I bought the Aerocool X-Predator case
Nothing went wrong, cheapest price on the internet and arrived in only three days. Everything you want in a site.
There is also a fantastic community in the forums.
Anytime i have ever needed a computer part, Its always been a case of finding the right price for me. Aria covers this all as it is never more expensive than online competitors and in most cases cheaper. Using Aria for 5 years i can say my experience with them has always been 100% satisfaction.
The next working day delivery is definately an awesome thing to have, as not only do i get a cheap deal, i get the item the next day. I recently just ordered a 24 inch flatscreen, after 5pm, and i still got it in the morning.
All this and more, make Aria one of the best PC hardware stores i have ever come across and if you want good products at affordable prices, next day? You know where to find them.
Good service from Aria. They were the only supplier I trust who had any stock of the Gigabyte 7970 Windforce. I ordered on a Monday and it was delivered the next day. A small hiccough in that I didn't get a confirmation email for the order, but everything was A-OK.
I've ordered many components from Aria as their prices are generally lower than ebuyer or OcUK, and they often have some very good special deals. Never had a problem, delivery is always quick.
Have ordered several items worth hundreds of pounds from Aria and have never been let down once. Very good company to deal with, they answer questions about products, they deliver very quickly indeed and I find their prices to be very competitive indeed.
I ordered an item the other day, not very expensive, but less than 24 hours later I was setting it up. For me it dosnt get better than that.
Plenty of pc component companies out there but for me Aria will always get my business.
A friend recommended me to the site and the first thing i found was a pleasant layout, very user friendly. I have never spent so much money on one thing in my PC but my friend recommended that the money i had i should buy a Gainward GTX 560 Ti Gold Sample. Luckily they were on sale. I put down the order using paypal which as anyone who uses paypal knows is quick and very painless. I paid the Extra postage for Guaranteed next day delivery. A lovely City link man arrived and with parcel in hand assured i was happy before leaving. I must admit i will be recommending Aria to all my other friends.
I had ordered an Intel i5-2500k and a Gigabyte GTX560 Ti 448 core (Because it was on sale). I was weary of spending so much money on a site I'd never heard of before, but it was brilliant! I had recieved my order the next day, well packaged and ready to go!
Yes, it could be inexpensive (although the shipping charges are very steep) but if anything goes wrong you are in trouble.
I bought a motherboard that sometimes fails to boot properly .I am an advanced user (used to be a pc technician), loves spending time with computer and more or less know what I am talking about :D .Currently, all other components are working perfectly with cheap motherboard I bought as a replacement. The faulty board was sent to aria service twice, and in both cases, they failed to identify the problem, even though, the second time, I gave them precise directions what should be checked in order to reproduce the fault and sent youtube videos showing how the issue looks like.Aria states that the problem is non-existent... even though I cannot use this component !
I am far too decent to just flog it off on ebay to unaware buyer, thus I ended up with a motherboard under warranty I cannot use, I spent extra money on shipping and I am over two months without my motherboard. It seems however I am not the only one treated like that - check Aria's forum and you will see what I am talking about.People are waiting for months to get the simplest thing sorted.Aria always 'try', 'investigate','check','attempt','pass to manager','will call you later today', 'speak to supplier' but it often take ages to get a solution (If they finally offer one ).
I have made the mistake and I will never do it again,so learn from mine and do your shopping elsewhere - scan.co.uk, ebuyer.com, novatech.co.uk , cclonline.co.uk, amazon.co.uk are all much easier to deal with and usually trouble-free.
It seems , in some cases, a phone call to consumer direct should be made before you actually reach Aria.
ARIA REWARDS PEOPLE FOR POSTING REVIEWS ON THIS SITE !!!

EDIT - A Response TO ARIA's answer
Well, allegedly, Aria had tested the board thoroughly. From my point of view, the tests are worthless as the mobo still sits under my bed ,I can't use it and had to buy another one. Aria's claims about other hardware causing problem is a pure BS - all the components have been tried with another two motherboards and found working perfectly fine (my current MSI Z68A-G43 works with exactly the same components for months without a single issue.
