It was really easy to order the washer/dryer and to arrange a speedy delivery. The delivery went a little bit wrong, but in a good way........ I was expecting a notification giving me a 4 hour window, however the delivery arrived at 7.00am! The delivery gentleman were absolutely super. I deducted the star because I received a follow up phone call asking about my experience but really trying to sell me the extended warranty. The operative told me that the manufacturers' TWO YEAR warranty was no good once I had tried the machine, so I really needed to take the additional warranty. I think I may have spotted a training need with the customer service/after care staff!!
