MEGET dårlig pakning. Jeg har aldrig set noget lignende. Købte 3 eyelinere, fordi jeg efter flere køb ikke er glad for at købe ting, der kan gå i stykker, og tænkte ved mig selv, at eyelinere kan holde til det meste. Der var en stor "bobelplastlomme" med i pakken, men kun den ene eyeliner var pakket i egen pose, begge de andre lå bare og flød i Asos-æsken.
Udover det, var min pakke MEGET beskadiget og den var både beskidt og vandskadet, som om, der er nogen, der har haft stillet den et sted uden opsyn i regnen. Det er jeg bestemt ikke tilfreds med. Dette gjorde, at jeg kun ved hjælp af HELD ikke mistede nogle af mine produkter. Æsken var så ødelagt, at der var sprækker ved alle hjørnerne, og hvert eneste produkt kunne med lethed være faldet ud under rejsen.
Det er dog ikke Post Danmarks skyld, og det ved jeg, fordi de i København pakkede pakken ind med ekstra tape og en pose udenom (med vedlagt undskyldningsbrev), så pakken ikke blev yderligere beskadiget. Tak Post Danmark!
Jeg synes, at deres service og levering er forfærdelig. Men jeg kommer nok alligevel til at handle hos dem igen, pga. den frie levering!
Placerede en pakke hos Asos, der kom sidste dag, indenfor planlagt leveringstid. Denne gang var der en stor "Plastpude" med i pakken, for at tingene ikke rullede rundt. Halskæden, jeg købte, var pakket ind i en lille æske, som hvis man havde købt den i en smykkeforretning, mens renseprodukter var i originalpakning. Fin levering.
Jeg købte hos Asos inden jul, og var derfor godt med på, at der var risiko for, at pakken kom lidt senere. Derfor var det også, at jeg valgte at skrive til dem dagen før, pakken senest var forventet at komme. Jeg tænkte, hvis der er et problem, så kan jeg nå at løse det, og hvis den bare er forsinket, så er det også fint.
Den mail jeg var tilbage, var på ingen måde grundig og fyldestgørende nok. Jeg var meget præcis og uddybende i min egen kontakt, og regnede derfor med at få samme svar tilbage, men det eneste, jeg modtog, var en allerede færdiggjort mail, der åbenbart bliver sendt ud til alle, der skriver ind med spørgsmål - dette ved jeg, da de i deres mail forklarede mig flere ting, jeg i min egen mail allerede havde gjort opmærksom på, at jeg godt vidste.
Det gør mig ikke særlig tryg, at der ingen menneskelig kontakt er, når man føler sig utryg i købssituationen og ved leveringen. Det synes jeg, der skal laves om på.
Udover det, pakker de ikke produkterne godt. Jeg bestilte en polo (gave) og en pudder (eget brug). Poloen var fint pakket ind i plastik og lagt i en papkasse. Intet problem.
Men pudderen var placeret uden indpakning direkte oven på poloen, hvilket vil sige, at hvis postvæsenet havde været bare en smule klodsede, så var den gået i stykker ud over HELE kassen, uden at jeg kunne have reddet den (dog uden at poloen blev beskadiget).
Det går mig på, at de ikke pakker småting ind i bobleplast når alle og enhver ved, at posten ikke altid er lige forsigtig med varerne. Den lå bare og rullede rundt, og den har været i alle hjørner af æsken.
Igen noget, jeg ikke er tilfreds med.
Til gengæld synes jeg, at ASOS har nogle rigtig gode priser, der hamler op både med rigtige butikker og andre online-hjemmesider. Derfor vil jeg i hvert fald købe tøj hos dem igen - da jeg ved, det er pakket ordentligt.
Makeup og andre smågenstande er jeg mindre sikker på.
Pakken fik jeg i øvrigt dagen efter planlagt leveringstid, så ingen skade sket!

When things go well asos are great but if you have problems - wrong items or returns they are a nightmare. They state returns will be dealt with in 24 hours so when mine hadn't been dealt with in 5 days of then receiving it (you can check this on the collectplus tracking website so I have proof it got there at that time) I emailed them they said they don't have it wait another week! An absolute joke when there's proof.
This isn't a one off either 6 of my recent orders have had issues. I suppose i was daft to keep ordering from them but I've learnt my lesson now and I'd won't be using them again they've had enough chances. If there's any chance you'll need to return something I'd seriously consider if the hassle is worth it.

