I ordered a few things for Aria to upgrade my computer. All the items arrived the next day. Great delivery service.
One of my items was damaged, so i contacted Aria customer services and they were GREAT. They arrange to pick the item up the next day and also delivery a replacement at the same time. Absolutely brilliant service.
I would not hesitate to us Aria for any computer upgrades and also any electrical appliances. I have bought a couple of televisions in the past from Aria and again can only say the service is 10 out of 10.
I've ordered from Aria several times and always found them to deliver as promised, undamaged and with the correct items. My most recent order was under a work account which required some fraud checks, these were done within 20 minutes of me sending the required proof of ID, and I still had my order next day.
I have retracted my prior statement. An Aria CS team member has gone to great lengths to resolve this issue with me. I commend him for doing so. The only issue i had was with the initial response with my query.
I ordered all the parts for building a new PC from aria.co.uk and I was very impressed with their service. I got better prices than other sites, my delivery arrived very quickly and everything was of top class quality. I will order again from them I'm the future.
I was configuring a new camera server for our surveillance system. Steve in sales could not have been more helpful in suggesting optimisations and changes which weren't listed on the website. The cost was 40% less than my assistant had been able to obtain elsewhere. The new system was delivered within the promised timescale and worked perfectly out of the box. I don't buy as many systems as I used to, but ARIA will always be my first port of call. John Hough
I've ordered a few things from Aria and never had any issues. The main thing they have is a Q&A section at the bottom of a product page so you can find out if your parts are compatible or any other questions.
First time I ordered from them in 2012 I bought a motherboard and CPU which worked perfectly. I have since bought SSDs and GPUs which have all worked also. I will definitely continue using them.
Needed to buy a decent mouse quick, so went to Aria, the fella at the counter was very helpful providing me with decent selection on my budget and allowed me to look em before i made my choosing and bought one.
All in took about 10 minutes and was really good and friendly service. Will recommend to anyone!
i orderd by phone. the person who i spoke to was steve, he was helpfull in a couple of questions i needed to know before i purchased the product, he was very informative also letting me know that i needed a cable with my drive. first time ive orderd with aria and will certainly order form this company again, thanks steve at aria
I'd recommend Aria to anyone who's looking to purchase computer components and/or peripherals. Not only did Aria offer the lowest price for the products I was looking for, their delivery and customer support was excellent. Ordered 27th Dec and the items were received before new year. Fantastic! I will be using them again for sure.
We’ve used Aria (amongst a few others) as our "go -to" supplier for components for a long time as they always hold a good stock of common components. Very often we need to order something urgently to repair an in-house system and need to know that when order something that says it’s in stock/delivered next...it will be. With Aria, not only do we get that but we also find the prices are competitive. I can recommend them
Aria is the perfect source for electronic goods. it is a very reliable service. my order was dispatched within the hour, amazing. i definitely recommend this site and i hope they continue to prove an amazing service. i like the style of the website and the communication given by the team at aria as they fully described and answered any queries i had about ordering from aria. aria also offers the cheapest service around and after a lot of national research for my product i found that aria was the cheapest, and has als0o proven to be the fastest. win win ?
I had a fault develop with a graphics card I brought from Aria and the online RMA process was telling me my order was not eligable so I phone customer service and the lady I spoke to completed the RMA for me over the phone.
The card was returned and I think it had to go back to the manufacturer for assessment. As this took over 28 working dyas Aria credited my account with the cost of return postage and the price of the card so that rather than having to wait any longer for my card to be returned I was able to order a replacement. Steve dealt with my case after it was initiially logged and he did all he could to sort it out, the replacement was ordered around 16:30 and he was able to arrange it so I recieved my card the next day.

nothing bad to say about this company at all & ive been using them for the best part of 8 years now & the service and support is top notch. The sales team are the most helpful ive come across & are always happy to help. Their prices are very competitive & the delivery service is perfect. Cant praise this company enough. I've been using Aria for a good couple of years now, from everything to PC components to video cables. They're a fantastic company, customer service is brilliant unlike a lot of the bigger companies these days.
I ordered a few bits at around 4:30PM via a cheap postage, and they turned up today!
