I ordered a cosmetics bag with aspinal of London well over a week ago and have still not received my order. Furthermore, after purchasing bag it was then reduced to 50% so I feel as though I have wasted my money making the whole experience with this company a negative one. Therefore I do not wish to shop with this company in the future.
I ordered a snakeskin lined wallet which looked fantastic, I just missed a 20% off weekend but went ahead as I liked the product, the next day there was a 10% off day, a few days later a 15% day, it makes you feel cheated when you've paid full price and undermines the quality products. I understand having an offer on one or two weekends up to Christmas but not constantly! Looks as though Aspinal must be desperate to generate sales...
I ordered gifts and stocking fillers. Each arrived in a small individual box however once opened each item was placed in scrunched paper which doesn't look neat at all. Certainly doesn't have the feel of a new item I could have gifted a pre- owned bracelet that way.
the Covent Garden store staff were very sweet, patient and attentive. They answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial and helped me to chose a present, arrange for its inscription and onward delivery. The item was duly delivered as promised within the time given. very good all round. Thank you.
Not much to say really. I expected first class product and service and received both.
I paid for a wallet for my partner for christmas and the next day got an email saying the item had been reduced by nearly £30, my partner had also bought me a clutch bag this week that has been reduced from £295 to £205, big difference. Not a good feeling when spent all that money and within 5 days both heavily reduced!
Extremely disappointed that this gift has not arrived yet. I ordered it on the 2nd December and it is now the 10th and still waiting.......
Having paid £4.95 for delivery i would expect a refund at the very least. If i knew it was going to take this long i would not have oredered it at all.
The two items purchased are Christmas gifts and so thought I would pay the extra for the special gift wrap. However, whilst I fully expected them to be already boxed within the purchase price (as they were), the only extra I could see I received was some ribbon which was self assembly! Disappointing and not worth the extra money.

It is always a lovely experience shopping in Aspinal. The staff are so friendly, particularly the manager. They always persevere to help you find the perfect product. It is my favourite shop.

I purchased a lady's wallet as a Christmas gift. It is too soon to know whether the recipient will like it, but it is not the item described on the website. The item that I ordered was lined in pink suede. The one that arrived was not.
Great products, but the gift wrap was non-existent. You charge a fiver for putting the item in a box with a DIY roll of ribbon. What do I get if I don't pay the extra fiver?

When selecting "Premium Gift Wrap" and paying c.£5 for the service, I don't expect simply to be given a piece of ribbon. Seems more DIY than "Premium" to me.
I have been waiting and waiting for these gloves. According to DHL's website, the gloves from Aspinal have been in Portland, Oregon USA for three days! DHL has never worked well for deliveries in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. Obviously, I can't review an item I have not yet received. Can you contact these DHL people in Portland, Oregon and find out what is going on?
I saw the travel backgammon set online and decided to look at it on a visit to the UK. After some difficulty I found the consession in Harrods. They were very helpful ( and apologetic) . They located a set in the store in Coventry Garden . When I went there the set was waiting for me. I had an issue with the dice supplied and they agreed to look into it for me . When I returned a half hour later the problem was solved . They would send me a set by courier and there was no change in the price and there would not be a premium for this . I got back to Ireland on the next day and the set arrived by tracked courier two days later. I loved the set
You don't get this sort of service any more and that's from two stores and the mail order division . Well done Aspinal. I would be happy to recommend you to a friend and to shop with you again
I called to order a jewelry roll and a pair of gloves. Both times the staff were extremely helpful and processed the payment less vat plus postage with ease. I would definitely buy from aspinal again. The only slight negative I have, is that the gloves arrived in a flimsy sleeve and not a lovely box like the jewelry roll arrived in.
I really love Aspinal for gifts, also for the odd treat here and there for myself. Aspinal leather goods are of beautiful quality, I also love the cuff bangles. Online shopping is straightforward and hassle free; shipping is prompt. On one occasion I needed to contact the company by phone regarding an order, my query was handled courteously and quickly. I would recommend Aspinal to anyone looking for a little luxury that will last.
Ordered my Aspinal diary - in purple - site very easy to use, so much to choose from and all lovely things. It arrived 4 days later beautifully packed also asked to be gift wrapped - so came with lovely ribbon as well, my present to myself this year, so of course I havn't opened it yet but I know I will love it. Will use Aspinals again.
i am very disappointed to be give n a gift discount from you to the aston martin club only to find i cannot use it on line likes it states on your discount voucher , then to add insult to injury your mail people given everyone 20% off over a long weekend , thus making a special gift just redundant!
Lovely quality diaries, beautifully packaged but gold stamping is far too expensive.
I bought a glasses case from Aspinal Coventry Garden approximately 2 years ago. It is falling apart. I expected better quality, so returned it in person to Aspinal on Brook St. Here the customer service was non existent. The first thing I was asked was if I had the purchase receipt? Does anyone keep receipts this long? When I insisted that I thought that something should be done because of the state of my case, I was told that repair service was closed and that I should return in Jan. " From North America?", I asked. " Sorry, Madam" was the only response. I would advise anyone to not buy anything from Aspinal but to make your purchases from any of the other excellent leather purveyors in
