I've bought from Ark for ages but the last 2 times I have ordered online I have been sent the wrong items. Returned the first order to my local store who were very helpful and exchanged it for the correct item but it's really irritating to have been sent the wrong thing again, especially as the only reason for ordering online is because it's not in my local store (who are lovely!)! Maybe there shouldn't be 2 different jumpers called exactly the same thing on the website....? Sort it out ARK.... I love your clothes but I'm thinking twice about buying online again this is becoming really annoying!
*** To be fair it's only right to add that the very helpful customer services dept have been in touch and all has now been sorted. I WILL be buying from Ark again as they have been quite helpful.***
