before visiting angling active,s site I tried the rest , the reply was sorry not in stock we will email you when this product is next available. This was not the case at angling active I had the product next day

Amazing customer service!!
I ordered a Rio Skagit iFlight from Angling Active and was desperate to have this delivered on the following day for a fishing trip. These lines are pretty scarce at the moment as they are a new product and not many suppliers have them. Angling Active were fantastic and got the line to me on the following day as promised. Not only was this friendly, polite and professional service, the P&P charges were very reasonable. Massively impressed and will be a returning customer

Angling Active has a great service... Now it's my favorite Angling Store
I got my packet to Denmark in a few days.. My order was the fantastic Airflow Back Pack fly west.. but a little mistake has putting the Airflow without backpack in my packet.. Also a very nice west in high quality and for a resonable price to.. I send a picture from my Ipod to Angling Active Customer Service and in five minute i got the answer.. We can see you got the wrong west, we will send out the right west today.. Three days later i got the right west on my address in Denmark.. all for free..
I think it's the best service ever i got.. And my recommands is.. Buy both the wests as fast you can.. they are amazing .. /Kim

Very good service.
I needed a little sizing advice before ordering, and the staff were very obliging, taking measurements of the garment for me, enabling me to order the correct size with confidence.
One of the biggest problems with ordering clothing online is of course sizing/fit, so those retailers who take that extra trouble to help in that regard are much appreciated.
