Another thing i didn't like was that they only give you store credit for the shoes you are returning and not the shipping and handling which is about $14 for each order THATS RIDICULOUS, so there i lost $42 from my returns of shipping and handling. It also takes tooooo long to get delivered. The tracking number i got did not work at all and when you call to customer service they have you waitibg for 15 mins. Overall i did like the shoes but VERY BAD SERVICE

AMIClubwear is my guilty pleasure.

The shoes are very affordable and great quality. The free shipping over $50 is the cherry on top for me! I wish we could combine the free shipping with the many deals and coupons they send out. But it doesn't pay to use to the coupon and pay for shipping.

For the the times that I' ve purchased from this company i got great services the orders were exactly what i purchased , however the colours should be exactly stated for example the boots were labelles as teal or looked like teal and when I got them they were actually royal blue so i guess the description could be ranged.

Great dresses at awesome prices

I have been ordering dresses from AMIClubwear for years now. I love the styles as well as the prices. I will say that these dresses do tend to run a lot smaller than dresses you might get in a different store. They run closer to junior sizes than women's sizes. They always ship out quickly and customer service has always been quick to answer my emailed concerns with quick resolutions. All around this is a great company and I will continue to order from them for years to come.

Worth every Penny

I found this site by mistake. I love love the prices and all the shoes I have ordered. The reason why I have not brought as much I would like is the shipping. The shipping can cost more than the shoes. I have a hard time with that But if not for that I love my shoes and if compared this site has the best prices.

Okay

My first order i bought about 6 pairs of your boots and when I got them, I realized they were made mostly out of some sort of styrafom material. These were the flat, not heel boots. At 1st I was so excited, to find fun boots in awesome colors at great prices, but now they mostly sit in my closet, you can even tear them with you hands, as I did with one pair on accident. As a cosmetologist my wardrobe is limited to black, so I was looking for my pop of color in my accessories. I'm sorry to say I'm very disappointed. My husband did not know that I felt this way about your company and recently ordered my 3 more pairs, they have a small kitten heel and seem to be made of a little better material. I haven't tried to send them back as I figure I've already worn them. But like I said was disappointed, is there anything you can do or am I just stuck being an unhappy customer?

Gurl this website called amiclubwear is the bizzness I really think you should try it out you will not shop on or offline nowhere else believe that.

I will NEVER recommend this company to ANYBODY. First off it CLEARLY says any purchase over $50 is free shipping. When I made my order it was still pending the next day, I called about this and the person I talked to told me they had to charge me over $11 for shipping because of my location. This company is very unorganized. Then once I received my order they sent me the wrong shoes, I called about this and I was told I will receive my refund once they receive the shoes. It is now 2 weeks later and I still have no refund. Call wait times are just ridiculous, I called 3 times and each time I was one hold for 15 mins. I am very pissed off with this company. Whoever owns this defiantly needs to learn how to run a business because by the looks of the other reviews, I'm not the only one that's unhappy. I can see this company sadly go out of business witch is a shame but they actually have great stuff, just poor business skills.

I'm not one to be reckoned with

First of all the S&H price is ridiculous. I mean 19 dollars for shipping and handling? I don't even pay that much when I order things from Fuckin china or Canada..it's way too much considering the fact that your company is in the U.S( California ).... It's been a week and a couple of days since I placed my order and yet nothing....no updates..the tracking number I was given does not even work...I really wish I read the reviews befor I place my order. This company needs to get thier shit together because they can't be messing up like this.. People work hard for thier money and I can't afford for y'all to be messing up...if two weeks hit without my shoes being delivered ( not picked up) to my house. I would need a full refund !

Poor service - I want a refund

Normally, I don't order clothes online and I will not be ordering with AMIClubwear again. It's impossible to get a hold of customer service when you phone, and emails go unanswered. I want a FULL refund since my order has not been shipped yet. If I'm not refunded, then I will take further action.

I haven't recieve trackig number and can't get in touch with customer service

I didn't recieve a tracking number for my order and the tracking number isn't in my spam. I ask the lady who called, "Am I going to recieve my order before April 4th?" The lady said,"Yes". If I don't recieve my order before April 4th, I want all my money back from this order,because I tried to calll customer service to resolve the matter. I work hard for my money,therfore; I want quality service in return.

