i bought whole system from aria pc which is based in manchester England 1 year and a half ago cost me £810.42, when i i built my system gt 460 graphic card was greenish, the color was not correct i contacted them now they say send it back, but then when they received gpu, they refused refund and told me i have to pay postage if i am willing to send me back same faulty product, already i paid postage to send it to them so i said i am not going to pay, then they never send me product and never got the refund.
last week i updated motherboard bios to uefi then the cpu fan has stopped to work that cause my spu to burn, i tried to reverse bios but no joy, bear in mind this is official bios not beta, again i contacted aria pc to give me refund or replacement because it has 3 years warranty but again they ignored my email and they do nothing about it, i appreciate any one help me to complain about this misleading company.
yes you may see now and then good price or attractive deal, but if u face any trouble after sell then you will suffer and wish never u paid few quid more and never dealt with this bad service company.

i made a review last time for the new graphic card they confiscated, they never refund me or see the product again, i said it may be my fault, so as i bought whole system from cost £810.42 2 month ago i updated bios to latest stable version to U1a(UEFI BIOS), since then cpu fan stopped working and lead to failure cpu.
i contacted gigabyte they did not reply, i contacted ariapc they replied about 2 weeks later after emails exchange i told them i do not want you confiscate this board as you did to my gpu, they assured me its fine and they sent me RAM.
i spoke with [name removed] he is nice guy but i believe it is company's policy that do not give a damn about after sale so this negative feed back is not related to him in any way he was supportive.
so i sent the board back and i have got email confirmation that they received the board and later date they sent it back for replacement.
now it is more than amonth since then but they never reply to my emails while they stated in their website after 28 days customer entitled to refund or replacement.
now i have proof for all i said and still have emails on my account.
please can somebody advice me how to sue this company i based in ireland, because of that they think they can get away this time but i will try my best to get my right back.

I've been shopping at Aria.co.uk for about 6 or 7 years now, buying various parts for my computers, and those of my family and friends. There is a number of reasons I always go back to them: fantastic prices, speedy delivery, very helpful staff. The community on the forums is (for the most part) also a very friendly/helpful one.
Twice I've had to return items, and both times the staff have resolved my problem VERY quickly (same day).
15th of January I ordered myself a new CPU cooler, the Corsair H100i. I ordered at around 11am, and it was in my hands by noon the next day (free delivery too)!

I purchased some Kingston ram and an AMD processor and the delivery was very fast came the next day which is not to bad also there prices are usually very competitive but i rated 4 stars because the p&p is quiet steep and some times this makes the price not competitive with other sites but apart form that it is a very good site with great sales and a good service.
This website is one, if not the best PC components shop in the U.K. Why you ask? Decent value, quick shipping and good customer service go far in this day and age and this website satisfies all three of them! You would also be supporting a shop based in the U.K with a real retail store, unlike massive giant corporations who are based in Luxembourg just the reduce their tax fee's. Remember, the more you spend on this website, the more that goes to the U.K's economy!
So I wanted a gaming pc, looked around the usual sites such as comet, pc world and dell but found the prices to be expensive. Then a friend of mine told me that he could help me build mine if I purchased all the necessary parts from Aria.
I then checked Aria website and found that not only was it cheaper for me to purchase the parts and build the pc, but the pc I would end up with was much better from Aria as I could optimize my performance within the budget I had available.
The people on the forums were of great help as they discussed and advised in length to me about which parts were better for my price range and if they would all work together.
I bought a few things from Aria last year when I first discovered this company. Great deals and it was perfect experience. Later I found out this forum; I am attracted by the great community and it has become my everyday routine to visit this forum. Such fun.
A few months ago, a friend wanted a new PC when Ivy was about to release. I immediately recommended Aria and the fact that Aria offers better deals than elsewhere has convinced him to use this company. I offered to help as he wanted to involve in some pc building. with some helps from fellow forum members on components selection, I made the purchase at around 4:30pm on the day when Ivy was released. I was impressed again when I received all components at 9am next morning! He was impressed too, a lot.

