Terrible terrible site! Scam

I ordered 4 things from them. I was so excited bc of the prices. It seemed to good to be true. The packages came on time, although there were issues with the tracking # they provided. It just didn't work. However, when I opened my packages I was extremely dissapointed. The two coats I ordered were completely different that what I saw online. One was purple instead of grey and had no buttons the way it was described online. The sweater I got was black instead of blue and huge! The worst of all are the sneakers I ordered in a size 8 and they sent a 5.5! I emailed them and after about 10 emails back and forth with too many "customer service" reps to count they asked that I take pictures and send it to them and accused me of not trying them on to make sure they fit! I was irate, like I don't know what size shoe I wear! I reported them the econsumer.gov and suggest that anyone having issues with them do the same. The last offer I got to rectify this situation was to send the sneakers back and get a refund. I would have to pay for shipping and rely on them to actually refund me. Imagine how reluctant I feel to do that after this experience! Asos.com is a scam!! Do NOT shop there!

Absolutely appalling service and website

I have used asos for years and not had a single problem, however the past couple of times I have used has just been one nightmare after another. I ordered clothes and put card details in then they have cancelled saying card details were not correct, then use same ones which have worked. I got a voucher for Christmas which I tried to use and pay an extra 10 pound which asos took the whole voucher then the whole payment out of my account to which charged me at my bank. I used Facebook to get help as the website is useless to get contact, if you send email off its just a standard email you get back which is not helpful at all, as not every query is the same. It took ages for them to reply on Facebook and again it's like they don't even read the question. Terrible service, possible worst ever had from online shop that used to be excellent. Won't be shopping again and will discourage everyone I know not too. It is not worth the hassle.

Love love love!!!

I've been shopping from ASOS for years and I do not have a single complaint. £10 for free next day delivery for a year, how amazing is that? Quality of the clothes are spot on, I'm a size 8 and I always buy size 8 and they always fit right. I've never had the experience of my clothes being delayed from this company and yes I definitely recommend it!

I PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ITEM THAT DAY

I bought a dress and I paid £5.95 delivery for next day delivery. I waited in on day on the day it was being delivered as it was being delivered between 7am and 9pm. I didn't receive my dress so rang up the helpline and they said that my dress didnt get dispatched from warehouse. So I am waiting now for it to be delivered ! POOR SERVICE and I didnt even get my money back

Great selection of clothes, just ashame about CS

Easy to use website, although not so easy to use customer service. Had to Google the contact number as I kept getting lost in the self help sections trying to track an order that the courier company lost - not Asos's fault, but they sent it via Hermes and customers cannot track products themselves. However the guy I spoke to on the phone was great and very helpful, ashame he didn't follow up with the tracking info like he said he would. Parcel came a few days after.

Fair prices and return policy

You can't do anything wrong with free shipping both ways. There are many great brands from Europe and a lot of vintage stuff. I could browse there for hours!

Lang tids tilbagebetalling

Jeg har nu flere gange været udsat for at måtte sende mine bestilte vare tilbage til Asos, da tingene ikke svarede til den beskrivelse/billede jeg bestilte ud fra. Der er gået 1,5 måned før jeg har fået mine penge retur, det synes jeg er for lang tid, og jeg blev nervøs for om de overhovedet havde fået pakken retur men posten. Jeg kontaktede kundeservice og her var de tilgengæld ekstremt vendelig og svarede hurtigt på mine mails, derfor får de 3 og ikke 2 stjerne.

Good, but quality seems to be going downhill

I like asos and have been shopping with them since they launched. However I don't like the fact that they have increased their prices and the quality has decreased - only one person is winning here and it's not the customer.

However their branded items are improving in choice and I look out for their sales. Nowadays I tend to head to TK Maxx as they offer better value in my opinion. But if you want a quick fashion fix then asos does the job!

Very good service! I wish I had chosen the right sizes, too.

I use ASOS once in a blue moon. But I was positively surprised with my last experience. I was shopping for tops and dresses. And I ordered quite a few things - four tops and two dresses. Unfortunately, I got the sizes completely wrong. I think it was because all brand have different views on how sizes from 8 to 12 should look like.

