I am a director of my own e-commerce website so understand fully Distance Selling Regulations. I made a purchase from Arkclothing which unfortunately developed a fault (nothing to do with them). I contacted them to arrange a return for refund. This was handled impeccably by their customer services team. An RMA number was obtained, I returned the item, a full refund was granted within hours of them receiving the item back and they also refunded the return postage. Faults can happen with merchandise. A measure of a good internet shop is how it deals with such issues. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ark Clothing's customer services.