As a business, Aria is mainly hampered by CityLink's poor delivery service at times. As a forum based community, it is exceptional. The staff and moderators who run the forum are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient. Any questions regarding components or stock are answered in detail in very short spaces of time and all complaints, disputes and RMA tracking requests are handled personally with the utmost professionalism.
Something no other company can offer. Fantastic.
I went to Aria from my usual vendor because of the cheap prices and the community looked good to be a part of.
I made my initial purchases with great delight, but encountered a few problems getting it delivered due to emails which were not sent due to security checks. This has been acknowledged as an area of improvement and I couldn't hold it against them too much.
Sadly I had to RMA an item and this process left me feeling incredibly bitter and out of pocket due to what was my own (unintended) fault. I wish the team had responded with some offer of good will but that's life. That cannot be the point of this review as if the item had worked I would have been very pleased with the Aria service.
My second order to replace this item was seamless and because I had already purchased from them before the delivery and handling time was minimal and would probably order from them again if the prices remain so ahead of the rest!
I am ultimately pleased to get my items at such good prices and with quick delivery, along with the bonuses which exist such as the discussion forum I hope to be a part of for any future orders.

I decided I wanted to treat myself to a new computer, but I didn't want to 'settle' for a pre-built system, I wanted to specify exactly what it was I wanted, and what I would use it for.
I went on to the forums associated with Aria.co.uk for assistance, and the help was astounding. Everyone knew what they were talking about, and had an input. That said, a lot of it went over my head, but luckily another forum user is a real life mate and explained it all to me whenever something was said I didn't quite understand.
After a week or so, I emailed a copy of my wishlist to Aria for a quote. I received a response within a couple of hours max! Very impressed. The quote was even more impressive. Extremely happy. They also answered the other queries I had (i.e was I eligible for the Windows 8 upgrade? would these components work out? etc)
I called up the next day to place my order, and 11 working days later (including delivery), here I am writing the review on my new computer. Everything works brilliantly so far (first day of owning it, so fingers crossed it doesn't suddenly explode tomorrow), and I'm loving the upgrade to a full desktop from a laptop :D
All though im new to aria, i am very impressed. They are Cheap and Cheerful, and even if there prices can be beat they will do there best to beat or match the price if you tell them about it! All items arrived pretty much next day. Will continue to use them for the foreseeable future! A real computer site, they have shown me so much good stuff for low prices, i have switched from sites i have been using for years! Not only do they provide a phone service, but have managed to make a active forum community on witch to get advice! The only thing i have noticed that should be improved, there are a few items that haven't had a description or spec's added to them! Other that that excellent team for the PC world to use!
I use Aria at work for a number of things and they are right on the money, they have good deals, some class products and their site is relatively easy to navigate and use. Their Deal4Today feature is great and you can grab yourself a bargain if you're prepared to have a rummage through.
I am a little disappointed when it comes to delivery however, It would have been a 5* if they had used pretty much anyone but CityLink. As this is not a CityLink review I won't say much more but there are better couriers out there.
I'd been looking for an SSD at an affordable price for a while, so when Aria was suggested to me and I instantly found a suitable product on sale (and there are plenty of these) I was very pleased. Plenty of technical details on the site, plus the ability to ask for feedback on pretty much an question at the bottom of the page made the experience of choosing a product very easy. Was very excited about the launch of this chip, the i7 3770K Intel Ivy Bridge. So I decided to buy one from my favorite etailer Aria PC. Being an inpatient person I knew Aria would not let me down in shipping the item without delay, sure enough I was not disappointed as the courier arrived the next morning with my package.
It came well packaged and in pristine condition, of course the chip was in full working condition and performed better than expected.
Also what I liked about the service Aria offered me is I was able to use Paypal to complete the transaction, as I had some funds there. I would not have been able to purchase the item any other way. I really like the convenience of this way of making purchases as it allows me to split the cost of a purchase between my Paypal and my bank account. The Aria site purchase procedure was very quick, smooth running and easy to understand. Especially easy as I have not made a purchase in this way before.

Anytime i have ever needed a computer part, Its always been a case of finding the right price for me. Aria covers this all as it is never more expensive than online competitors and in most cases cheaper. Using Aria for 5 years i can say my experience with them has always been 100% satisfaction.
The next working day delivery is definately an awesome thing to have, as not only do i get a cheap deal, i get the item the next day. I recently just ordered a 24 inch flatscreen, after 5pm, and i still got it in the morning.

