Fast delivery
I ordered a UK C4 eled light As i live in portugal it was delivered to my freight agent within 2 days. It was as advertised, it all seems ok. I think Aquanauts runs a first class service I have only one comment to make: The light i ordered was yellow, the one that arrived was black.

Excellent and sensible advice, backed up by good value and prompt delivery.
Aquanauts were very helpful on the telephone when I enquired about dive watch options, and had the best prices and selection of the models I was looking for. I received great advice telephonically and then ordered online, with same day shipment of my order.

Good price, quick delivery.
The item I ordered was the same price as other shops, but the delivery was included in that, so worked out much cheaper.
Plenty of emails were sent letting me know the status of the order, and it only took only took a few days to come through.
Overall I'm very happy with my dealings with Aquanauts.

A lot of bottle
looking for a dive cylinder search engine took me to aquanauts. web site easy to negotiate and buying on line simple. All that shopping on line should be. What I didn't expect was just how quickly they would deal with my order. In fact if they were any quicker the courier would have needed to waken me up. From Plymouth to Fife very impressed will certainly be using aquanauts for all my diving equipment.

Fantastic customer service
I ordered a specific set-up of gear - Apeks DS4/ATX 40 regulators & an O2 clean contents gauge on a 6" hose, pretty classic stage cylinder components.
The order came through really quickly, but the gauge in the packet was not the one ordered. I emailed Aquanauts and within two hours had a call saying that a replacement unit was in the post (in fact, a more expensive replacement) and that when I returned the other gauge, the postage would be refunded to me. The replacement arrived the next day. An easy mistake to make, but an excellent response.

Very good service
I placed my order late in the day and was telephoned by the shop to check that it was OK for it to be dispatched the following day. This was fine as the I wasn't planning to use the dive computer for a couple of weeks. However it was good to get this level of personal customer service
The computer duly arrived 2 days after the order was place and I am very pleased with it

Aquanouts bothered to phone me to explaiin that since the next day was Good Friday it woul not come till after easter - I had expected this anyway but was impressed that they made the effort.

They realised i messed my order up and called me to explain what i was doing wrong!
I tried to order but PayPal crashed too many times. Eventually i switched to Card and it worked easily so not an Aqunauts problem. The attenmpts however created orders and with this looking odd they called me to ask if i was aware...other outfits would have taken the orders and sent them!

value for money fast reliable service