How dare you Aria ????
At about ten to five I realised I was missing a CPU cooler for my new build and needed to buy one, so I posted a thread and the Aria Community helped me to choose the right one and ten minutes later I had ordered a Hyper 212EVO.
Even though this was after the cutoff time for next day delivery it was dispatched half an hour later and I received the item in perfect condition the next day.
Excellent service from Aria and would definitely buy from again.
I recently bought a 5.1 Surround Sound System for a relative of mine & service was quite good from Aria. I'm a new customer to them - so from the reviews i seen I decided to try them out & service was top notch!
I know CityLink are terrible when it comes to delivery but they certainly did Aria proud when i lived at my old address, hopefully they'll continue to excel when i place my next order.
Use Aria for an affordable great service! you will not be disappointed unlike other companies these days.
Back in January was the first time I ordered from Aria, I was wanting to build a computer for ages and I finally got the money to buy the parts, I scoured the net for ages looking to find the right parts at the right price. And while price checking I kept seeing the same name come up: "Aria.co.uk", so I did the smart thing and ordered from there.
Now I didn't expect to get my order so fast, I was expectinhg a minimum of a week for my delivery... 3 days and it was there.
The product was in great shape too, the generic cardboard box within which my GPU, RAM, MOBO, Disk drive and PSU were located was in perfect appearance, there were no scrapes or scratches, and the placing of goods inside the box was done so that nothing would move about when holding the box.
I recommend Aria.co.uk for PC goods.
The item arrived the day after I ordered it! I placed by order at about 4:50pm, and it arrived (from Manchester to Tonbridge, Kent) at 9am the next day. Cheaper than amazon.co.uk, and faster shipping too! Will use again for sure!!
Aria is one of the few websites I trust and turn to for my computer needs, I have ordered numerous products over the years from Aria and never had a bad experience, the website is easy to navigate, the products and prices are great, as is the customer service who will answer any of your questions about a product on the product page.
The delivery has always been fast, the products have been well protected from damage and everything I have bought from Aria has been in full working order and I currently have Aria-bought products inside of my computer and on my desk as I write this.
Highly trusted website in my books.
I have always had my eye on Aria, it had always been one of the main sites I would go to for all my hardware needs. They offer a great deal of support, especially when contacting customer services. There are also great deals, which everyone should get hold of just like I have!
I highly recommend Aria as it is the one stop shop everybody should go to.You will not find a beter experience elsewhere, Guarenteed!
My existing computer has slowly been dying over the last week,so I decided it was time to bite the bullet and replace it.I looked at various websites, and was delighted to see my ideal replacement on the Aria site with 5+ in stock.I placed my order, requested collection and paid for the system and a cyborg mouse, received my confirmation email stating that I would receive an email confirming that my order was ready for collection within the next couple of hours. As I had a previous engagement that afternoon I toddled up to Manchester, preempting the email. When I arrived at the counter I was informed that it was 10 days wait for systems,I was NOT happy,I enquired about a refund and was told "have to speak to sales on Monday". I rang sales this morning and spoke to a young man called Steven with every intention of cancelling my order as I was unhappy with the way I had been dealt with up to then(NO telephone answering on a Saturday?,dark ages Aria) and I need a replacement before 10 days. What a difference,I was told I could have my system tomorrow if I was happy to build it myself and as I have previously built all my systems this was not a problem, but was an Ideal solution to my problem, whilst this mat not fall within everyones capability to build a system for me personally its fine.and I will be quite happy to deal with Aria again.
A few months ago I needed to buy a new computer. Having previously bought pre-built computers in the past (Dell, HP, Packard Bell) and slowly upgrading them myself over time I wanted to give building my own from scratch a try.
A few weeks of research and I had a picture in my head of what I wanted. Hunting all over the internet for the best prices was seriously tedious work and then I came across Aria.co.uk. Very easy to use site and they seemed to have just about everything that I was looking to buy.
