This was the first time I used Appliance House and I must say I was very impressed with the whole experience. Ordering the item was simple and straightforward. Got regular emails to inform me on the progress of the delivery - even with options to move my delivery date or to deliver to a neighbour instead, Most impressive was a text with a time to the hour when a the delivery would be made and the name of the driver. The delivery was on time as on time and the item was well packed.
I would definately use them Appliance House again.
Ordered a sink from a well-known DIY chain and was given a delivery date of 2 weeks. I phoned early evening on the day the delivery was due only to be told that I had been misinformed when ordering and delivery would not be for a further 2 weeks! Had to cancel the order as I needed the sink sooner - this was holding back the completion of my new kitchen as granite worktop template could not be done until sink was in place. Reordered exactly the same sink that evening from Appliance House (Friday night) and received delivery of the sink the following Tuesday! Now that's what I call service. Well done Appliance House.
A good company / website (Appliance House) to buy from. Prices - probably the cheapest on the web and the delivery was a tracked next day service (they used DPD).
The item was packaged very well (box in a box) and was not damaged in any way. Only issue with the delivery service was the driver could not wait for me to check the item before I signed for it. He said he was in a hurry and that I don't need to sign for it but later (in his van) he signed for it in my name (cheeky). Appliance House tell you twice (when going through their checkout) to check before you sign because damaged unchecked but signed for items will not be replaced. When you get your comfirmation email it says you have 5 days to report any damaged items (make your mind up Appliance House!)
Also, if you pay through PayPal (like I did) when the website takes you to your PayPal account and you have paid for the item, it does not return back to the Appliance House website so that you can complete your order - it didn't for me. I had to phone them up to check if my order was completed because I never got the comfirmation email.
Overall, a good purchase.

Bought a Quooker hot water tap for my fathers 80th, ordered it in plenty of time, because when I have ordered items in the past it can take up to a week to get delivered, received the tap within 26 hours and I am in Wales, great

Always have reservation when using new companies for the first time, but hopefully I will use Appliance House again. Product ordered was far cheaper than any where else and delivery is free. DPD give you a hour time slot and arrived in the middle of it, so there one of the best as well.
I purchased the Gorenje, RF 60309, Free-Standing Retro Fridge Freezer in cream on 09/04/2013The process on the website was very and had confirmation of the purchased straight away.I received an email the next day to say the item was in stock and to be delivered on 11/04. As advised the delivery came on 11/04.The Fridge Freezer is amazing and is actually far better looking in person and the quality is much better than I thought it would be.Considering this item is was £600 cheaper than a Smeg and in my personal opinion, far superior quality as well (My sister has Smeg in the same design) Great Product and Second to none service.
I'd never heard of Appliancehouse and simply found them via a google search when looking for the kitchen tap make/model number I wanted. I picked them because they were the cheapest .co.uk site on the net. I placed my order and enquired via emial re: delivery timeframe. They replied immediately say it was in stock an so t would be delivered 'next day' (at no extra cost) and they sent texts throughout the 'next day' service to keep me updated. The tap was delivered as promised in the specific time slot promised. I can't fault them (even if I tried hard to).
They emailed me to say that my goods were on the way and another email to say between certain times and I thought Oh No I'm at work :( but there was the facility to say take it to another address ie next door. Brilliant...so I clicked on that and yes when I came in from work next door gave me my parcel. Reliable or what? Cant fault the service :)
The appliance arrived on time but the Delivery guy never bothered to deliver it at my address , athough we were there. He just neft a note to say that it had been left with the neighbours, who are elderly and it was a realtively heavy parcel for them to be bothered with. Disappointing.
We knew exactly what we wanted and Appliance House were the second cheapest by some twelve pounds that I could find online. That said, the 'cheapest' company, I found to be less than comfortable with in entrusting my card details with whilst entering into the transaction. They were currently experiencing something of an issue with their credit/debit card merchant, and could 'only accept payment by way of BACS!' Appliance House by contrast, was exactly as one would hope for and want whilst dealing with an online purchase. I have no criticism whatsoever with my/our purchase, and indeed rate them accordingly with five stars. Receipt of the order was I think completed within around 48 hours. Most certainly recommended.
I ordered a Hotpoint gas hob from Appliance House Ltd. The one that arrived was not the one I ordered, in fact it was an obsolete Hotpoint model. I telephoned Appliance House the next day to inform them. I spoke to Lee who sorted the problem immediately. The model that I want is out if stock until Monday. I am expecting delivery on Tuesday and the carrier will take away the other one. As I had arranged for a plumber to install the hob I still had to pay him a £50 call out charge for wasted time. Appliance House are going to refund me this money. You can't say fairer than that! 10 out of 10 for customer service. Hopefully the new one will arrive next week?
I had a sink delivered, the entire order to delivery cycle was very professional and efficient. I had to change next day delivery to the day after and this was easy one touch of a number (by text). Very happy with the service.
I was looking for an integrated extractor fan for my new kitchen. I knew the make and model so did a Google search for the best price. Appliance House was easily £10 cheaper than the cheapest price I had seen and also included FREE Delivery which saved me approximately £25 or about 30% of the high street price.
Ordered on Thursday 14th February, delivered the next day. Perfect

From start to finish easy website, regular updates about delivery (next working day for free!) first class packaging and a product which was top quality and half the price of large DIY stores. Customer service also most helpful well done to the whole team as it works like clockwork.
Appliance House are great to do business with. Item delivered as specified and in double quick time. Stainless steel lever mixer tap, excellent quality and comes with flexible tails which was a bonus and I was not expecting.
