I have always been rather sceptical of ASOS but over Christmas I decided to make the leap and buy a suit and a pair of shoes from there...
I have tried returning these on two occassions, the first time I paid for a return (which I think is a strange practice for repeat custom) the courier never turned up, the 2nd time I paid again for a return, this time the confirmation email said my collection is for 01/01/0001 even though I clearly stated I wanted it for the 28th.
I have been in contact with customer services and yes, they have been cordial, but unlike some companies like Mr Porter who bend over backwards to offer superb customer services, the customer services team came across as they would rather do anything but be there.
I can say I've tried ASOS now, and I was right to be sceptical, I am now saddled with a £150 purchase that doesn't fit because I just be bothered going through the hassle of trying to return it again.