Having everything I wanted to buy in one place was excellent as I could virtually build the machine in the shopping basket. There was one item I was unsure of and it was solved in seconds by the excellent sales team and the very next day I had a gaint box of new components in my hands.
One other thing I will mention is that the site has it's own dedicated forum which is jumping with life where pretty much any any computer related question could be answered.
I will be using Aria.co.uk for my computer needs in the future.
Ordered 2 monitors(AOC 22 inch ones) and 2 mouse mats. During the order process I mistakenly picked some samsung monitors that I had also been considering, posted on the forums about the mistake and the guys at aria gave me a quick phonecall to confirm the changes to my order and that I would have a £20 credit left on my account as the picked monitors had been cheaper. Next day everything came and all was good.
As for the products themselves the monitors at £96 each rival others at £120 which friends have so chuffed with that. The mouse mats are one of the largest(90cm by 45cm or something huge like that) but I think for my next I will go for something smaller, the mousemat is thicker than some others like steelseries ones but at £10 each they are awesome.
Have placed many orders with aria over the last 6 months and spoke with the staff a few times when myself or couriers have made errors and they are always professional yet still human and approachable unlike staff at some places, I guess one of the great things of small companys that you don't get "cs guy number ..." but instead get Steve or Dan.
Flawless customer service, flawless dispatch time and awesome prices.
The only grudge I have is that sometimes the component range can be lacking somewhat, which forces me to shop somewhere else.
But overall its the best online customer service, tops amazon imo!
First time reviewer of a website so bare with me.
My first order with Aria was back in September which consisted of pretty much everything but the case for a whole new build. Everything came next day and that weekend the build commenced.
Since then, I have been buying more from them to mod my pc into a fully fledges gaming monster.
The forum service is second to none, the community and the help from fellow staff members is excellent, Once I even asked a question about an item, is was late in the evening and I didnt want to miss their daily special price, As my forum account is linked to the web account, Within 5 minutes I had a phone call from Dan on behalf of Josh and the question was answered and the item bought.
Their prices are one of the bests I have found, their weekly super specials and daily deals for today really help out in looking for bargins.
My case isnt big enough for the components now and so I will be ordering a new case form Aria once it is available to buy.
I've spent thousands of pounds at Aria and they've never let me down. I've made over 5000 posts on the forum and have no intentions of leaving. I've never understood how some people have had such poor service before since they've been absolutely fantastic to me. Not only this but they are cheaper than everywhere else! I'll not even talk about their forum competitions since you'll need to see them for yourself, but there are fantastic prizes to win daily!
I ordered kit for a new build 30th December 2011 with saturday delivery and turned up next day, NYE 2011 at 8:30 am.
Even more impressive as I used a few other sites as comparisons price wise, and Aria came out cheaper even including delivery. As well as these said places could only deliver Tuesday 2nd January on next day delivery.
The forum service I have noticed is pretty much excellent, having asked about my new build a few times while getting it together. Very helpful working out what I can get or what would suit my budget.
Also just browsing topics, both forum members and staff (whether it be forum staff unemployed by Aria or Aria employees) are always very helpful and knowledgeable and rather recommend you something that you can buy rather then spending say £30-50 more on something you don't need.
I first used Aria in the early 2000's when I was building computers for family and friends and always had good service, and great prices.
After a a spell of console gaming, I decided I needed a new PC this year, so have bought all my parts from Aria.
My recent purchases have been a 120gb SSD and a 32gb Aria USB 3.0 memory stick online, which were delivered next day without hiccup, and were very good value!
My next purchase will be a graphics card - I won't bother looking elsewhere.
Finding Aria was a godsend . Its way more than just a shop . Everything i've ever ordered has arrived next day ( i live in a remote area ) . The forum community is second to none with a great group of people sharing a wealth of imformation ,
I found Aria a number of years ago, To be honest I was skeptical with the prices being so low. I ordered a few parts, Ram, Motherboard and graphics cards.
Their was a slight mix up over the card sent against the specs listed. When I emailed In they couldn't be apologetic or helpful enough, They took the card in question back no problem.
