We recently purchased a samsung American style fridge freezer and a new washing machine, both great appliances and perfect deliveries, amazing customer service but am extremely disappointed with the cash back promotion , I have now applied twice and several phone calls made am still waiting for the promised cash back, come on ao.com / DRL sort it out!