First, an order I made with a 20% discount code was to be delivered by December 24th, which is great because I wanted it for Christmas. Oh! What's that you say? Your tracking info won't update and you can't locate your order? Oh - how convenient. So I contact customer service. They inform me that there's a technical issue with their tracking system and assure me the order will be here by the 24th - the latest. Oh! Going on the 28th. So needless to say, I didn't get this by Christmas.
BUT IT GETS BETTER...
I figure, maybe I'll get it on the 26th, you know - because of the holidays, and they have a few more nice items I like, let me get those. I've dropped $400 after this point. I select Express Shipping! I'll have something nice in time for New Years Eve because it will be here by Friday the latest. Wonderful! I checkout and go on about my business. I noticed, however, that I didn't get the dispatch email, so I check out my account on the 25th. STANDARD SHIPPING? Oh, ok. We're about this life.
I contact customer service, thinking it's a website glitch and maybe they can fix it within the 4 hour time frame posted on their site. 7 HOURS LATER I get an email saying, I didn't choose Express Shipping even though I entered in the promo code. So in turn my order won't be here for a MAX 8 business days. Oh, really? You think so? This in turn prompted my urbanista to come out full force, because there's nothing that pisses me off more than someone not taking accountability AND THEN saying it's my fault. I go on a email rampage.
I dig into this guy. At this point, I now know I'm not getting my stuff so I just go H.A.M. It is what it is, so lets do this. 5 HOURS LATER I get another response telling me that I didn't receive Express Shipping not because I supposedly forgot to choose it at checkout, but because I used a 20% discount code and I can't double codes up. WHAT? You mean the 20% I used with my PREVIOUS order? Now you guys are just being IG-NANT. So again, I have to correct these people - stop pointing the finger, get your facts straight, and find my stuff. NOW I take it to Facebook.
I unleash my discontent on their wall and receive the generic "PM me so I can help you" response. Ok, cool. Lets play this game - I LOVE games. I go through the motions again, explaining all the bullshit that's been happening. While I'm doing this I get yet ANOTHER email via ASOS. This time they tell me there is a TECHNICAL ISSUE with my form of payment (PayPal) which is why it did not take my request. But don't worry they're working on it and here's 10% and another Express Shipping coupon code. OH! The coupon code that WON'T WORK, ERGO OUR ISSUE AT HAND? Brilliant! Keep it up! I love it! HOW DOES THAT HELP ME?
Back to Facebook. Someone slips up and tells me who the courier service is. Oh! Let me contact them. I have to CALL BACK because the ONE person that handles Asos is out of the office. How convenient.
So, kids. $400 later I have nothing. No packages, no dresses, nothing for NYE, nothing for Christmas...ZERO! Now that I'm out of options - annoying these people is my current goal (lack of funds being my motivation) and will continue to annoy them UNTIL someone gives me my merchandise or my money. And frankly all I want right now is my MONEY!

I used to order from this company regularly when they were good, however, in the past 6 months they have become one of the worst and most unreliable shopping websites around. (this is the only review site on the internet which scores them more than 3/10!)
Most items are not as described, and the models are always wearing a different item (albeit only slightly different) than the one you actually receive. it makes you wonder where they actually get their stock from!
Customer services are poor, knowledgeable and give stock answers every single time!
The only good thing is the delivery, oh, but only if you're paying 9.99 for the ASOS premier service!
I have been using ASOS for over 2 years now and have never had a problem. My orders are always received next day , they are very well packaged, I am kept updated via text messages on where my parcel is to ensure that I am in on time. When an item was out of stock, I was quickly informed and the money refunded very fast.
My most recent dealings with ASOS was last night when I ordered a large amount of items and purchased ASOS premier for a special price of £9.95 which allows for unlimited next day delivery for 12 months. I am happy to report that even though I ordered the items at around 9pm, they are on their way today. This is just an excellent company that sets the standard for online shopping, especially clothes shopping.
Ordered something for Christmas. Haven't seen any updates to tracking whatsoever, but they claim it will be delivered for the 24th. Tried to contact them about it, receiving no response other than automated messages. Left a message on their FB page, they said to send them a private message, which I did, and then received no response.
Seems like they just took my money and have no intention of shipping anything. Good thing I ordered with PayPal.
Will NEVER be shopping here again, and warning all my friends against them.

