I needed to reorder the Drs best C3 Curcumin 1000 mg which I take (8 pills a day) to keep my incurable myeloma cancer in check. I have been taking it for 3 years now and since then my cancer cells have slowly gone done and I haven't needed any chemo. It seems that many others are now ordering it as well, and when I was running very low I order through Astro Nutrition but unfortunately after having ordered it I was told that they are out of stock and would not be available until in a week's time. Although I had ordered with Speedy delivery, the quickest from Canada to London (England) would be 3-5 days I was told. That was a real problem as by that time I would have run out for at least a week. So I emailed Amy at Customer Service to let her know this. To my surprise a couple of days later she emailed me saying that they were dispatched. This was on a Friday and the next Monday the delivery arrived. It was great because I still had 2 days left from the old supply but it couldn't have arrived much later. Ordered 2 products on 27th January 2014. Received one of them a week or so later - confused (thought that it would be delivered in the same package). Contacted astro nutrition - was told that sometimes they send the same order in 2 separate packages. waited for two weeks - still no delivery. Contacted astro again and asked for a refund. They replied saying that they CANNOT TRACK their orders and therefore they have to wait for a MONTH to see if package was lost and then will send me another package (=no refund)! Overall very bad experience, would never order again, just hoping to get my money back!
I received my order in about 19 days which is very normal from US to Greece, i was needed some informations a couple of times and i send some emails which they really helped me a lot with a very quick response!! I will buy again and again and i would recommend this website for the great products and service that they have!
It's my first experience with Astronutrition, the expedition was sent in Europe, delivered in 3 days!!!!! communication and excellent service, the product is super!!! I will buy again, what about Astronutrition for me is the number 1 thanks Alex
I ordered from their USA base + received my order in the UK in UNEXPECTABLE short time.
Everything was fine. Top quality service + product etc. If this product is still available next time i run out, i will order from them again without hesitation especially with the product being so hard to find in the UK now.
Great, reliable site to order vitamins from. The delivery was fast, considering my item came from overseas, and the items arrived in good condition. There were quick responses to queries via email communication too. A happy customer!
The order was slow, but this I suspect was nothing to do with them (This end - UK). They could not have been more helpful when I contacted them about it. Will happily use them again - good product, good price, good service!
I ordered 2 x so far. The service was very friendly. My 2 orders came in only 2 days !!! I asked many questions and they were all answered. I am happy with my products as well. I am waiting on one more shipment, only been a week. I am assuming it is slowly being processed at customs. I have been recommending them to my friends as well.
I ordered my products end of November, and they promised that the package should be there by 8-11 business days. That is now way passed - customer service tells me that it might take longer - but that they can't track my shipment. Not sure that I will ever see my $100 order - that of course already has been paid. Not so sure I can advise others to shop here.
Similar experience to 'Fuzz'. I am located in Canada. Bought 2 items from their website. I assumed everything was coming in locally. 1 item from Canada, the second from the USA. Received the USA shipment in 4 weeks time the Canadian shipment never arrives. They don't want to refund me, they expect me to wait 30 days before they even acknowledge either the package was never sent or was lost. They can't provide tracking numbers nor can they even prove a package was ever shipped. If I don't receive a refund for the missing items, I will contact my cc company for a charge-back. Not even the invoice that was sent to me was accurate. Will never shop here again.
AstroNutrition.. what can i say? :) Read below to see how they handled my product and their service to a client: 1. Paid for a delivery and yet it took them nearly 20 days. 2. Unable to track the order when contacted 3. Ordered a Creatine and guess what they sent me... WHEY protein powder LOL!! 4. Live chat service assistant tried to avoid me. 5. Good thing.. they asked me to keep the Whey, which I was not going to use anyway as initially I had ordered a Creatine. So I gave it to my m8. 6. Another good thing... I was scared as what if they would not pay me a full refund but surprisingly they did.
Due to the above delivery and product issues, it not only messed up my workout routine but it also messed up my Creatine/diet intakes. And had to go through the hassle was like a cherry on top. Sooo thanks Astro for you top notch service!!

ordered my supps 4 weeks ago still not arrived cant phone them and they said its impossible to track the order what a load of crap ive ordered stuff from all over the world and its never taken more than a week even from china!!!!! dont know what the deal is but there gettin away with it!!!!!!!!!!
