Dear Sir or Madam,
referring to the above mentioned booking of a rental car I need to comment on the rental process and the service. The performance of your partner in Poland wasn’t satisfying at all. • Though I showed up at the Kraków office at the agreed time I had to phone their office and had to wait for more than 30 minutes until I could meet an employee of Panek. • Differing from the contractual terms the car was delivered with a nearly empty fuel tank. • Furthermore they handed over the wrong car documents so I had to meet an employee of Panek 2 days later in Lublin to get the correct documents. • When returning the car in Olsztyn the represantative of Panek was 45 minutes later than promised. • Last but not least Panek charged a rental fee that was higher than agreed (122,73 EUR instead of 112,32 EUR)
Don’t get me wrong, the employees of Panek tried to do their very best to eliminate any mistake. Nevertheless this no end of hassle experience had a rather negative impact on my holidays in Poland.
A year ago I rented a car in Poland from an international car rental agency. Their service was considerably better even though the rental fee was nearly at the same level.
I strongly recommend to reconsider your cooperation with Panek S.A. Due to my bad experience I certainly doubt to make another booking with Argus Car Hire.
