While the there is value in this service the actual follow through is the problem. I have used Arena Flowers several times and have been disapointed more times than not. Valentines Day 2013, flowers arrived 2 days late, ordered a week in advance. Promised embellishments not followed through on, Thank You bouquet, May 2013. Recipient was not home, flowers pitched over fence into garden, no note on door. Slow to accept responsibility and correct issue. October 2013, Get Well Balloon and Bouquet. Delivered wrong bouquet with a Thank You Balloon and incorrect card. No notification of delivery, no apology and no offer to correct their mistake.
Will not use this service again, would not recommend Arena Flowers to anyone wishing for reliable, prompt and correct orders.
I was silly of ordering flowers through Arena without checking the shocking reviews below and I was another victim of their disgusting service! I ordered flowers for my sister's wedding and they never arrived. As it was a Saturday eve when I realised , I had to wait until Monday so customer service was available! After speaking to them they never explained what happened and finally they sent the flowers which of course arrived 2 days after the wedding! My surprise was that £92 flower arrangement arrived with a card. This card was supposed to have a copy of what I wrote on the website; however instead of a printed copy, it was horribly hand written with unrecognisable words. HOW EMBARASSING! !! I had to call 3 times, send 4 emails chasing for an explanation and get my money back! I got an email back with an apologise offering 10% discount. What a joke! Arena flowers is a joke and I will do all I can to spread the word around UK, Brazil and the rest of world! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!
I've used Arena several times now, and have been very impressed with the quality of the flowers - very fresh and stunning arrangements, reasonable prices and very helpful customer service department. I most recently sent a bunch to a friend on the birth of her son, and she was absolutely overwhelmed by how gorgeous the bunch was.
I find the website very easy to use, hassle free and simple.
I was asked to crop my 350KB JPG, which I didn't want to do. Anyway, I made the crop of the full size and the preview showed it hadnt cropped to the full size. I try to redo, and this time click the "x" at the top of the cropping box (as in not wanting to crop at all). I was then taken back to the card message box which I had to redo as this time it was empty! After this, I assumed I'd have another go uploading a photo but I wasn't prompted to! No way to go back either!
Also, had to use another site as no next day delivery to Netherlands available. Not very good so far!
ArenaFlowers.com provides a wonderful website in which to chose the most beautiful flowers for every occasion. The selection is better than any other website I have found. I have been using ArenaFlowers.com for a number of years to send flowers and gifts to my relatives in England. I used to have to get up in the middle of the night to call a florist (due to the time change). Now I get email reminders about birthdays and anniversaries a week ahead, I no longer have to set my alarm and lose sleep or pay huge postal fees for shipping gift parcels or worry about postal strikes in either country! I have yet to be disappointed, and even better, I look like a ROCK STAR niece for being on time (not something I am best known for). Plus I often hear from my auntie that the bouquets we send are so BIG that she breaks them into several groups and decorates the whole house. I can say that this is by far the best on-line shopping system, and best floral delivery I have ever encountered in Canada or elsewhere. THANKS.
I ordered flowers for a friend in N Ireland & thought all was okay. several hours later I got an email saying I had ordered from the wrong bit of the website & I needed to reorder from the international part! OK, they are refunding the payment & I have now reordered the same bouquet at the same price - but really! N Ireland is UK, NOT International!!!!! PS I got confirmation email of the 2nd order from the same email address & person - what the ....???
Searched for Fairtrade flowers and came on Arena Flowers. Ordered 2 bouquets for relatives. Website has very clear photos and it was easy to select seasonal flowers. I really liked the add on options at each stage - deluxe bouquet, vase, good range of beautiful gifts, cards and even a glossy photo. Fastest way to assemble a personalised gift package at a very reasonable price.
I cannot believe a company such as these has set their levels of service so very low. I placed anorder fro my inlaw who was recovering from an operation in france. They took my money and confirmed my order. Tow days later i spopke to my inlaw and she had not received any flowers. I had not received any emails from arena, it was only when i happended to check my bank balance a day later that i had seen they had deposited the money back into my account 3 days later. When i checked the progress of my order on line i was suprised to see that it had been cancelled by them, not only that but i have had no email notification. I contacted them to complaina and heard nothing and have written two emails since, to which i have had no reply. I would never use this company again and would certainly advise others to look elsewhere before placing any orders with this totally unprofessional company.
I have never been disappointed with flowers from this site, they are unusual, something a bit different. Have had nothing but positive comments about them. IMO the website could be improved - navigation only. It's difficult to go back, and I found that my basket had over £200 worth of products in it, even though I didn't think I had put anything in the basket, I had only viewed / added vase etc to assess total costs. I then had to refresh each and every time to get rid of each item - I couldn't delete them en bloc. However, none of the website issues were bad enough to think I won't bother to order again.