I have since recommended they to a number of friends and family, Every order made has been smooth and simple. I ordered some more parts not so long ago, again the prices on the Ram where cheapest in the UK, arrived quickly and hassle free.
The community is one of the most knowlegdeable and friendly around too, I tend to visit daily and now using the help and experience I have picked up over the years, I find my self helping out people who where in my posttion when I joined.
Asside from being a great community, the Forum members only deals are really good. To top it off they reguallary give away prizes ranging from USB pens to high end graphics cards, I was lucky enoughh to win a brand new PSU. I was extactic.
The only thing I would like aria to stock which they currently dont is watercooling kits and parts.
On the forum they welcome feedback good or bad, Them aim to resolve any issues asap. Often with codes for games and such to make up for any blunders.
I do shop elsewhere when required, eg speicalist parts, but ARIA should be everyone's main supplier.
Purchased a new CPU cooler recently for my gaming PC. All went smoothly - good price and postage time and nice clean website. There is also a helpful and pleasant forum community.
I have used Aria many times for various items. I am yet to experience any type of major problem with the order process or email communication after ordering.
The quality of delivery via City Link is heavily dependant upon the quality of your local City Link depot. Some times they have been excellent, arrived on the scheduled day with the items in excellent condition. Other times the items have arrived late or in poor condition due them being mistreated in transit. Can't really complain about Aria too much regarding delivery, but perhaps a better courier would be a wise move.
Prices are always very competitive. The super specials and deal4today prices regularly entice me while being an active member on their forum ensures I never have to pay for delivery on the regularly priced products. Their loyal member discount deals are also a very kind gesture. I am always a fan of a company who looks after their loyal users.
Customer service over the phone is excellent. I have never been on hold for a frustratingly large period of time and the people who answer my call have always been helpful and polite. In regards to the speed of an RMA, I once had to RMA my motherboard and the new product was dispatched 24 hours later! Yes, a 24 hour RMA! The positiveness of the experience was dampened a little when I never did receive the refund for my return postage, even though I was informed on multiple occasions that it had been transferred.
Overall, my shopping experience with Aria.co.uk has always been very pleasant. Other than the minor problem regarding a £9.75 postage refund, I haven't experienced any problems and regularly consider them my first choice when buying a new computing item.
Bought a HSF a short while back and cant complain about the service and goods. Picked it up off their D4T which offered it at a better price than its competitors. It arrived quickly and the site is simple to nagivate along with a great community.
Cant fault them and would highly recommend.
Have used Aria for several bits over the last year or so and have no complaints, they usually have good deals on that include free delivery which is handy if you’re in no rush to buy parts.
Have used their RMA system to return a SteelSeries Mouse that developed a double click issue after a month of use, system was very smooth and they kept me updated along the way and a replacement mouse was sent out quickly.
Brought my PC from Aria over a week ago! Got delivered two / three days later! All turned up perfectly fine! Pc runs smoothly, had no problem with any parts I ordered and it works perfectly fine.
Prices were reasonable and of good value.
Aria was very helpful with my first time order, I appreciate their security service, with the whole providing ID, it does help stamp out fraud.
Overall would gladly use Aria again in the near future for buying parts to upgrade my PC as well as recomend the site to my student friends.
Prices -
Amazing, there's always a great deal somewhere at Aria.
Postage -
Fair, items have always been delivered to me the next working day at no extra cost.
Forum -
Fantastic, a very friendly and helpful forum with many competitions.
RMA Procedure -
My experience hadn't been a great one. I Returned a GPU due to artifacts and it was rejected twice without reason.
Sometimes things go wrong, I accept that... but the lack of communication and feedback regarding my RMA was awful. So I created a thread on the forum.
After sending it back to Aria a 3rd time it was then sent back to the manufacturer (arranged by a very friendly and apologetic guy named Murf) and they confirmed it as faulty.
