Cheapest and next day free delivery!
We needed a tap the next day and the one we wanted varied a lot in price online. One call to Appliance House and not only were they the cheapest but it was free next day delivery. Fantastic service!

Eyecatching and elegant
The plumber has just installed the new taps for the kitchen today. The order was expedited extremely quickly by Appliance House, just a couple of days after ordering online. The item was packed very nicely and completely undamaged.
I am also delighted with the cost of the taps - very competitive pricing - and the company is very accessible in case of a query too.

Satisfactory, pleased to get my taps!
Very pleased with my product Adobe mixer taps, but delivery took about a week which was longer than anticipated. As it happened my kitchen refurb has been delayed so it didn't matter in the end. I waited in all day as no time for delivery was mentioned, at 5pm I went online to track the parcel only to find it had been delivered next door at 10.44am that morning????

Just to confirm the delivery timeframe, your order was received and processed on a Friday morning (as you placed the order after 8pm the day before) with the item indicating a 2-5 working day expected delivery. You were emailed after placing the order by Alex to confirm the delivery day (Wednesday), new stock was received on Tuesday, despatched the same day, and delivered to you on the Wednesday as had previously been confirmed, the 4th working day. We are sorry that this did not meet your expectation, but we are very glad to hear you are pleased with the mixer tap.

Faultless service!
Excellent staff on the phone when I called to check availability on one item, he even went into the warehouse to double check the computer was correct and the item was physically available. I ordered and it arrived the next at exactly the time they said it would. No complaints at all.

Product great - Delivery went wonky
Got a message to say that the product was to be delivered on this particular day but the website it referred me to seemed to have lost the item or sent it somewhere else. Whatever I decided not to stay in and sent e-mails to both companies. No one replied with what was happening - I only got an e-mail (basically the same one from the courier and the vendor) at the beginning of the next day saying that the part would be delivered that day. Unfortunately I was out all that day but fortunately returned 30 minutes before the item was delivered. At the end of the day all was well and the product works fine . But it could have gone wrong spectacularly.
The reply below was well received. Thank you. This experience won't put me off as in most cases described in these reviews everything went well. I assume I must just have been unlucky!

Helpful and excellent service
Our Yorkshire sink arrived with a fault. We needed another asap as the plumber was on site. Your helpful and courteous team organised for a replacement to be delivered the next day. We were very grateful and would buy from Appliance House again.

Quick, very quick delivery
Ordered goods on a Saturday got a text on the Monday to say would delivery be ok Tuesday had to delay until the Wednesday was not expecting it to be that speedy,we got a further text to give a delivery time who the carrier would be and his name. We will certainly use them again. Oh forgot to say just what we needed at a very competitive price and NO delivery charge.

Speedy service!
Ordered an Evoline pop up socket and it was delivered within a couple of days, I was also given a choice if delivery dates and on the morning if delivery given delivery time. Very efficient service.

The description of the product was not very accurate
I have purchased AH Power Port 2-USB, Pop-Up Socket which as description states should have an aluminium housing. In fact the cap turn out to be made from aluminium plastic colour, which is a bit disaapointing.
Apart from the description the overall experience was good.

we were kept informed constantly. the tap was required to finish off kitchen. we were amazed to receive the tap the following day, now fitted. also my wife rang for a copy of warranty as our fitter has thrown ours out, it was emailed straight away,

Having searched the internet and been let down by other suppliers who made promises that they could not fulfil, Appliance House were a dream to deal with. I got immediate answers to all my queries and the product was shipped that afternoon for the next day. Their prices are great and the service was the best. Tops For Taps
Ordered taps on the Thursday over the phone, Alistair was very helpful, they were out of stock, but he managed to get the set of kitchen taps I wanted to me by the Monday.
Good courier service too, with a one hour time slot and very good communications.
I would recommend them definitely.

Best service ever!
I was really impressed with the service I received from Appliance House Ltd. I shop online regularly and often encounter problems with missed delivery dates, lack of communication etc and returning goods can be very stressful.
