ITS ALL FUN AND GAMES UNTIL YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING!
I use ASOS alot and have spent a fortune over the last couple of years. I have never needed to return something before apart from when i ordered a few items in January. The clothes didn't fit properly and looked different from what they did in the picture. Normally i would just give them to my brother or whatever but being January i was running low on money and decided to return them. I paid for my items to be collected on the 11th January 2013 and they have still not been collected! 4 collections have been scheduled after this date and no one has been to collect my items on either of these 4 dates. This means i have been sitting around the house for most of January waiting on ASOS to collect my items. My items are nearing the 28 day deadline and i will soon be unable to return them. Given the fact ASOS are an online retailer and there is no stores to return items to, they need a more efficient collections service. Also the fact you cannot phone them you have to email and wait a day for a response is extremely annoying. After my items have been returned to ASOS i will not be using their services in the future and i advise you to do the same.