Seeking a resolution and some sort of "compensation" for the time and inconvenience caused, I had the pleasure of dealing with one rude Aria employee. Rather than read my thread to familiarize himself with my situation, apologize or offer something to shut me up he continued to be condescending just to edit his posts later.
Another employee named RawZ actually read my thread, replied with an apology and offered me a Battlefield 3 code. And just like that, all my frustration towards Aria vanished.
I was sent a new GPU and my postage costs reimbursed the next working day. Overall I'm pleased it eventually got sorted and will continue to shop with Aria as other orders have gone so smoothly.
I found out about the Aria a year ago, since then I have been astounded by the cheap deals they do on computer components. I bought a computer off them about 6 months ago and have been very pleased, the system was VERY cheap, the only bad side was that the price of the devilry was almost £20.
I would have given you a 5 star rating apart from the fact that your customer service is good but could be improved. The reason for this is that my computer was having some problems, so I phoned up your customer service and they said they would get back in touch with me, a week later they finally did.
Thats the only problems I have ever had with this company and would most certainly recommend this company to anybody or any of my friends.
Really the title of this review says it all. I have bought numerous items from Aria online over the years and often recommend them to friends and family.
Aria offer fantasic service and value for money on all products I have ever investigated with them.
I do feel that the shipping can get a bit on the expensive side when either ordering a number of items or high value items which do not include free shipping.
All in all - a great company to purchase from though!
I think Aria is a great company with some fantastic bargains. For me the only thing that lets them down is there delivery charges. I was going to order an Asus motherboard and 8 GB of DDR3 memory from them the other day. Now the strange thing was that the Motherboard had free delivery so I thought that by adding the Memory to it would also count as free delivery, but I was shocked as the delivery went up to over £13, if I had ordered them separately I would have got free delivery on the Motherboard and paid just over £6 delivery on the Memory. There great prices which are some of the cheapest around are really let down by there delivery charges, so for me only 3 stars, get your delivery charges sorted out and it would have been 5 stars. Pitty really.
Ordered a 1tb hard drive from Aria the other day, was a very cheap price and much better than competitors. Within 10minutes of ordering I had received the email with tracking info and sure enough, it arrived next day. I feel that there should be cheaper postage options however!
Drive works fine and have no issues at all.
Amazing delivery, amazing service, amazing quality, heck, amazing everything. This company is absolutely a must-see for all ambitious computer wizards, whether experienced or just starting out. Only thing is occasionally, especially when new to this sort of thing, seeing whether certain components are compatible can be quite tricky so it would be good if there was some sort of web-based tool that would be able to check compatibility between all the things in your basket, but apart from that it is an extremely hard company to fault so well done!
I ordered multiple desktop parts to build up my computer at home.
I was happy with the selection and offers available at the time as well as the price of the parts in comparison to competitors.
My delivery arrived promptly and I had no problems with any of the parts supplied.
I cannot give an opinion about Customer Service as i had no need to use it. Overall very happy and would definitely use Aria again.
(THIS MATTER HAS SINCE BEEN RESOLVED)
i just sent them this as a letter and as an email.
Warning of Impending Legal Action: RMA number: removed
All relevant information is in the first email.
I was told that I should of have been contacted by now repeatedly I have not been contacted eight times in a row despite promises that I would. It is now Friday 24:2:2012 17:30pm aria pc closing time. I am at a total at a loss with the shear disregard for the law and general unwillingness of this matter to be resolved. My graphics card was intrusted into the care of aria pc.
When my card came back from being repaired I personally came to the store to pick it up on Friday 17-2-2012 I opened it there and then in store in front of an employee I believe his name was Andrew cope at least that was the name on the NEW RMA letter I received afterwards and two CCTV cameras a white one in front of me and a black one above me to check just in case it hadn’t been scratched or damaged so I could not be blamed it was a good job I did.
