Arena Flowers have a hilarious twitter account, wonderful flowers and the easiest service you could wish for.
I have recieved flowers from my wonderful mum and dad from yourselves, while i have been recovering from cancer. They were not only beautifull but the fact that they were helping such a fantastic cause made them all the more special and i have just ordered some for my special sister-in-law to make her feel special. Thankyou so much Teacake x
I have been using Arena flowers for a few years now to celebrate family and friends' birthdays across the world and you have never let me down. Everyone who has received flowers from us via Arena have been delighted. And the cost doesn't mean I can't afford to raise a celebratory glass of champagne in a toast to them on their special day. Thank you for making my life easier...........
The Google listing (3rd from top) says 'Fresh Flowers Guaranteed Delivery to Chiswick Today'. Called them to ask them to deliver today, was told that 'we have never delivered same day' and that was local to them!
Will certainly not use.
Ony rated 1 star because there isn't a 0 stars!
As others have mentioned, this company is incredibly unprofessional when it comes to international orders. Broken promises and a complete lack of communication.
I ordered a bunch of flowers for my girlfriend who is currently abroad, to wish her well for something happening on a particular day. When the day arrived I received no email telling me that the flowers had been successfully delivered or that there had been any problem. To cut a long story short, I had to contact Arena Flowers 3 times before I could find out what had happened. Eventually, in the afternoon 2 days after delivery date and after chasing a third time I was told that there had been a “technical problem” with the order and it didn’t get to their international partner properly (this is despite me receiving the confirmation email). Therefore nothing had been sent, my order hadn't even been received by the local florist and it was too late for me to arrange any alternative.
There seem to have been a number of things that went wrong with my order, but really the company appears to be unable to fulfil international orders with any reliability. I suggest either 1) Tracking down a local florist in the country you want the flowers sent, or 2) Using Interflora.co.uk, I've never had a problem with them.

A very similar experience to one of the others here. A friend in New York, unable to post a birthday card in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, chose to send flowers via Arena Flowers. She ordered them on 12th November for delivery by 13th November, my birthday. The order confirmation, which says delivery on the 12th, has my correct address and mobile number, and they clearly have her e-mail address correct, because she received the order confirmation. She stipulated and had confirmed delivery by the 13th.
So why no flowers delivered? There has been no message to either of us offering any explanation; when you visit the delivery tracking page, it says nothing at alll about delivery, attempted or otherwise.
It is simply unacceptably shoddy practice for a florist to fail to deliver, since flowers mark significant occasions. Who wants to get birthday flowers one or two days late, let alone wedding or funeral flowers? And before the company gets around to blaming its courier, it alone has the responsibility for its direct employees and its agents.
As I'm not the customer, I'm sure Arena Flowers will refuse to deal with me, even though I suspect that by committing verbally and in writing to a delivery date, the standard get outs in the Ts & Cs are rendered inoperative, so that consumer rights have been broken. I believe the same is probably true under US law and I've suggested to my friend finding an ambulance chaser to take on the case.
Sadly, the only way to get the message through is to sue these people until they either perform, or go under. It is interesting that there is a rather pompous clause in the Ts & Cs:
11. Abusive behaviour
We will not tolerate abusive behaviour in any way, shape or form. Whilst we endeavour to do our very best, and 99% of our orders go like clockwork, mistakes are sometimes made. Purchasing from ArenaFlowers does not entitle individuals to treat our staff abusively. If anyone is abusive to our staff, we will terminate any dialogue. We will not resume dialogue unless it is in a non abusive fashion and with the level of respect to which every human being, on either end of the telephone, has a right. We reserve the right not to deal with returning customers who have previously been abusive or offensive. We may block their account or take any other measures we wish to prevent them using our services in future.
Can't imagine why that's needed!
I am living in New Zealand and I went with Arena Flowers to organise a bouquet of flowers for my partners birthday, who is currently in London.
Delivery was organised for the following Monday and I was told that there would be an email confirmation of delivery. My partner stayed home that day, but the delivery (or even an explanatory email) never came. Because the flowers were supposed to be a surprise, I had to look into this myself.
The delivery had been returned to the depot claiming the address was too hard to find (a quick Google search brings up the house, with front door plainly visible). At this point emails were sent to both Arena and DPD (couriers) asking for delivery to be attempted again, reconfirming the address and providing its location in Google maps. I received no response from either company, and the following day, the flowers were once again not delivered. At this point I am extremely concerned that the $100+ bouquet of flowers I've paid for are sitting out of water at some depot.
Because my emails were ignored, my partner had to contact the courier company herself to request the delivery of the flowers. This completely ruined the surprise and experience of being confronted with a beautiful arrangement at her front door.
The flowers eventually arrived Wednesday lunchtime, 2 days late, but were "The best flowers she's ever received" and even made her cry... which is good! With that in mind, I am still unhappy about the apparent lack of help from Arena Flowers when the delivery was late. I never received on email from them. Even one to confirm delivery, as originally promised.
