Jeg har handlet hos Asos gennem mange år nu og er nærmest blevet stamkunde. Man kan virkelig gør sig nogle fund og så er det gratis fragt, hvilket er positivt. Selvom leveringstiden ikke ligger på 1-3 leveringsdage, synes jeg stadig deres leveringstid er i top, når man tænker på, at varerne kommer fra England. Jeg kan stærkt anbefale denne side - specielt hvis man er glad for tøj og internet-shopping! :)
I recently ordered a few dresses from asos and the dresses are great, however the sizes are a bit weird, I ended up ordering the same dress 3 times so I could get the correct size, this wasn't a problem as delivery and returns are both free so it didn't cost me anything to get the dress in the correct size. Delivery takes longer than other company's I have used but it was still less than a week so it's acceptable, only issue I have had is the delivery man being very rude.

Det er overskueligt, og man kan nemt finde lige præcis det man leder efter, hvis man har noget specielt i tankerne. Især deres udsalg/outlet er virkelig god. Her er super gode tilbud at komme efter!
GRatis levering er altid godt - og man må leve med at det kan tage 1 uge om at komme. Hvid man ved det på forhånd, så går det nok ;-)

Jeg har aldrig oplevet nogle problemer med Asos - overskueligt, billigt og ikke mindst god kundeservice!
Jeg oplevede at jeg ikke kunne få en rabatkode til at virke - jeg kontaktede dem så, og de skrev, at de ville overføre rabatkodens værdi til min konto, når ordren var gået igennem - hammergod service!
Kan klart anbefale Asos!

I'm very disappointed with Asos, I supposed to get my delivery on the next day, and it didn't come until the next 5 days. Even when I order items less than 20 pounds on Ebay it always arrives on time. Asos didn't manage to give me a call or anything and I was waiting for the items because I need to use it. Very disappointed very bad costumer service!
Ok, so ASOS does *NOT* have a phone number, or live operators via instant messaging. They can't complete transactions for you, if you want to order over the phone or something. However, taking that into consideration, their customer service is very prompt.
I had a handful of snafus with my order at 2 AM, and had to stay up all night to make sure the items didn't go out of stock (one of which did). I contacted them on facebook multiple times, and I received a reply less than an hour later (usually within half an hour). They were very understanding, and did all they could to help. Although their email system is also pretty efficient, facebook would probably get you slightly faster answers.
I have yet to return anything from ASOS, but there are no restocking fees and shipping is free both ways--a rarity for online stores!
I originally requested a refund for a jumper which I was not happy with back at the beginning of the month and still to this day have not received a refund for this item. After being passed around to different people more times than a blow up ball at a Justin Bieber concert I am still no closer to achieving what I am legally entitled to, a refund! I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life. I am expected to wait 4 hours each time I send an email just to be faced with someone different who makes me repeat myself. Is this not quite a basic request? ASOS seem very good at taking money from my account but not the other way around.
Jeg havde kigget her inde på trustpilot, for at sikre mig at jeg ikke blev narret! Der var så også bange røde stjerner! Men jeg tog chancen! Og folk brokker sig over at det dårlig service osv! Jeg synes at man skal acceptere at der måske er over 10000 mennesker som bestiller på en dag! At man måske bliver en af dem der skal vente et stykke tid inden varen kommer! Jeg bor i Denmark og synes det var super fed service og hurtigt og sikkert! Jeg kan klart anbefale Asos.com og super lækkert tøj til næsten ingen penge! Jeg fik 2 kjoler igår og faktisk en dag tidligere ind de har skrevet den ville komme! :-) kjolerne passer og er flotte og fine!
I am living in Denmark and a few months ago I ordered a pair of Superga Shoes at the ASOS webshop, along with some other items (sum approx. 200 $ - including a dress from ASOS' own collection). They sent me shoes in the wrong size and I immediately wrote back to them, and they agreed to cover my delivery expenses if I sent a valid proof of this and went to post it myself. All of this happened went well, and ASOS returned the money to my account. They informed me that they would sent me a new pair of shoes and when they came, they too was in the wrong size, but this time labelled in the right size by ASOS. I wrote to them and they sent my exactly the same answer as previously - no apology or personal reply - I had to sent the shoes back within 28 days to get the right shoes again. In my anxiety to have delivered a third pair of 'wrong shoes' I emailed them 5 identical emails, one every day, where I expressed my disappointment - which they did not reply. On the sixth day I wrote a new mail, where I asked directly why they did not answer my emails and they replied on the seventh day, that they would return to may on the eight day with a solution to my problem. And they did not. My patience is running low and furthermore they have not returned my money from the dress (wrong size, but my mistake in order) I mailed along with the first couple of shoes.
I strongly cannot recommend this shop to anyone, who does not have an enormous amount of patience.

