Been using the services from "Arena Flowers" for about 5-6 times. 30% of deliveries are faded (Un-fresh) flowers. And in addition to that, yesterday 04.03.2014 the flowers was not delivered to my wife's birthday (?!). Shame on services like this!!!

They delivered me only freshly plucked flowers without any artificial things or adulterations. The flower combination also looks gorgeous. I made the online pay by USD and it was readily accepted as Arena is an UK based florist company. The flowers and the delicious sweets are also combined with fresh green leaves and stems from the parent plant. Thus, the gift item is a hundred percent natural. I found it very lively and an ideal gift item for all ceremonies and occasions in the world.
This guys spoiled by valentine day.....my girl friend waited entire day for the delivery and later on i called to check on the status, but nobody picked up,....i called atleast 20 times(no joking) left sms's but no response...finally it was not delivered on that day....next day they did but also not to the address where i wanted....also the stuff how it looks on the website you will be lucky its the same your person will receive as well...there claims of "best overall quality and price" by FA asia is total fake......if you dont value your money and time then come here.....arena flowers you guys totally suck

This exclusive floral combination is offered by the reputed Arena florists online on their official website over the internet. I found the combination very much exclusive with sweets and flowers. Thus, I bought the flower combination to gift my nephew on his birthday. He was very happy after receiving the flower combination with sweets. The cost is also very low as compared to the costs of these valuable flower combinations.
I had ordered a bouquet to be delivered in Bangalore. I had subsequently called Arena to check on the delivery and they confirmed that the order will be delivered. I subsequently received a call from an Arena Representative blaming me for pestering them and being aware of their terms and conditions. They also sent me an email saying that I should learn manners and accept my mistake!
I would like to point out that I did accept my mistake and asked the Representative that there was an additional mobile number that they could have called up. But the guy just hung up.
They don't respect customers, they think they are mighty gods. I would recommend that potential customers be wary of such rude, uncouth and ham handed service providers who don't care for their customers.
Last year Arena failed to deliver on Valentine's day. I accepted this was a possible one off and they sent me a discount code. This year I decided to use them again as in the past they had been very good. This time I ordered for the 13th February to avoid the Valentines day rush. Nothing arrived. Finally got a reply by email to my questions saying they had an 'unknown error' and sorry about that, they'll be delivered on Valentines Day. So 14th comes and goes and I complain and ask for my money back. No reply. No apology. No updates. No refund. They read the emails on the Saturday and today and have still refused to respond. I've initiated a chargeback with my card company and I advise everyone getting their shoddy service to do the same as this impacts their transaction fees when they are exposed as a sham. I really don't like complaining - I just wanted a service, and then when it failed, a refund or even an acknowledgement of their error, but ignoring it and hoping they keep my money for doing nothing is a bit much.
Arena flowers not only failed to deliver the flowers on time, but also pretend that nothing happened and try to deliver on the next day thinking that we will be ok with it. But I am not ok with it this time and I am totally upset and angry because I am supposed to receive flowers on Valentine's day, not on the day after Valentine's day!!!! They just don't understand that "special occasion" is on "a specific date"! When I talked to the driver he admitted that it was his fault since he didn't call me when he can't enter the main door for my apartment and he just left. However, when we complaint about this issue to the company,they lied, found all sorts of excuses, and even tried to blame their fault on us. Their service is the worst I have ever had, and their customer service is extremely rude. Please avoid using Arena flowers delivery at all costs.
I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my girlfriend in Oxford. But Arenaflowers did not deliver on Feb 14. I called the customer service trying to cancel my order but the woman answering the phone was in really bad attitude. I was trying to explain my reason to cancel the order, but she kept saying it was my fault as I tried to change the delivery address on Valentine's Day (my girlfriend has another address which is easier to deliver). I specifically left my girlfriend's phone number for them to call in case any problem with the delivery but they never even try to contact us. I have already filed a formal consumer complaint with OFT.
I ordered from ArenaFlowers.com as I had a discount voucher (but even without that the prices were very competitive) and, as promised, the flowers were delivered the next day but unfortunately the vase was broken upon delivery. However, I emailed a photo and received a reply within the hour to apologise and that a refund had been issued - can't get better service than that!
I like Arena flowers because they are good value, user friendly and always deliver the goods on time every time. I've used them every year for valentines and birthdays since 2007 and every time I have been thrilled.
I have had some difficulties over my orders, but the company now appears to have sorted out it's customer service. The problem I am now having is that the site will not accept my French debit card. As I now live in France my English bank account is almost empty. This means that I shall soon be unable to buy any flowers from Arena!
I ordered 'same day' delivery of a flower arrangement for a colleague's birthday on Friday, 24th January ensuring that I placed the order before 1pm for same day delivery. I have JUST been informed, 5 DAYS LATER (29th January) that they did not deliver due to a 'transmission error'. I am bitterly disappointed that it has taken the company so long to tell me that they did not fulfil my order but have not been offered any sort of recompense other than my money to be refunded in a couple of days time! Disappointed to say the least!
