I bought some items for the price of about 150 pounds. But the day it should have arrived, it wasn't there. I checked my mail and i got a mail saying that i had returned although i hadn't. The problem is that they now say i have to order it again, but i have to wait for my money to get back. It can't be true that i have to order it again, since it's not my fault. I think it's poorly service!
ASOS offers a good range of products with some really good designs. But I think many really poor quality products are made to look good and when you get them even in sale, you think- I paid a bit too much. Good service in terms of delivery- quite fast and traceable. Website and especially android app are having a few technical issues in terms of filtering, lack of reviews option, bad product categorisation and low quality images.

Jeg bestilte New Balance sko i UK 7 hvilket ifølge asos svarer til størrelse 40. Jeg modtog i dag et par sko i størrelse UK 7 som i europæiske størrelse var 40,5 - Størrelse 40 findes dermed sikkert ikke på hjemmesiden, og jeg kan derfor ikke engang sende skoene tilbage. Virkelig for dårlig størrelsesanvisning asos har!!
I have been ordering from ASOS for over 6 years and i always end up a happy customer. If there is ever a problem with something i ordered the return policy is hassle free and at no charge. The shipping is always on time, if not even sooner then expected. Their handling time is pretty much nothing less then 24 hrs. I love their chic fashion trends and 99% of the time what you see is what you get! Thank you ASOS for being such a big part of my wardrobe =) .
The first time I ordered I received the wrong size. The sizes were listed as UK so I followed the size chart for the US size conversion. They sent me a US 8 instead of the UK 8 (which meant it was 2x bigger). I wrote it off thinking it was because I was a US customer. I ordered a dress a year later. They sent a completely wrong item with a order form in another language. I contacted customer service. They sent me a generic email that ignored my complaint and said I could send it back. I will be returning the item at my own expense and never shopping at to store again.
Ordered a Seeker Dip Dyed Swimsuit as a present. Have to say, great quality item. Like the easy returns sheet inside the bag, that's a really good idea, and the delivery was on time, although I'm not sure that's thanks to ASOS, as when they sent it, Yodel gave a delivery date of the 21st, it just so happened it got through the network a bit faster and actually arrived today, despite ASOS's slow despatch.
All in all though, a good experience, and I'd use them again.
I have many concerns regarding shopping online, especially international websites; however, I found that I can trust Asos.com. I have ordered from Asos.com several times over the past four year and my shopping experiences with this company has always been good to fair. When I have had to return or exchange clothing, the return/exchange process was easy and the money was returned to my account timely. However I have three issues with this site. First, I have to frequently have to return or exchange clothing because sizing issues - mostly a result of UK sizes/clothing cuts are quite different than in the US. Second, deliveries/returns sometimes take a while to be received. Third, the quality of the clothing within the past year and half seems to have decrease but the prices have increased. Overall customer service could be better, but it is a good site. I will continue to shop on Asos.com.
I live in Dubai and ordered from ASOS 18 working days ago and still waiting for my order. The promised delivery is 14 working days for UAE.
There is no way to get in touch with ASOS and ask them about the local postal service partner and if/how I can follow up with them regarding my order. "Track the Order" function on ASOS website is very basic and keeps saying that my order has left the warehouse and will be with me shortly. So frustrating.
I am going on a holiday tomm night and I was so excited to receive my dresses before. Looks like I am set out for disappointment. My first time ordering with ASOS.
The last time I bought something it was a shirt in size 34, the shirt was way to small for me. But then i bought a dress from asos, I measured my self, and the targets were said to be perfect! again size 34. But NO! My Dress is 3 times as big as it should be. And now I have to pay to return the dress becuase asos dont no how to make sizes!!!!
ASOS is DECEPTIVE and MISLEADING! I'm an international customer in Taiwan and I purchased from ASOS after hearing about their free shipping policy. I bought a fair of flats and a dress. The flats ended up looking a lot cheaper than I expected with warped toes, and the dress has a broken embellishment so I was looking to return them. But Customer Service has told me that there is no complimentary free shipping for international purchases. They would only reimburse half of the dress's shipping costs and none for the shoes. I sent over screen shots of their landing and product pages emphasizing free shipping both ways. You can see that it says Free Shipping Both Ways, even though it lists a foreign currency. Customer Service keeps pointing me to the international returns page, which talks about refunds but doesn't mention shipping costs at all. That's very dishonest and I feel deliberately tricked! Even when you double-click on the free shipping link, it shoes the amount of dollars that express shipping costs but there's no asterisk for standard shipping, only for free express shipping. It's fine if they don't do free international shipping returns, but I'm sure lots of international customers have been given the bait-and-switch!
