First of all, i ordered my order the 27th of january to ensure i got the pick of the sales and i was told my order was dispatched on 6th january. Today, i have not recieved a parcel or phone call to say whats happened. I have called numerous times with a "full recording inbox" replied to me and ignored emails from the company email, "Tom" as you can see below and another personal email i had found online.
Although today i called a store instead of the head office and finally i got a reply. I asked about my order and i have been told they will contact me tomorrow and if they do not i will keep calling until i get my money or order otherwise i will contact trading standards.
I urge all of you reading this to call up a STORE instead of head office anywhere in the uk and ask about your order or for somebody to get back to you about it because they do generally answer and will reassure you.
I would give 1 star but the lady on the phone had a sexy voice and sounded pretty so i had to bump it up to two ;)
UPDATE: 30th Jan 2012 - I was called today by a senior member of the Ark staff who has looked through my order and re-sent it to me so i will still be getting my product even though my original parcel was lost. Anybody who has had the same problem just ring up any ark store and they will help you out as they did me.