Good service from Aria. They were the only supplier I trust who had any stock of the Gigabyte 7970 Windforce. I ordered on a Monday and it was delivered the next day. A small hiccough in that I didn't get a confirmation email for the order, but everything was A-OK.
Have ordered several items worth hundreds of pounds from Aria and have never been let down once. Very good company to deal with, they answer questions about products, they deliver very quickly indeed and I find their prices to be very competitive indeed.
I ordered an item the other day, not very expensive, but less than 24 hours later I was setting it up. For me it dosnt get better than that.

A friend recommended me to the site and the first thing i found was a pleasant layout, very user friendly. I have never spent so much money on one thing in my PC but my friend recommended that the money i had i should buy a Gainward GTX 560 Ti Gold Sample. Luckily they were on sale. I put down the order using paypal which as anyone who uses paypal knows is quick and very painless. I paid the Extra postage for Guaranteed next day delivery. A lovely City link man arrived and with parcel in hand assured i was happy before leaving. I must admit i will be recommending Aria to all my other friends.
I had ordered an Intel i5-2500k and a Gigabyte GTX560 Ti 448 core (Because it was on sale). I was weary of spending so much money on a site I'd never heard of before, but it was brilliant! I had recieved my order the next day, well packaged and ready to go!
Yes, it could be inexpensive (although the shipping charges are very steep) but if anything goes wrong you are in trouble.
I bought a motherboard that sometimes fails to boot properly .I am an advanced user (used to be a pc technician), loves spending time with computer and more or less know what I am talking about :D .Currently, all other components are working perfectly with cheap motherboard I bought as a replacement. The faulty board was sent to aria service twice, and in both cases, they failed to identify the problem, even though, the second time, I gave them precise directions what should be checked in order to reproduce the fault and sent youtube videos showing how the issue looks like.Aria states that the problem is non-existent... even though I cannot use this component !
I am far too decent to just flog it off on ebay to unaware buyer, thus I ended up with a motherboard under warranty I cannot use, I spent extra money on shipping and I am over two months without my motherboard.It seems however I am not the only one treated like that - check Aria's forum and you will see what I am talking about.People are waiting for months to get the simplest thing sorted.Aria always 'try', 'investigate','check','attempt','pass to manager','will call you later today', 'speak to supplier' but it often take ages to get a solution (If they finally offer one ).
I have made the mistake and I will never do it again,so learn from mine and do your shopping elsewhere - scan.co.uk, ebuyer.com, novatech.co.uk , cclonline.co.uk, amazon.co.uk are all much easier to deal with and usually trouble-free.
It seems , in some cases, a phone call to consumer direct should be made before you actually reach Aria.

Well, allegedly, Aria had tested the board thoroughly.From my point of view, the tests are worthless as the mobo still sits under my bed ,I can't use it and had to buy another one. Aria's claims about other hardware causing problem is a pure BS - all the components have been tried with another two motherboards and found working perfectly fine (my current MSI Z68A-G43 works with exactly the same components for months without a single issue.
How dare you Aria ????
At about ten to five I realised I was missing a CPU cooler for my new build and needed to buy one, so I posted a thread and the Aria Community helped me to choose the right one and ten minutes later I had ordered a Hyper 212EVO.
Even though this was after the cutoff time for next day delivery it was dispatched half an hour later and I received the item in perfect condition the next day.
Excellent service from Aria and would definitely buy from again.
I recently bought a 5.1 Surround Sound System for a relative of mine & service was quite good from Aria. I'm a new customer to them - so from the reviews i seen I decided to try them out & service was top notch!
I know CityLink are terrible when it comes to delivery but they certainly did Aria proud when i lived at my old address, hopefully they'll continue to excel when i place my next order.

Back in January was the first time I ordered from Aria, I was wanting to build a computer for ages and I finally got the money to buy the parts, I scoured the net for ages looking to find the right parts at the right price. And while price checking I kept seeing the same name come up: "Aria.co.uk", so I did the smart thing and ordered from there.
Now I didn't expect to get my order so fast, I was expectinhg a minimum of a week for my delivery... 3 days and it was there.
The product was in great shape too, the generic cardboard box within which my GPU, RAM, MOBO, Disk drive and PSU were located was in perfect appearance, there were no scrapes or scratches, and the placing of goods inside the box was done so that nothing would move about when holding the box.
I recommend Aria.co.uk for PC goods.