Customer Service Recovered What Could Have Been Bad

I've been ordering from AMI for the past 3 years and all my girlfriends order from this website too. So naturally, it's a website I can trust to have my items shipped ON TIME. I recently made an order this month (Mar 3rd) knowingly it would arrive on time before I had to leave out of town. This was not the case; the package was in my city on the 8th, as it should arrived but nothing was coming up. I gave it a couple extra days to see if it would be dropped off, but nothing. So I got in contact with customer service, and a gal had told me it was in my city so it should definitely be coming and then suggested I called UPS. Sure, I call UPS and they tell me they don't have the package and that I need to get back in contact with the sender. All right? Spoke to another guy and told me the same sh*t. Because I was running out of time, I had to call back the next day and so I did. In the morning I spoke to a gentleman Duke Vien, and answered my questions completely and expressed concern why my package wasn't being delivered. He called UPS and even had them CALL ME if they could locate the package since it was lost. Since he made the claim on the 13th with UPS my tracking item finally changed its status to "exception" and FINALLY, someone was trying to locate my stuff! At this point I'm already frustrated because I wanted to wear the items while I was on vacation, but that definitely wasn't happening. But before I left, I received emails and a phone call from Duke, updating me about my status and even wanted me to keep in contact with him once I heard from UPS. So, FINALLY I get a notice on my door that UPS stopped by and guess what, THEY FOUND MY GOD DAMN PACKAGE! So I went to the nearest UPS facility nearby and picked up my package on the 3/26! IT TOOK TWENTY-THREE DAYS!! Honestly, even though it took as long as it did to receive my package and the fact that I PAID FOR SHIPPING, it was the extra step Duke went to make sure this package was damn well getting delivered to my house and that's what really counts and what makes exceptional service because during this whole process I spoke to three other cust. reps and they overlooked my "3 days past" delivery date. So in the future, I WILL be ordering from AMI because if another incident like this happens again, I'll know who to get in contact with. If you wanna have your mystery package problems solved, ask for Duke Vien. Thanks for going the extra mile.

scam!

I ordered a pair of shoes from amiclubwear.com and with my order I also payed 12.95 for shipping and handling. I order the shoes two weeks ago and they still havent come! I've emailed and called trying to speak with someone about a refund and guess what..... no response. I later recieved a email saying I could pick my item up from their warehouse in California... which is impossible because I live in alabama and if this is the case I would like to know why I was charged for shipping and handling. And why it wad not made clear that they dont ship your items to your home. I think the whole website is a scam and has terrible customer service! I also have been tracking the item with an usp number they gave me and like the email it says its in California! Site needs to be shut down ASAP

Rip-Off

Amiclubwear has great stuff for great prices however they are a bit of a scam. I ordered a pair of heels from there once and they never came. Eventually I recieved an email saying my shoes had been shipped to some California location to be picked up. I live in Kansas so of course this is a problem. They do not inform you when you order that you package will not be shipped to your home. They ask you to put in a shipping address and charge dang near $15 for shipping and then the package is still delivered to some warehouse location in California. It is not made clear that you will still have to pick up your order after its been shipped to some strange location. I've been trying to email and call them for a refund but it is almost impossible to get ahold of them and when you do finally get to speak to somebody they basically BS you for a while then tell you there's nothing that they can do or they agreee to refund you but never actually do. Basically you just lose your money to this company unless you live by their California location.

This is the THIRD order, second of the same item that was "unable to be processed" after 3-4 weeks!!! The items were not labeled special order on the website, it said the were in stock!!!
I called about the last two orders weeks after I had put them in and was told of the " special order status" of my "in stock" items! Then the order was canceled. Tried to order again since the items were still offered on the site.... Same thing. They borrowed my money for three weeks and gave it back!
Here is the best! I found the SAME TWO OUTFITS at [External Reference Removed] at HALF the price of Amiclubwear, AND half the shipping!!!! Guess where I shop now?
AMI stinks

I will never ever ever shop here ever again

I order a swimsuit and still haven't receive it yet, I checked the tracking information for USPS and it says the order was delivered. Delivered to who? I've been home all week, I didn't receive anything so who in the world receive my order? They are ridiculous, I've had bad experiences with their wrong size shoes before but still decided to order because I really like the swimsuit but never again. I have friends who likes to shop there, I'll let them know of your scam.

Difficult

I normally don't post reviews but today I am at my wits end and this site seems to get attention from AMI. I placed an order a little over a week ago but never received an email with tracking info. I emailed twice and called twice without a response.

Today before I left work, I got an email saying my package had arrived...well part of my order that is...
So 1) I was surprised that it had been shipped and
2) it was missing two items.