It had sustained damage to the PCB (details in my first email) that I showed to the employee he apologised unreservedly and took the card back there for accepting liability as the card was damaged while in the legal possession of ARIA PC. I asked for a simple exchange as is my right by law reasonable care was not taken so I am entitled to an exchange a refund or credit note or whatever I was willing to accept. I was told there was no manager there at that time (this was a LIE) and to ring back on Monday so I called back on Monday at 09:27 and was told it would be sorted by midday I think that conversation was with a man named Maxwell. I told him about the manager last Friday and said there WAS a manager there on Friday but he does not work weekends. But he will get a manger to sort it for me by midday that day. That phone call was made on 20-2-2012 09:27
Many other numerous phone calls throughout the week
I talked to a woman today at 13:07 24-2-2012 who said that a manager was already dealing with my case as we spoke and I would be contacted after he had finished his lunch. I received no phone call or email by 15:48 24-2-2012 and I was then informed then by a young man that there was no manager there as he had gone home or wasn’t in today he was not very clear which was right but that he would chase it up and someone would get back to me by 17:30 24:2:2012
I just tried to call but it says the phone line is now closed. It closed nearly 15 minutes early today Friday the 24th I tried calling at 17:17 as I had not heard back again.
I have made so many calls and emails and each time I am told the same but each time I get nothing but the same answer. “It’s about to be dealt with or its being dealt with I will be contacted today” I have been told this more eight times.
At this point I would like to point out that all phone calls to ARIA PC have been Recorded as evidence of the repeated false timescales conflicting information and deception by ARIA PC. I have been told every day for seven days that this problem will be rectified on that day and still has not.
I will be handing all this information emails and telephone recording to TRADING STANDERS as evidence who I will be visiting on Tuesday the 28-2-2012 at the Warrington branch who said they will liaison with the Manchester branch on Hammerstone Road Manchester in my behalf. Maybe they will be able to get ARIA PC to abide by the law and there word.
I will also be contacting the Office of Fair Trading in respect to my statutory right that have not been upheld by ARIA PC so far.
I have been patient forthcoming and treated your staff with courtesy and respect despite my great frustration. Apart from maybe the last young man I spoke to I was just annoyed that the person who was supposedly dealing with my case had now gone home but I did apologise to him.
If I am not contacted with a satisfactory solution by closing time Monday 27-2-2012 I will take it as ARIA PC are not willing or do not care to rectify the problem and will be perusing it to the full extent of the law with TRAIDING STANDERS AND THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRAIDINGS HELP.
My address and contact number are on previous emails I await a reply

But I have been buying with aria for about 9 years and never had a problem with them because nothing has really gone wrong at least not within the warranty a few months before the end or a warranty if it did I would just buy a new one and class it as a forced upgrade. The aftersales CS is appalling when something goes wrong.
I’m sorry but the amount of times I was lied to about when it was being sorted out when I would get an email when I would get a call I was never called once it was Ludacris.
The only emails were useless apologies and one saying I would be contacted by the end of the week and I wasn’t.
I would have expected some kind of reparation or a like for like replacment rather than a credit note and put some of my own money towards a new card after all it was aria in teh wrong. I would have thought that would be company policy taking into account the amount of crap I had to go through to even get a result.
I took the result somewhat reluctantly because I knew it would be the best I would get.
All I’m going to say is that thank god for JOSH this member of staff is the most helpful employe at mr aria taheri disposal and i wish him well and give him a rise. he puts up with the arse end of peoples aggravation everyday it can not be easy

Its been a while since ive ordered something from Aria and if im honest the service and sales team when were so good I thought it couldnt get better.
But after ordering the following product [http://www.aria.co.uk/SuperSpecials/Other+products/Asus+22%22+VS228H+Full+HD+Slim+Widescreen+HDMI+LED+Monitor+?productId=46310] I was so happy with the service and overall experience I had, I went and ordered myself a second. Both are now in place only 2 short days after ordering the first one, cant get much better than that.
Free delivery as well so what more could i want!!
Thank you Aria - ive never been dissapointed and long may it continue!
I ordered a motherboard with the company not only had they slashed over £30 off of the price but they got the item to me within 3 days and the delivery charge was very cheap! i would definitely shop with aria again and cant wait till i need another upgrade! :)
