My wife was CHUFFED with her flowers, especially as I'm not usually the flower sending type of guy. Who can be bothered to trudge to an actual shop and mess about trying to imagine the kind of bouquet your loved one would want, AND then try to communicate that to the florist without having to keep a eye on how much the £'s are racking up? My heads hurting already. With arena I can browse through tons of options, each intuitively organised, to make selecting the perfect bunch easy and I can instantly see what the damage will be. The flowers arrived in a bomb proof box, seriously these boxes are probably the most robust I've ever seen, put a gun turret and tracks on them and you've got a TANK!
So ordered some flowers which never arrived, tried to get in touch with CS but no luck, despite trying for a good couple of hours.
They then said they would provide me with a voucher code as a way of saying sorry, which was fair enough BUT when I entered the code it said 'code not recognized'.
Seriously, peeved off with this lot...STAY AWAY!
Also, notice that all the 5* reviews on this site have only ever reviewed 1 site...which just so happens to be Arena Flowers...
i was really struggling with what to send my nan for her 85th, especially as i forgot until today, and its tomorrow.
i really didnt want to support the chemical flower industry, which is horrific in it use of chemicals and energy.
so, i was very happy to find arena flowers.

great images to see exactly what you are getting and really quick and easy to use. if the delivery is as good as the site will defiantly use again.
The only site i have found where i can select the actual flowers i want - it's just what i needed and so easy to use.
Just used arena again for mothers day because last year she was very happy with what I sent her and she is very hard to please (sorry mum but you are.!)
...Delivers flowers, faultlessly. They always have done and therefore I will choose these guys every time in future. I always get the same comments from the people I send to: "How do you make the flowers last so long?". Well, it's not me and I've no idea how they do it but I just smile and appear a little smug. Thanks ArenaFlowers.com for making me look a lot better than I actually am!

Easy to find and buy the product I wanted and the step-by-step process made it easy to personalise my gift. If I HAD to hcange antyhingl, it would be the fact that I was asked to add my email twice and there should be a "format" clue with adding your card number (do I need to add spaces, or don't I?)
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND WILL USE AGAIN :)
I live in Adelaide South Australia both our Mothers live in UK. I have been using Areana Flowers for several years now. They have provided excellent service. Website is great and user friendly. Both our Mother have been exceptionally please with the flowers the have received.
PS. Also the couriers that deliver the flower.
So I ordered with them, they took my money. The flowers didn't arrive at all. So I placed a second order, the service was really poor and then the replacement arrived dead and there were only a few flowers, I did have lots of grass and dead looking trea.
The people from this business are very bad and they tried to bribe me to remove all of my reviews, by stating that I may and I stress "may" be able to have a second discount.
Please avoid this really bad flower shop. AVOID AVOID.
Items look great on the website.
When they arrive, they are nothing like what you see on the website.
What you do get is the really cheap off the shelf flowers that you see in supermarkets, but not only that they arrive dead!
But another problem, they don't arrive as promised at the right time. When you try to complain the service is just awful!!!
Well, I had some what satisfied experience. I have ordered from them two times, they delivered on time and the flowers were good too. All in all, I would recommend them to give a try.
I have used Arena a few times before and I wanted to surprise my wife with a birthday treat whilst on holiday. It's impossible to know what local florists are going to be like so using Arena seemed like the obvious thing. We had a beautiful bouquet delivered on the right day and with flowers still in bud -- they still look amazing days afterwards.
I saw the reviews here about Valentine's flowers. Mine were ordered a few days after and all seems to be fine now. I've not had a problem before so guess it's all solved now.

Firstly let me know at 1pm on Valentines day that they would not be able to fulfill (which defeated the object and forced me to go to a local florist who gave me their last rose, but it was awesome!!), but would give me 50% back, and double the roses, and 50% off my next order (which I will not be using!!!). The roses then came the next day squashed in a box, with two bunches of 12 (very random), all closed. When I complained was told that the outer petals are for protection, and that they ship them to give the maximum time to last, and 2 weeks on 1 out of 24 actually opened.
AWFUL customer service, awful flowers, just plain awful. Pay the extra and support a local florist instead, totally worth it.

A friend sent me a bouquet from Arena a few years ago. Since then I have never used anyone else. They are on time, at the correct address! and the flowers are beautiful and fresh. They are obviously picked and packed with care and I have had nothing but positive feedback from my recipients. Refreshing to order something on line and not have to think about it again until you get a call saying Thanks!

Funny how the same people below are leaving the same "positive" comments on a number of review sites....work for Arena and trying to salvage some of your reputation before mothers day by any chance?
A despicable tactic employed by Arena after the fiasco that was Valentines day, thousands of people left out of pocket and with no flowers on Valentines day!
Over a week later still no flowers...and still waiting, chasing and being fobbed off for my refund!
Don't get your mothers day flowers from these people if you actually want them delivered on mothers day!
Customer service non existent!
My advice.... go to a local florist.

12 Red Roses and Cinera was the first order I made from Arena Flowers and when they arrived the bouquet looked stunning according to my Cousin. Flowers were fresh and smelt lovely. Best quality flowers he had ever received at a great affordable (for me) and unbeatable price. Very happy customer and a very, very happy man on the receiving end. Thanks Arena

I sent my Grandmother, who loves flowers and gardening, a bunch of white roses for her Birthday, and they lasted in perfect condition for nearly two weeks. She spoke about it for weeks and was so happy about them. They were stunning. I'd recommend this company to anyone. I don't use anyone else now.

