Had a good experience with Aquatics. Clear no nonsense website with plenty of help and info. Competitive prices and speedy delivery. Well satisfied. Only let down was the confirmation email. Was non-exsistant in my case. Products ordered did arrive tho. Will defo use again no hesitation.
was not told about my order had to send email to find about it it was for sea water and was told u werent getting any in or was finding it hard to get .now looken on ur webpage not only have u got it in its on sale now and wasnt told about and wasnt told about sale on if i was told u were getting some in would have waited but again wasnt told
Having received an email about some products, I went onto the web page and ordered some goods. Little did I realise that I had ordered a whole pack of pond baskets instead of just one! In the evening a very nice man phoned me to question my order and sorted it out with ease. I duly had a refund for the wrong amount of baskets and in due course my products arrived. I have ordered from this company several times now and each time the items have arrived quickly and have been well packaged. I was also sent an email after the packages were sent telling me how many there were going to be and who was delivering them. I had an issue with my payment (all my fault as my debit card on paypal expired) so they contacted me and I quickly resolved the payment. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with as their customer service is excellent.
I placed a small order for an aquarium lid. The Goods arrived in a timely fashion. Part of the prodcut was glass and it was obvious great care had been taken to additionally package the original packaging to ensure no damage occurred during shipping.

I brought two products.one was aquatic plant on wood which came really quick.it was larger and nicer than the picture.I was really impressed and well worth the money.next I ordered the coconut as it was unusual.this too came really quick but unfortunately the plant is very black .I've put it in the aquarium hoping it will pick up but it is still looking a bit dead.it's a shame because the service is really great.

the air stone I purchased is a lot better than any pet stores sells,the hose cleaner is probably the best accessory for cleaning I'v ever bought and I'v been keeping fish for 49years!!!! this deserves a name -hence wiry worm what a brilliant bit of equipment.
I originally ordered a product on 29 January. I received the wrong product (quickly) on 30 January - and emailed to inform of the error. I was asked to return the wrong product (no offer of return postage credit - although this WAS eventually credited) - and was told that the correct product would be sent out to me. 7 days later I still have not received the product I ordered, having had to chase it once again.
My original review in February mentioned that the goods I ordered were slow to arrive, which they undoubtedly were; however, some 3 months later, my home phone rang.
It was David, the company owner. Firstly, he apologised for the fact his company had let me down. He assured me steps had been taken to rectify issues such as that I'd experienced.
He was honest and told me that he didn't want to see bad reviews online, reviews which - to be honest - are generally there forever and would therefore always reflect badly on his company; he wanted people to feel they could genuinely edit said reviews and bring them up-to-date with how people viewed his company today.
He went on to say he cared about his customer's opinions of his business, and wanted to put things right, and asked what he could do to make that so.
Completely surprised as I was by his phone call, I told him that he had already changed my view. The fact that he had taken the trouble to read the review; taken the trouble to act on it; taken the trouble to ask what he could do to improve my perception of his business had already changed my view.
David quite clearly REALLY does care about his business, and he cares about his customers.
A very rare combination and one worthy of a thumbs up from me. Yes, I did initially have problems with slow delivery of my original order, but David has sought to put that right, personally.
By way of a goodwill gesture, he has also supplied me with a discount voucher for my next order. I won't be using it. David charges a fair price for his products but it would appear offers a customer service second to none. I am happy to pay full price for that sort of combination. And he still has a living to make :-)

i paid over a week ago and been told it hasnt been sent out yet.
the only reason i ordered was because its a difficult product to get hold of in the shops but will probabally order from another online shop next time.
i should have been told it wasnt in stock as now i have to order from somewhere else before fish become ill from insuffient water changes
I knew how much I would need to spend to get what I wanted. Or rather, I thought I did until I stumbled across this website. And to have a Best Offer option also. Crazy!! Will come back here for all my aquatic needs.
My Eheim power filter leaked. I was referred here by Eheim Germany. I ordered replacement parts which seemed to be the likely culprits and they were quickly delivered, although postage was rather high for just 2 rubber seals. The seals didnt fix the problem so I rang for help. The guy I talked to was knowledgeable and very helpful - I couldn't have asked for a better service. More parts are on their way and I would recommend this Company to anyone. Its so refreshing to talk to someone who is knowlegable and cares.