My existing computer has slowly been dying over the last week,so I decided it was time to bite the bullet and replace it.I looked at various websites, and was delighted to see my ideal replacement on the Aria site with 5+ in stock.I placed my order, requested collection and paid for the system and a cyborg mouse,received my confirmation email stating that I would receive an email confirming that my order was ready for collection within the next couple of hours.As I had a previous engagement that afternoon I toddled up to Manchester,preempting the email.When I arrived at the counter I was informed that it was 10 days wait for systems,I was NOT happy,I enquired about a refund and was told "have to speak to sales on Monday". I rang sales this morning and spoke to a young man called Steven with every intention of cancelling my order as I was unhappy with the way I had been dealt with up to then(NO telephone answering on a Saturday?,dark ages Aria) and I need a replacement before 10 days.What a difference,I was told I could have my system tomorrow if I was happy to build it myself and as I have previously built all my systems this was not a problem,but was an Ideal solution to my problem,whilst this mat not fall within everyones capability to build a system for me personally its fine.and I will be quite happy to deal with Aria again.
A few months ago I needed to buy a new computer. Having previously bought pre-built computers in the past (Dell, HP, Packard Bell) and slowly upgrading them myself over time I wanted to give building my own from scratch a try.
A few weeks of research and I had a picture in my head of what I wanted. Hunting all over the internet for the best prices was seriously tedious work and then I came across Aria.co.uk. Very easy to use site and they seemed to have just about everything that I was looking to buy.
Having everything I wanted to buy in one place was excellent as I could virtually build the machine in the shopping basket. There was one item I was unsure of and it was solved in seconds by the excellent sales team and the very next day I had a gaint box of new components in my hands.
One other thing I will mention is that the site has it's own dedicated forum which is jumping with life where pretty much any any computer related question could be answered.
I will be using Aria.co.uk for my computer needs in the future.
Ordered 2 monitors(AOC 22 inch ones) and 2 mouse mats. During the order process I mistakenly picked some samsung monitors that I had also been considering, posted on the forums about the mistake and the guys at aria gave me a quick phonecall to confirm the changes to my order and that I would have a £20 credit left on my account as the picked monitors had been cheaper. Next day everything came and all was good.
As for the products themselves the monitors at £96 each rival others at £120 which friends have so chuffed with that. The mouse mats are one of the largest(90cm by 45cm or something huge like that) but I think for my next I will go for something smaller, the mousemat is thicker than some others like steelseries ones but at £10 each they are awesome.
Have placed many orders with aria over the last 6 months and spoke with the staff a few times when myself or couriers have made errors and they are always professional yet still human and approachable unlike staff at some places, I guess one of the great things of small companys that you don't get "cs guy number ..." but instead get Steve or Dan.
Flawless customer service, flawless dispatch time and awesome prices.
The only grudge I have is that sometimes the component range can be lacking somewhat, which forces me to shop somewhere else.
But overall its the best online customer service, tops amazon imo!
First time reviewer of a website so bare with me.
My first order with Aria was back in September which consisted of pretty much everything but the case for a whole new build. Everything came next day and that weekend the build commenced.
Since then, I have been buying more from them to mod my pc into a fully fledges gaming monster.
The forum service is second to none, the community and the help from fellow staff members is excellent, Once I even asked a question about an item, is was late in the evening and I didnt want to miss their daily special price, As my forum account is linked to the web account, Within 5 minutes I had a phone call from Dan on behalf of Josh and the question was answered and the item bought.
Their prices are one of the bests I have found, their weekly super specials and daily deals for today really help out in looking for bargins.
My case isnt big enough for the components now and so I will be ordering a new case form Aria once it is available to buy.
I've spent thousands of pounds at Aria and they've never let me down. I've made over 5000 posts on the forum and have no intentions of leaving. I've never understood how some people have had such poor service before since they've been absolutely fantastic to me. Not only this but they are cheaper than everywhere else! I'll not even talk about their forum competitions since you'll need to see them for yourself, but there are fantastic prizes to win daily!
