value for money fast reliable service
once clicked onto paying method there is no option to go back and change the payment method. I clicked on the wrong payment, the only way to get the payment option I wanted was to re-order.

Absolutely amazing customer service
After searching every online and local shop for the best deal on a suunto vyper, i found aquanauts had the best price with a free usb cable. I ordered my vyper computer and less than an hour later I received an email saying it would be delivered by courier the next day complete with a tracking email to give me a time of delivery. The next day my new vyper arrived at exactly the time stated. I was so happy with my purchase and will use them for all my online dive purchases.

Excellent service and price
Their free delivery service is better than any paid one!
They called me on the same day I ordered my diving computer to make sure that the delivery address was correct. After the call they sent me a text to inform me that the package would come the next day between 3:15 and 4:15pm, and it did. It cannot be any better than this!!!
Strongly recommended, I will buy from them again.

Cheapest Suunto Helo2 in EU, rapid delivery, responding to e-mails
I was looking for Suunto Hel02, and I found it here about 100 euros (I'm eaving in France) cheaper than 'chez' the cheapest on-line stores in EU, and about 200 euros cheaper than in France..............

Very Quick Delivery
Ordered some Fourth Element Wrist Warmers at 11 o'clock Thursday, they arrived the next day and with free delivery.
This meant I could be using the warmers that weekend when diving - awesome!
The warmers themselves where well packaged and sent recorded delivery and the checkout process was very good - I didn't create an account, although I would recommend you do as then you can track the status of your order.
I will definitely be using Aquanauts more often.

My Butt Accessory arrived super fast :-) Can I say that?
Purchased a Dive Rite "Buttplate" for side mounting my cylinders. Excellent service from the folks at Aquanauts. Arrived a bit faster than I expected via Royal Mail. So if you're on a dive trip with me, I'll be sure to get you to take a look at my butt, beautifully decorated with the accessory from Aquanauts... (It's OK to say that as well is it?)

Needed it fast and got it even quicker...
My dive computer packed up days before going holiday and I was really annoyed, I hadn't checked it for a while. I went on the net and found what I wanted quickly at Aquanauts and at a great price. I rang them up and they said they could get it to me the day before I went. I processed the order on line and then waited, I had to take there word for it. But I needn't of worried it arrived just as they said it would. Thanks guys...

Great service, good price, fast delivery and good comms
First time I have used Aquanauts and was happy to find they offered a really excellent service.
Living 'up north' I usually nip into Dive Life in person to get my kit fix and am more than happy with the service they offer. On this occasion though I was desperate for some xl Jet Fins and fast but Dive Life (and many others) had the xl size on back order. I tried a few other local dive shops but was met with confusion as to what Scubapro Jet Fins where and why I needed those particular fins.
With my GUE fundies booked for March I knew I needed to ditch my split fins and get practicing with some proper Scubapro Jet Fins the next weekend. Some friends who had done a GUE primer with James suggested I gave him a ring at Aquanauts. When I spoke to James, he knew exactly what I wanted and dispatched them on a next day courier. His confidence and GUE credentials gave me reassurance that I was ordering what I wanted. James kept me updated by email of the order progress and I got a nice sms from the courier telling me what time my delivery would arrive in the morning.
Overall can't really fault them except I may now need to arrange a diving trip to Plymouth to use up the free air fill vouchers I was given with my fins.

Best price and speedy delivery
I bought a Sunnto D4i for my son's 21st. Aquanauts was one of the best prices and because they included delivery in the price I went with them. Others were a pound or two cheaper but hadn't included delivery (I have an issue when companies adding extras at the checkout). To my surprise it arrived within a couple of days and in time for the birthday meal. So in future I will always check out the Aquanauts' website for my dive gear.

Quick & efficient
The website was easy to navigate and place my order. Within the hour I had a call to say that one item was out of stock but they were expecting delivery soon, in fact, the whole order was delivered 2days after. The SMS notification for delivery time & options I thought was a good idea - overall a very good experience from start to finish.

Excellent service what more can you say.
I found the website easy to use and payment was made so simple with Paypal. Goods arrived very quickly which was a surprise as shipping was free I even got 2 free air fill tokens and as I only about 30 miles away I maybe tempted to visit and dive with them. I will be using them again for sure.

Excellent service
I got to know them because they were the first in Europe that I could find with the new Suunto DX. Their customer service could not have been better - there were some issues with the order (the exact model I wanted wasn't available yet) and they were extremely responsive, reactive and overall very good. Since then have order additional products and again they were excellent.

Aquanauts, top value for money
i had been looking around for a bungee mount for my Suunto computer, most of the bigger online dive shops had them in but the price varied.
Aquanauts weren't the cheapest for the item but when you looked at it as a deal they came top for value for money, the way they did this is the little extras that other places didn't offer such as including the bungee cord, including free UK P&P and what makes it even better for me I even got a couple of vouchers for free air fills at the shop...
The process of buying was nice and easy and the fact that they tale credit card or paypal gets a thumbs up from me.
Its little things like this that will make sure that if i need bits of kit Aquanauts will be top of the list for checking.
