We at ao.com love customers giving us their feedback so we can make sure that making people happy and just as importantly improve our service. I am sorry we were unable to unpack your new fridge freezer and take away the packaging, it is the only service we do not exclusively offer.
I will admit we did used to offer this service (we still do if you opt for connection or it is requested pre delivery), we only stopped after completing a massive customer opinion poll over a six months period.
I have fed this back to our Quality Team, because we do thrive on all feedback, it is why we have become the best appliance company in the UK and we are only going to get better.