Bought valentines flowers, company sent an apology email saying they couldn't deliver on the 14th despite ordering on the 12, was disappointing but these things do happen, was promised a doubling to 24 roses, on the 15th, they didn't arrive until the following monday and only 12 arrived.
Safe to say this company has a long way to go to operating a smooth operation that wont disappoint it's customers.
I've used Arena Flowers for the last few years for Valentines, always great service, great flowers and great value.
Will definitely be using again.

This company made a huge mistake by not delivering thousands of Valentines day Flowers on the day and then promised to send an upgraded bouquet on the day after. Well as you can guess, hundreds of these never arrived and so lots of people and their wives, partners etc. were let down on the big romantic day of the year. They, of course, blamed the courier (yeah right!) and offerd to give everyone a refund. Well many of us didn't want a refund, we wanted the flowers, however late. The company seem to feel it is more important to limit their financial outlay than it is to retain and win customers. maybe they have got so big that they can afford to lose a few. Because I politely discussed this matter on their Facebook page they blocked me and deleted my posts (they did the same to many others too). Suffice it to say I will not be using this company again, and I will be recommending to anyone else that they don't touch this company with a bargepole. Incompetent and unprofessional are both words that would describe this company well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I have been using Arena Flowers for six years and have sent monthly deliveries to someone and also birthday flowers to friends and relatives etc. I have sometimes included extra gifts with these which have always been very welcome. Someone pretty high up in show business received some from me and asked where I got them. They are used to getting flowers all the time but were most impressed by the quality of Arena flowers and said they would use them in future. Arena have sent me champagne and flowers as a thank you on several occasions which was very unexpected but very kind - I am more used to giving than receiving!
I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
Hi, im a student and wouldnt normally write a review. I ordered for valentines and no delivery, and tried to contact with this company via email and phone calls, no response, I spent 34.99 on ordering from this website, and not only did they change my delivery date to the 15th (after clearly having a confirmation email saying 14th feb) they failed to deliver on this date as well. If you were honestly considering ordering PLEASE DO NOT ORDER!! I normailly ignore bad reviews on the internet thinking it was customers being fickle. DO NOT ORDER, DO NOT ORDER!! please tkae ym advice.
I am now advised by auto response that Arena will get round to responding to my emails by the middle of the week, this follows previous assurances that I would be contacted at the very latest by yesterday.
This is somewhat hard to fathom as they claim that the fiasco only affected a small number of customers.
What do the consider a small number?
Are there actually any customers out there who were not affected?
Phones are still turned off and Facebook messages still being deleted, not mine of course because I have been blocked.

After ordering flowers on the 9th to be deliverd on Valentine's Day!! It took me tracking the order down that They change the delivery date to the 15th!! No call No email!!! After 4 emails to customer no service!!! I got some bogus sorry ,but you can get 50% off your next order .i have used them for years and they just lost a customer .they need to get out of the Business, If you're not going to communicate with your customers ,you have no right to be in the service business .

ok so every company has problems but come on guys I am still waiting for my valentines flowers... no response to emails not answering phone and no updated message on the website regarding why orders still haven't been fulfilled. My partner is fuming.
at least direct us to an update of the position please.

I was going to come on here and slate this company into the ground, but i see that has already been done for me!
My experience is the same as all the rest, ordered roses, got email,waited in all day next day with the promise of double the ammount and still nothing! How hard can it be? You put the flowers in the box and you give them to mr postman!!
As people have said before if you cant cope with demand then dont take the friggin order morons!!
We could have got them from somewhere else.
The only reason i gave it a 1 star is because it wouldnt let me give none!
Dont use them unless you want to be dissapointed.
I might even ask for compensation after i wasted today waiting in AGAIN!!!

My husband ordered me a dozen roses to be delivered at the beginning of this month for valentines day.
He received an email yesterday afternoon informing him that their was a problem with their supply chain and that I would recieve my flowers a day late but they would double the order as a way of compensation. A notice appeared this afternoon (15/02/13) again apologising for the delay and promising that all orders will be delivered today. As I type, the time is 18:39 and as the website states delivery is between 8-6pm, so it doesnt look like they are going to arrive today either! My husband is very upset that I havent received my flowers and we will never use this company again.

Paid in full for valentines flowers and on the day they decide to change the delivery date!!!!! They are ignoring calls and emails (2 days now) but have put a very small apology on the website....ha! Its too late valentines has been and gone so the flowers are useless and the day has been ruined! If you cant handle the orders dont take peoples money!
p.s. hurry up and give me my money back! If i lived closer id be down there collecting it in person!

Disgusting company. Not only did they fail to delivery flowers on valentines day as promised,the customer service was non existent. If they knew that they would not be able to fulfil their obligation, they should of notified their customers. I would of thought that this was the least they could do. Instead they didn't answer their telephone or reply to emails. Instead they delivered flowers the next day, no discount or apology offered. Was forced to go through PayPal resolution centre and thankfully received a refund. This does not correct the fact that valentines day was a total wash out!
So to sum up, if your considering ordering from Arena Flowers you would have more luck throwing your money down the toilet.
The worst company ever! Avoid at all cost!!!!!
