As regular online shopper I have had the frustration of trying to place an order, entering my details and right at the last minute finding the item is out of stock. ArenaFlowers.com tells you from the outset if the item can be delivered when you require and the website is easy to navigate. Just what I needed after trying to place an order for Christmas Eve delivery a 3 other sites. All that is required now is for the flowers toi be delivered tomorrow! Four stars because I do not know if the flowers will be delivered, if they are Five stars no doubt.

I have spent a lot of time away from home recently and due to work I have to do this quite a bit. I am coming home for christmas thankfully!! I thought I would send some flowers before I arrive :)
I have used Arenaflowers many times before and they have always been delivered on the date I asked for, but the main reason I use Arenaflowers is because the bouquets are just so much fuller and fresher than what I expect.
BLOOMING AWFUL. Tuesday's same day delivery still wasn't delivered by Friday & absolutely no acknowledgement on their part. Totally unacceptable in a flower delivery company because it's not always possible to ask if the flowers have been delivered - so you have to have confidence they have been. The payment for the same day delivery however was taken within an hour! No offer to investigate, explain or to offer compensation for the cost of my same-day delivery that failed to be delivered 3 days later. Avoid.
I was confused with the card issue as I had ordered two bouquets I should have two cards. Maybe I didn't read carefully but I was happy with the selections ordering all the way from Canada. If my Englanders are happy then I will be too.
Last minute order for Mum in UK , was so quick & easy got on the website , hardest thing was trying to decide which flowers to send , once i did it was so easy to process . And i know i will have one happy Mum tomorrow for her Birthday
Ordered late on Monday night, delivered in perfect condition and looking superb by lunchtime the next day. All this with free delivery. Happily would and have recommended to other and will continue to do so.
Ordered flowers for our anniversary, paid an extra £5 to have them delivered before 1pm. Not only did they not arrive before 1pm, but when I rang up to find out where they were, was told the couriers had sent them to the wrong depot and they couldn't now deliver them today at all. They made no effort to contact ME to tell me there was problem and had no suggestions as to how they could get the flowers delivered today (Friday), they offered "first thing Monday" as an alternative! Which is worse than useless - anniversary flowers that don't arrive on the day are no use at all. By this time it was also too late for me to arrange an alternative with a competent company. So no flowers, no effort to put the problem right, all they could offer was a refund. I usually use Interflora, tried this lot because they were a little cheaper - learned my lesson, you get what you pay for, will use Interflora again next year. Really hacked off
I have used this company many times for different occasions and the flowers have always been stunning. They arrive in bud and last much longer than most flowers even from local florists. I have never been disappointed and they are always on time and I always get an email telling me they have been delivered. Well done for a brilliant service. Thank you.
I came across this site via a recommendation from my sister, she had said that she had always used Arenaflowers. I was a bit sceptical due to reviews, but then she told me she had never once had an issue, actually she did but it was sorted really quickly and it was delivery problem rather than the flowers. Anyway so, she being in the fruit industry said that yes, you are always going to struggle with bad reviews, its the nature of the product and you rely on the courier service to quite an extent. The recipients are very unlikely to post good reviews, however, if they have a bad experience it will be the first place to go. She said that anyone with thousands of reviews is more likely to be hiding something.
So convinced, I sent flowers to my gorgeous girlfriend at work, To quote "Absolutely stunning, they were beautiful" I scored heaps of brownie points and her colleagues were very envious. "Go me" :D .Seeing as it went so well and as my sister had pointed out good reviews for products like this aren't forthcoming I thought I would spend some time to share my experience.