Anyway, the delivery came very fast. 4 out of 6 did not fit. But I was able to post back everything the morning after I received the products. And the refunded money was back in my account in no time. So I could go shopping again.

I think size guides can be made more efficient. But at least ASOS are good when it comes to fixing bad choices. I will definitely try my luck with them again.

Missing Item

I purchased from ASOS a few weeks ago and I ordered 2 handbags. When I got my package, it was in pretty bad shape. It was very damaged and there was a spot you can put you whole face in the box. I was actually surprised to see that 1 of my handbags actually made it to my house considering the damage on the box. That said, I contacted ASOS about what happened and how I didn't receive one of my items and they were going to send me a new one as a replacement. Fantastic. I got my package and again, the box was heavily damaged. (I live in California. So it might be the overseas problems or something.) I have now decided to return the item so, we shall see if I get my money back. I'm not sure how it'll work but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
I will also edit this review in the future to provide more experience or whatever. (2/26/14)

Billige priser, ok kvalitet

Har handlet der flere gange og er generelt tilfreds. Kvaliteten er ganske god, og leveringstiden er cirka halvanden uge. Kundeservice er hurtige til at respondere på diverse spørgsmål.

- Irriterende er det dog, at man bestiller en kjole, og får at vide at den er afsendt sammen med de øvrige varer. - Flere dage senere får man så en mail om, at den alligevel ikke er med i pakken, da størrelsen var udsolgt.

Der ville ikke være så mange fejlkøb, hvis købere kunne bedømme produkterne offentligt på asos, som man kan på andre tøjsider.

disgusting service and items not delivered 80 days after order placed

I have shopped on the ASOS website for years and never ever had a problem with their delivery unfortunately I have now had the worst experience. I placed an order worth over £150 on 2nd December 2013 - I was told the package would be with me by 20th December - nothing came - I emailed ASOS and they said please allow another 2 weeks for deliver which I did - still nothing came - no phone call from postal company nothing. They then resent my package...80 days later I am still waiting for either my items I ordered and paid for or a full refund.

The responses to my emails are standard templates that they send to everyone - no phone number to contact them directly to speak to anyone at all and they take days to respond to emails and I have never had an email response from the same person in the last 2 months I have been emailing.

I have seen so many complaints about their customer service and delivery problems and after this I will make sure all my friends and family who buy from asos know what a mess I have had to deal with.

Horrible customer service & refund/exchange policy

My only wish is that I have read those reviews before I spend my money on ASOS, here is my story:
I made my first purchase couple weeks ago for an order over $150 with a $25 off coupon. Turns out the pant ($53.71) won’t fit me, since they do not offer exchange in the US, I have to return it and make another purchase separately.

ASOS received my return merchandise but ONLY credit me $28.71 back because they auto-deducted the $25 coupon that I used for my first order even though it is technically an exchange, not a refund.

I decided to email the customer service at ASOS since there is no phone number you can call from US. After couple of days waiting, I contacted them via facebook. A rep emailed me back but insist there will be no refund on $25 because they do not offer exchanges outside the UK therefore all returns will be treated as refund MINUS the coupon if the new total does not qualify the original offer (even though my second replacement order actually is more than the first order without using any coupons).

IN SHORT, I LOST $25 FOR SOMETHING DOESN’T FIT ME RIGHT.

It’s an extremely unfair situation and bad business practice. They rather lose a forever customer than credit me back $25 no wonder they earned so many bad reviews already.

Bad quality and bad business practice

Purchased from them a couple times, mainly due to the sizes available. But they are not good quality, e.g. holes appearing after 1st use, it happened to most of them, where as i don't have the same experience with other brand

The worst thing is that they keep sending you coupons for 25-50% off so to make you feel like you have a good deal. The truth is they raised some prices on the things and I only found out that because i have put them in my wish list.

And purchase only from english pounds because they will rip you off with currency rate if you pay them in US dollars! Ended up being cheaper if you purchase in UK and pay the credit card the currency rate!