I did get my parcel. After I ordered 1 week later, I got an email which said that I didn't pick up my parcel. I live in Denmark, and with the track and trace number i got from Asos, it never left UK. So about three weeks until I've got it.
Then I've had to pay more, because of the price change, even though i contacted Asos.
I'm pretty content with the bag I ordered. But I'd rather find another shop, next time I wanna to online shopping.
Placed my order, paid with no problems, it came when they said it would (even giving me a one hour delivery slot on the day of delivery) and the items were fab. Especially loved the jewellery coming in a funky box :-)
I have signed up for the annual next day delivery membership so 2013 will be mostly spent shopping with ASOS :-)
Placed an order 12-6 with standard shipping was given an estimated delivery date of 12-14. On 12-7, I received an email stating my order had been shipped including a link with the tracking information. However, when I clicked on the link the tracking information was not updated. It informed me that it may take up to 48 hours to updated. As of 12-13, the tracking information was still not updated so I contacted the company via email because they don't have a phone number your can call. After 6 hours I received a reply stating that my order was in transit and I should be receiving it soon. By 8 pm on 12- 14, I still had not received my order so I emailed the companny again. They replied about 5 hours stating that they could not find any infromation about my shipment. WHAT?! They had lost my package. I responded back to their email only to get the same reply another 12 hours later. There was no mention of when they would be able to give me more details or about what actions they were going to take to fix my issue. I finally founnd them on facebook and let me tell you if I would have since that site first I wouldn't have ever placed an order with them. There is nothing but complaints about lost or missing deliveries. Long story short, after going back and forth with the 3 different customer service representatives (not to mention the 2 I already dealt wih via email) I was told there "specialist" team would contact me via phone within 24 hours. It's been 36 hours and I have no package, no tracking information, and no answers to my questions. Just left with them continuiously telling me lies. Delivery was set to be on the 18th of December, but I got it already on the 12th!
It was very cheap, and everything fitted perfectly, and better quality than expected.
All-in-all a very good deal! I'm very excited right now.
I returned a dress bought from asos on 5th november... is 10th december and still did not receive my money back nor a response from them... very unsatisfied with their customer services, needless to say that it is my first and last time when buying something from them :(
I started to read reviews about the shipping, mostly of the people say that is horrible... well I will tell you about my experience. I have a party next weekend so last saturday I order a dress from ASOS with express shipping because I knew that the dress will never get here if I order with standard shipping even though it said it will get here by december 13th... (take in mind that I live in Costa Rica so for that to get here from the UK in standard shipping was literally impossible.... to me) Anyways, I GOT THE DRESS!!! The express shipping was date for it to get here the 10th of December and its the 7th of Dec.
Kinda mad that i had to pay like $50 in taxes to get it here (Almost the same price of the dress) ON TOP of the $30 that I paid for the express shipping. But I cant denied it, once i saw the dress I was in love, ITS BEAUTIFUL.... kinda see trough so i have to see how it looks in the light BUT BEAUTIFUL!!!!
Contemplating in shopping again next time with standard but kinda of scared with all the reviews that i have read.... They have beautiful clothes... EXPRESS SHIPPING RECOMMENDED FOR URGENT OCCASIONS
Asos er en hjemmeside, hvor udvalget er stort i både farver og størrelser, og man kan let få timer til at gå med at se deres sortiment igennem. Jeg har som oftest haft en okay oplevelse af deres leveringsforhold, selvom forsendelserne tit er forsinket og ofte tager lang tid om at nå frem, men det er vel hvad man kan forvente, når man bestiller tøj fra UK. Desuden er det også rigtig dyrt, når man vil sende noget retur med Post Danmark, det bliver ofte omkring 50 kr. og det er uden en pakkeforsikring. Det der er udslagsgivende for, at jeg i dag lægger mine tøjkøb andre steder er dog kvaliteten af deres tøj, som et eksempler kan her nævnes, en efterårsjakke jeg i foråret købte på udsalg, altså en vare jeg ikke har benyttet mig ret meget af, og kun har vasket en enkelt gang. Alligevel er kvaliteten så dårlig, at jakken allerede til efteråret gik i stykker, stoffet revnede ved lommerne, remmene til knapper falde af og lynlåsen gik i stykker.
Så er I ude efter en hjemmeside med et bred udvalg, billige priser, men ikke går op i kvaliteten af varerne, er asos den helt rigtige side for jer.
A while ago I fell in love with several rings on asos. So I grabbed the chance and ordered them. But... When I got the package some of the orders was wrong. So i contacted them but was told that the actual ring i had payed for was out of stock, so I practically paid for a ring that was cheaper in price. They asked if I wanted a refund, and in that case I needed to send the package back to them and they will check if everything is fine and give me refund. It was bit confusing and in the end I just decided to give up. I have been a loyal costumer at asos for quite a while, and i probably still will be. But just be prepared for human mistakes, nothing is perfect.
During my first time ordering from the ASOS website I missed an online promo-code, which was in very small lettering at the top of the page, and ended up paying 30% more than I should have had to pay! I called within hours of placing the order to have the oversight corrected and couldn't believe when they refused to make the change. I will never order from them again.