Since I moved to live in Manchester, I've been a regular customer on Asos. Well, so far I've shopped there 4 times and each time, I found it great to shop. Good selection and excellent service. What more could a girl want? Recommended.
Jeg er tilfreds med ordren, dog tog det lidt lang tid at få varen, men nok om det, for det hastede ikke, men når jeg så skulle ind og finde ud af hvor langt min ordre var, kunne jeg ikke helt finde ud af deres system.
Når jeg så endelig nogenlunde ud af det, så stod der bare hvornår den var bestilt og at den var shipped....
men alt i alt tilfreds!
Jeg bestilte kun for ca. 300 kr. og kunne alligevel benytte mig af gratis levering som jeg synes i sig selv er rigtig god service taget i betragtning af at varerne ikke bliver sendt fra Danmark. Varen kom efter ca. en uge.
Jeg har handlet hos ASOS flere gange uden problemer, men min nyeste handel blev også min sidste. Har aldrig oplevet så dårlig kundeservice, der gange simpelt ikke svarer på de spørgsmål man stiller! Har stadig ikke modtaget min pakke, selvom det er over en måned siden jeg har bestilt, og svaret man får i kundeservice er efter 12(!!!) mails, at jeg skal spørge mine naboer om de har pakken, og at de ikke kan refundere mine penge, hvis ikke de får pakken retur med posten?! Så jeg står nu uden penge og uden varer, og med en kunde"service", der ikke hjælper overhovedet!
Har nu, 2,5 måned senere, og mange mange mails, fået pengene retur. Flot.
I have ordered many times from ASOS, and always received my products within a week. Recently I received an order with an item missing - upon emailing customer service, I received a reply within a few hours apologising for the error. They sent the item with no hassles, and gave me a 10% discount on my next order! This is the kind of service that all online retailers should aim for.
I'm absolutely obsessed with this website, so many options and categories to choose from and there is plenty of description about each product. I made a mistake with my order and they were able to fix it without compromising the date I would receive my package. Ive already strongly recommended this site to my friends!
So I bought some items from Asos around £150 it was all delivered fine.
I went to return some things and the was all fine I used collect+.
5 day passed and they never contacted me or said a word so I emailed and they said they hadn't received it. Little do they know I have tracking number so I show them and they say okay what did you send? They have no clue as to what it was in the refund.
They processed it and well after over 100 emails and 1.5 months of waiting the refund hasn't gone into my bank account and I'm just doing the same thing over and over again.
Its a joke and never ever ever use them!

Bestiller ofte tøj her, og er virkelig tilfreds!! Asos eget mærke kan varmt andbefales, pasformen er super til en average bygning og flotte jakkesæts bukser kan fås helt ned til 100kr, og veste til det samme, virkelig billigt!
Den eneste grund til at der mangler en stjerne er: at i de få tilfælde hvor DE kommer til at sende en noget andet end man har bestilt, der skal man selv betale retur, og det er lidt dyrt til england.. Til gengæld sender de jo ens ordre gratis!

God hjemmeside, fede mærker, har kun været ude for én dårlig ting:
Hvis man ved en fejl får tilsendt noget andet end det man selv har bestilt i sin ordre, skal man selv betale porto for tilbageforsendlsen (hvilket ikke er helt billigt, da det jo er til england!). Derfor ikke 5 stjerner, da alt andet ellers er i top!

