I have started using the delivery service instead of going to the store. So easy to find the items I need without trapsing up and down the shop. Delivery always on time. Excellent.
Asda is my first choice for our food shop, the pricing is still lower than the other big 2 and our store is always well stocked even for a smaller 'neighbourhood' store. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Love Asda's food and clothing - have tried Tesco and Sainsburys sometimes, but always come to Asda. Shopping has always been delivered by a friendly drivers who put themselves out to be helpful.
I have been turned asda, i used to go to tesco everyday but it is so expensive now and the checkout staff seem to be loosing the will to live.
For all the basics and games/dvd/toys you cant beat it, i bought mario kart for my niece last christmas brand new for £24.99. That is cheaper than anywhere else in the UK by a good £10, such good value.
I had an awful time on my first online shopping experience with Asda and was promised compensation which never materialised
i would never use their service again!
Everything I have bought from asda has disappointed. Their own-brand cookies taste of grease and chemicals, and the asda near my house does not even stock free range chicken- despite offering 3 kinds of battery-farmed poultry. Their goods use sub-standard ingredients and many artificial flavorings, coloring's and preservatives. Their environmental record is abysmal.
asda.com are very efficent the drivers (from bury lancs ) are always polite and helpful
purchased a video game from asda direct, price was about £2.00 cheaper than other online companies
Game arrived damaged and late, upon review i found out asda direct use YODEL to deliver.....explains alot, yodal is without a doubt the worst delivery company ive ever dealt with
Being ASDA though they sent me replacement and £10 to spend in their online store for the trouble
summary
ASDA has always had great customer service and aftercare, even when they screw up i feel they make the effort to compensate for the trouble.

In my experience ASDA understand the importance of the customer satisfaction, its why even when im unsatisfied with their service or products il always come back
I shop regularly with Asda, they're level of service is very good, prompt delivery, significantly cheaper than Tesco too.
Awaiting for Today's delivery!
Very dissapointed with this supermarket. Bleach in bag with sweets which leaked onto other items, had to give driver kitchen roll to wipe hands, said manager would phone me but never did, had to phone customer services for refund on items that had to be returned, Far too many substituions. Short dates on fresh items, even mould on grapes. Almost always never get the special offers. After 2 years of fortnightly online shopping with Asda i can honestly say that not once have i recieved a complete order, i now shop at another supermarket.
Late delivery or no delivery (!), sends substitutes even you tick "do not substitute", rude drivers, appalling customer service. Used to spend approx £400 per month with Asda, have now switched to Tesco
ASDA is superb for in store shopping Value second to none, but online needs work too many substituted products and shopping arrives as if it has been dragged through the hedge backwards
But I still think it is a good place to shop for everything all under one roof beats Tesco's any day
Ok shopping with Asda online can be a tiresome experienve unless you know what you want the search engine is a little fidly and you need to spell the word correctly or it does not show anything. bedt way is too add the items to favorites and next time your items are easy to find.
After you make you order and you get it delivered every time I have at least found items are not there as they are out of stock it is only Asda I have had this with.
My wife uses the Asda online shopping facility at least once a week. I personally think it's very basic, however in the old English term "it does the job"
This being said, we have never had a problem with the delivery. It' sometimes luck of the draw if you are first or last on the delivery schedule however the delivery drivers I have found to always be pleasant and polite.
I use this all the time. Whether I'm shopping for clothes, household items or food the website is very easy to use.You can buy on-line and collect in-store too. With shopping it remembers your shopping items and presents a 'favourites' list for you to select your standard items.
USED TWICE AND ITEMS MISSING ON BOTH DELIVERY`S BUT CHARGE FOR,SECOND DELIVERY ALL FROZEN FOOD WAS THAWED OUT AS FREEZER ON VAN BROKE,NOT DRIVERS FAULT BUT INCONVENIENT AS NOT TOLD BEFORE DELIVERY AND HAD TO GO OUT SHOPPING ,HAVE NOT USED AGAIN!!!!!
This was the first time I shopped in Asda for online groceries. The products were good at good price too, the delivery price the same as other supermarkets. The only downside - after being spoiled by the main competitor of Asda when the driver brings all my shopping to my doorstep and even kindly asks to unpack it all in the kitchen, I was surprised first by the Asda driver not being able to find my address, so i met him outside, showed where I live and said I'd wait upstairs as it was freezing cold! Then the driver was surprised he had to carry my shopping upstairs and asked if I would take few baskets!
I'm not sure if this is right but I will not be shopping at Asda again, I don't even know why I tried and what did I expect....
It was my first order upon arriving to the UK and I could not be happier. Got an awesome price on my order and it was delivered on the scheduled time, very well packed and all accounted for.

My wife and I frequently, but not always shop "on-line" using ASDA. We live in the countryside and the remainder of the time visit our nearest store. Our closest neighbours have used Sainburys who seem full of trickery, often supplying items close to their "sell-by-date" when ordering "on-line" - not so with ASDA. Our items are always fresh and of the best quality and on the rare occassion substitutes have had to be added to replace the items ordered, they have always been of a high price than those we ordered but we have only been charged the lower price. Furthermore our items have always been delivered on time and the delivery men have telephoned us in advance for us to agree to our delivery being delivered a few minutes early.
The prices displayed on the shelves are very often not the prices that go through at the till. There is a serious problem with consistency as products are often discontinued. They do not pay attention to what is happening in store or at the checkouts.
I tried ordering online to ASDA with an apprehension that the items that would be delivered will not be fresh or in good condition. But I was surprise that the things we ordered were in good condition and exactly what we ordered. With £50+ worth of groceries, the delivery charge was FREE. Highly recommended!
Generally a good service, although sometimes any sustitute items are of no resemblance to original item ordered. These items can be returned via delivery driver
Prices are truly unbeatable, then check the receipt and be amazed at saving even more money on your next order!
IT is as bad as actually shopping in the store...........STRESSFULL!!! It can never find the item im searching for and you have to go around the houses to find what you want....Need i say more
The customer service in stores has improved vastly over the last 12 months.
The in-store offers are becoming more suitable to peoples general shopping requirements.
Overall kicking the rear of Tescos.
Sometimes we get substitute items but it seems they always do their best to get it right. Always arrive within the allotted time and always fresh, cheers
The quality of Asda's food is only marginally better than Iceland's (Frozen Food). And we all know how crap Iceland's food is!
Even the 'Chosen By You' selection is crap. I'm not a food snob - far from it. If I do go to Asda I stick to known brands - Warburtons, Findus, Pukka etc.
I hate paying over the odds for anything - but I'd rather shop at Tescos. Better by far ... fruit, veg, bread, own brand stuff's great too!
I do all my food shopping online using asda and have never had any problems. I used to you tesco but got fed up with my shopping ariving all crushed and smelling of shampoo where bottles had leaked.
Good service but not top quality, i was expecting like it details on the advert that the delivery man would take the shopping into the kitchen, but he just left it at my front door, and it wasnt all bagged either. Not to mention the products that were not in stock that were replaced with something else now i understand that they do run out of stock, but replacing burger buns with hot dog rolls, now i cant see the logic..