I've ordered a few bits from asos and they always arive very quickly, but the quality can be a bit hit and miss! I've found that the price of some bits isnt worth the quality, but the designer bits have always been fine. Have never had to use their returns dept, so not sure how that is but you do get a returns envelope with orders which is good.
I've just started shopping on Asos.com this year and am hooked! Asos.com gives me access to trendy clothes that aren't available at stores in Seattle. The website is easy to use with a bunch of filter options to minimize my search results. I love that there's a runway video for each and every item, so I can see how the fabric flows. All orders are shipped for free and returns are so easy! Shipping may take awhile, but I haven't had an urgent need for anything yet. I've returned quite a few orders with no hassle at all.
Har handlet rigtig maget på asos, og gør det gerne ligeså meget fremover. oplever aldrig problemer, og de er altid rigtig søde til at svare på spørgsmål.

Har handlet der flere gange, er altid blevet overrasket over kvaliteten på tøjet, priserne taget i betragtning. Når det ikke bliver til fem stjerner er det kun fordi leveringstid var virkelig langsom sidst, 12,5 dage gik der, og det er bare ikke godt nok. De andre gange har leveringstid dog været problemfri, så jeg skal ikke brokke mig
Jeg syntes det er en god og spændende side med flotte kjoler. Der var god levering og jeg er tilfreds med produktet. Det kan nogle hange være lidt irriterende at der ernogle produkter man ikke kan se på catwalken, men dette er jo bare et luksus problem :)
Har brugt asos nogle gange, og er meget tilfreds med det. Har fået alt det jeg har bestilt (én gang et par dage forsinket), men skrev til kundeservice og de var meget søde og venlige, og svarede hurtigt på min henvendelse.
Og har lige bestilt noget nyt derfra, igen i dag, så bestemt en side jeg fortsat vil bruge til shopping.
Jeg bestilte et par Newbalance sko via. Asos.com og det er nemt og sikkert, det eneste der ikke helt var tilfredsstillende var at de sagde at mine ting blev leveret en bestemt dag via deres mail, men den kom næsten en uge efter den dato.

Asos har nogle super fede vare og jeg handler der meget ofte.
Desværre er leverings tiden lang, da det ikke ligger i Danmark. (Dog er det gratis, medmindre man betaler for hurtigere levering)
Retur af vare er også gratis, hvilket er fantastisk!
Rabatkoderne udløber meget hurtigt, hvilket også kunne være en negativ ting. Men hey, nogle gange har de fantastiske tilbud. :-)
I'd been trying to login to my ASOS account for 30 mins to use a discount code before the 9am deadline but I was locked out after two failed attempts so called customer service for them to unblock the account. I was advised to try and access the account through another medium such as a laptop or PC and it will work. I only had 5 mins left to use the discount and I still wasnt able to login.
I honestly see no reason why they should lock you out for that length of time. Very frustrating.