I have shopped at asos for a few years now and there has never been a problem with delivery or anything.
For the first time I had the need to contact customer service when I bought a defective tweezers .. I was a little unsure about whether it is something you could complain about, as it is a relatively cheap tweezers, and therefore the cause just might be poor quality. But Asos has sent me a new one! fantastic service!

Made an order when they claimed free express international shipping upon spending abov 120$. This was not so. Customer services provided no help. Might be a long while before making another order. The shipment arrived too late because of lack of express shipping which was promised, I add.
After reading reviews on how horrible the reviews were, I was really nervous for my order. I thought it'd take a long time to get, despite using their express option. I anxiously awaited my order, and checked the tracking information frequently. I had not had a chance to see reviews on this company until AFTER I ordered.. so that's where my initial shock came from. My order was placed very late on February 7th, or actually the 8th based on the time zone that ASOS is in. Today is February 11th, and my order arrived this morning from FedEx. Which reminds me of the shipping info, which was supposedly being handled by "Sky Net".. heh, fun times.
The quality is what I'd call good. It's much like the average American department store quality in my opinion. The dresses are very comfortable and my only real complaint is that some are very thin. The thin material will require a slip or cami underneath to be socially acceptable.. I guess that is kind of to be expected.
I would definitely buy from ASOS again in the future, and recommend them to a friend.
I'm confused by the negative reviews as I have used ASOS for years (since the early days) and LOVE the site and how it's developed.
Excellent labels, variety, price range, styles, site usability (search functionality is SO easy to narrow down what you want). Pay the ASOS Premier fee (I think £14.99/yr?) and you get free next day delivery and returns ALL YEAR and no minimum order needed. They let you know what hour your parcel is coming (and you can reschedule if needed) plus I use their Collect+ service and I just take parcels back to our corner shop on the way out - no Post Office queues - result!
I've found them especially invaluable now I'm a mum of two little boys as I can't go high-street shopping much any more. So I shop at night when the house is quiet! Great for presents for friends too - you can search by budget as well as size, colour, style, etc. And great sales/discounts too!
I've always found customer services really helpful - it used to be easier to contact them (you'd email them and get a response within a few hours) - now you need to go through the site and it takes a bit longer, but that's the price you pay for growth I guess. I have never personally had a problem with returns and refunds.
Personally I think ASOS are the site to beat when it comes to fashion. And no, I don't work for them - just a long-term fan!
Jeg bestilte varer d. 3/1-13 og fik mail 4/1 om at pakken var afsendt. Jeg fik dog først pakken d. 15/1! Så det tog ret lang tid, men det virker ikke som om det er Asos' skyld. Jeg returnerede et par kjoler og måtte betale 86 kr. for at sende dem som brev, altså uden forsikring. Som pakke ville have kostet 200 kr! Igen - det er ikke Asos' skyld, at det er så dyrt at sende i DK - men en anden gang vil jeg kun bestille, hvis jeg føler mig meget sikker på, at jeg vil beholde det.
I ordered a dress to be delivered before I left for vacation and paid the $12 extra in shipping. Not only did the dress not arrive yet, but I followed the tracking number which said there was a delay in delivery due to severe weather. I wrote to their customer care and got a reply from SARAH...who said it would arrive the next day and that there was no delay at all and it was in route to my home. So, today ( the next day) comes and still NOTHING. I email them and they say the package should arrive tomorrow between 9 am and 7pm and there was no way to track it. Which I leave for vacation tomorrow and have no dress. I now have to go to the local mall and find something. On top of it all, I did not leave my house for 2 days fearing it would deliver and I would miss it. Needless to say, they kept lying and delaying the delivery which stated it would be delivered WITHIN 2 business days and tomorrow is day 4. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS SITE AGAIN and as soon as the dress arrives (probably a month later) I am returning it for a FULL refund including the lousy extra $12 I spent to have it here at a certain time.