So again, I called twice. I finally got someone on the line and she explained that two swimsuits were damaged which I understand not sending it out BUT when the order was processed and before even being shipped, I would have liked to have had some contact (especially to the prior two emails) about a possible replacement or some other option. The rep said that AMI could only ship the items that I order but she was unsure as to whether they would even be getting any more of the swimsuits. She said that they could either process a refund or store credit. I asked what were my shipping options and if she could figure out the amounts. I could hear the rep busy typing away for a moment and then she hung up!! I tried to call AGAIN but I got a voicemail.

This has been the most frustrating experience that I've had with an online purchase. I'm not sure if this is even worth the hassle any more especially with my trip being a week away!

UPDATE: Still no response via email or phone call
UPDATE #2: I only was able to speak with a lady yesterday (before she hung up) and I did receive an auto-message late last night. Today, I FINALLY received a voicemail from a rep(Priscilla) and after calling (three times) I finally got through. The rep made a note on my account that I called and said that Priscilla will call back shortly. I will let you all know how that goes... fingers crossed!!

Sizing and Products are completely different then shown on the AMI website! Horrible Customer Service

I have ordered many times from Ami and its usually ok, but the customer service is horrible, the staff over the phone is very rude and even hang up on you! I just received my biggest order yet. Out of the total 8 items ordered 3 items are completely not as shown online and 2 items the sizes are completely off! I have tried calling between business hours to receive a recording saying they are closed now 4 days in a row. I have sent an email but it usually takes anywhere from a week to two to get a response from anyone I've learned in the past. The little red riding hood costume I ordered says its a medium but is big enough to be a XXL, absolutely huge and some details are different then online! For the shoes I even called AMI before completing the order to make sure the shoes and clothing follows the size chart on the website, and the customer service woman guaranteed the sizes will be correct or I could return them free of charge. So the Black patent Round Toe Mary Jane Heels I got for the costume, are way bigger then then the size 8 they say. Why bother putting a size chart on the website its completely useless? 2 dresses and a bathing suit I also got are completely different then what is show on their website, the colors, patterns, and even the materials are not the same as they advertised. You should not put pictures of items and send something completely different in color and style! If I wanted something different I would have ordered it. Best of all I can’t get ahold of anyone from ami to return and exchange these items, which I will probably have to pay to ship these items back again from Canada. They should really have people check the phone lines and emails between there "open business hours", instead of just saying they are closed. I have never been so un-pleased with ami and will never be ordering again if I cant get the proper items I ordered.

Also please note, all of our products are manufactured by different company (thus we carry many different brands). Our trained representatives would have advised you of any fitting variances between different brands. The size chart online as it states, is for general reference only. Whenever our shoe models feels any big differences in fitting than her normal size, we will post it on the item description page to alert our customers of any fitting variances. Also, the costume size purchased was ML (medium - large) so the fitting will be from a medium up to a large. costume sizes tend to be in SM or ML which is the standard sizing for any costume manufacturer. The BEST customer service ever

I love shopping online and we all now how Frustrating It can be. I'm a fan and a customer of Ami club wear. I personally Work with customers everyday, Just because of that sometime I spent a good service. Im going to make this short. I wish i can hug this guy He save my life. I'm going on vacation in a week and order some item online, I was assuming that My order going to arrive on time before my vacation, but because of some items my order was backorder. I called yesterday to double check Found out why my order was in Processing Status. I spoke to a guy name Duke Vien. I have never felt so comfortable and relieve my entire life he solve my problem have everything ready for me and I'm going to receive my order two day before I go on vacation. Its good to know that you have people that work like this for customers and they go out of the way to make them happy. Vien was amazing he called me next day just to tell me everything is set and confirm. My order is going to be delivered on Tuesday. I want to take this time to tell you thank you Duke Vien.

Dishonest communication, do not recommend

I ordered items on 3/1 that I need to receive by 3/20. I figured that 20 days was PLENTY of time to receive the order, even with 2-4 days of extra processing required. I have followed up via email three times to check on the status of this order with no response. The only response I did receive was from the Facebook page, which assured me that my order would be in the mail by 3/6 or 3/7. It's now 3/11 and I have yet to receive any communication about my order, even after following up via Facebook. I have attempted to call but have been on hold for over 20 minutes each time, and my job doesn't allow me to sit on the phone on hold all day. I have emailed to ask for a refund and gotten no response.

I am in my mid-20s and have never dealt with a company like this before. AMI Clubwear, I have faith that you will respond and make this right, either with a shipping confirmation or a refund TODAY.