They are running a flower company.. they supply flowers for occasions - funerals, birthdays, weddings... it is IMPERATIVE that things are delivered on time, and it certainly warrants an apology when things do not go to plan.
A lot of this is DPD couriers fault, but as Arena have chosen them to represent the delivery aspect of their company, and then neglected to contact me or even reply to my emails, they are equally to blame.
In short, Arena Flowers seem to get it right some of the time, but judging from the reviews I've read delivery issues are a serious ongoing problem. I would recommend that people looking to send flowers to loved ones from overseas use a different company. The entire experience was one of frustration and disappointment for both of us, and while it will not be the last time I surprise my partner with flowers, it will be the last time I use Arena Flowers.
Flowers were minimal given the price I paid - not sure what happened. Also some roses had seen better days. On what was supposed to be a suprise, I felt the service was subpar and therefore unlikely to use or recommend again. Not wanting to leave feedback on a bad note, the flowers did arrive on time though.
I have used Arena Delivery flower service for a number of years now and have never been let down with the delivery service and the people who have received the flowers have always commented on how beautiful they are. The order process is simple online or by phone, they always try to accommodate your delivery terms as much as they can, they offer monthly discounts or incentives and just seem to be willing to gomthat extra mile. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will cinti ue to use whereever possible.
Everything went very well, arrived in the right place on time and my friend was delighted with the bouquet. She rang the next day to say that the roses had wilted in less than 24hrs. The company promised to replace immediately but this was a bit disappointing.
I have been using Arena flowers for a long time now and have always had a first class service.
What more can I say?!
Flowers was not fresh at all. Bouquet was completely different from the online picture. Very poor customer service especially Périne who was unable to assist me. Very disappointed with the service provided and I would not use this kind of service in the future. Thanks for spoiling my day.
I was very disappointed as I ordered flowers for a friends birthday and they did not arrive. I purposely selected a florist close to where my friend lives and ordered the flowers to be delivered that day at a cost of £40. I had to call up and find out what happened. The worse thing was no-one even called me to tell me they hadn't been delivered - very unprofessional. Flowers were delivered 2 days later, not the same and wavering half of what I paid for delivery doesn't anywhere near make up for my disappointment. Definitely will not use again.

my niece was absolutely delighted with the flowers i sent, they were beautifully packaged.i had them delivered to the school where she works and all the staff commented on how gorgeous the bouquet was!
The flower dish I ordered was delivered on the same day and the recipient was delighted with the gift. They said the arrangement was beautiful and contained lovely plants. Great service and a very happy customer. Well done ArenaFlowers! Thank you.
There was a muddle with the address which couldn't be found on the satnav, meaning the flowers could not be delivered on the day I specified which was very disappointing. However they waived the delivery charge for me and the flowers duly arrived the next day. They were really well received and my cousin thought they were beautiful, which is what really counts isn't it?
Flowers sent to my daughter in Scotland were happily received and shown to me on Skype the next day, so I could see how lovely they looked. Thankyou Arena for being so trustworthy and delivering exactly what you advertised. I will use you again soon.
You never know what to expect when ordering flowers long distance. We were very glad to hear how nice the arrangement was that we sent to London from the states. I would not hesitate to use Arena again in the future.
Our daughter is very happy with her flowers which were delivered exactly as arranged. So we are pleased with the service and no doubt will use it again.
Two points which may help you. Our daughter's birthday was on Sunday and you do not deliver on Sundays so we had to accept a Saturday delivery. We arranged for her husband to receive the flowers and keep them hidden until Sunday. Unfortunately the flowers did not come in water and our daughter said they could have done with being watered as soon as they arrived. She would have done this but her husband did not know it was needed.
Arranged an order on Friday for a Saturday delivery. Beautiful flowers arrived, but not teddy bear which had been ordered. Sent an email to the office, but no reply. Called and they fixed it by sending the teddy bear the next day.
While it wasn't good that it didn't arrive the first time, and not to acknowledge the original email complaint, the phone service was exceptionally friendly and solved the issue no questions asked.
HEy im really impressed about the service that youll provided to reach my gift to the said destination. There were 2 girls who supported me in two different instances, Clair & ruveesha i guess. They gave me a good surpport to get the online order correctly.
Thank you very much
I ordered some quite last minutes flowers for my Nan's 80th birthday, not only was the price really good (large bouquet, chocs and a balloon) but they were delivered early on the day and I even got an e-mail to say they had arrived safe!
Our mother lives in Bordeaux France now, we sent her flowers for mothers day on Sunday but they never arrived. Then eventually they decided to resend the order and could only deliver on Thursday and I had to tell them it was a public holiday in France. You need to know and confirm that deliveries can take place, there were other providers who could've made the delivery on the day iIrequested but I liked your flowers more but that's no good if you don't deliver. I cancelled the order as now the flowers would be a week late. The person who helped me was very nice but there is no efficiency on your side.
