I ordered a dress from Asos about two and a half months ago. When I received the order I discovered that it was the wrong item I had received - I had received a skirt in stead of the dress i ordered. Therefore I contacted Asos which asked me to send back the received item and they would then refund my money. That is now two months ago and I have still not received my money although I have contacted them several times. After I contacted them the third time two days ago I have finally received an email saing that they have arranged the refund but I have to wait up to 10 working days more before I receive my money. I find this experience beneath contempt and will never shop at Asos again. It has costed a lot of trouble for me although it was their mistake and they have not even apologized for the mistake.
