Nice stuff at snail pace!
Bought a Bosch iron from them; great iron at good price, but it took ages to arrive. I think they need to get their couriers sorted out, as even after three phone calls, they STILL managed to deliver it to the wrong door. Lucky I heard them!

Recommended based on my experience!
I had not heard of this company as I reside in Scotland. Browsing on the internet, I noted they had a Marantz CD player I was looking for at the second most competitive price on the internet. The most competitive price - only a few pounds less, by the way - was advertised by someone who did not have the thing in stock. All too common.
From first phone call to confirm the availability of the player, till I received it next day, I am delighted I discovered Atlantic Electrics.

Atlantic very good, courier service that they use let them down.
I work nights,when my parcel arrived I was in bed.They rang the door bell, by the time I got out of bed and to the door they had gone,left me a card I phoned up to ask them to redeliver, it's an automated service, three times I had to phone ,it was delivered three days later.I had to wait up for them to deliver at 11 am (could have been worse I suppose)

not what is says on the packet
I ordered on an item on a Thursday for next day delivery, it didn't arrive, nor did it arrive Sat or Monday. When I checked web it stated that I would be contacted if there was to be any delay but I received no communication. When I rang I was asked when I needed the product to which I replied today as it was for my children to give to their dad for his birthday the following morning. Man on end of phone rudely spoke over me, made no apology but kept repeating that I would get package next day. He made no comment in reply to my reference to the website info 're delivery and delays. I did get the package but it was not wrapped by the children and they were not able to present daddy with it on the morning of his birthday. An apology would have been nice at the very least. No point making promises on website if you can't meet the promise. Product itself fine so far. Will not be using this site again though, so rude to be spoken over and very unsympathetic attitude!!

I saw the Sonos Play 3 at a very reasonable price on atlantics website. However, it was showing out of stock. I called Atlantic who told me the only reason they were out if stock was due to snow but they would change the status online so I could still order. I ordered the item straight away. Within a couple of days, when I was expecting the delivery to be over a week the item was delivered. Very impressed with the excellent service and the item when it was delivered. Thank you

Ordered a Sonics Play 3, rang me very quickly to say that they'd just sold out. Once I explained it was a birthday present, they went away and rang back a little while later having sourced a unit and shipped it to me the following day. Nice service, above and beyond

Staff went the extra mile!
I was very pleased with the service I received on this site. When i realised I couldn't stay home on the delivery day, a quick phonecall got a change of day that was convenient to me. Also, as it was an iron I was buying, being without one for more than 48 hours in our house would have caused a headache! It arrived bang on time,within 36 hrs, exactly as I'd been promised. The price of theBosch Sensixx Eco was excellent too. Old one was two years old and no longer available in Argos but was able to buy it here for less than £50. Would definitely use the site again.

FANTANSTIC SERVICE
I had searched for this particular appliance for some time and found it on the Atlantic Electrics website, gave them a quick call to make sure it was still in stock, ordered it online on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday.

Great service and a beautiful radio!
I ordered an Evoke radio midway through December, assuming that due to the Christmas rush, it might take a little longer than usual to be sent - but it arrived the next day! The model was a refurbished version so at a very reasonable price, as was the (new) rechargable battery pack - best price I found for this on the web. Radio works beautifully, a really attractive and rare cherry wood version.

Great company - got my cooker to me before christmas!
2 weeks before christmas, my old cooker went on the blink. I tried the big on line stores and locals around York - but no one could guarentee a delivery before Christmas. Atlantic had the cooker in stock, and even walked around the appliance for me, as I asked about the electric supply and grill - they were based in London, and I lived 20 miles north of York. They were very friendly and helpful. I asked for a delivery date on the Wednesday... however, the truck which was deliverying it broke down, but did arrive Thursday - which was not Atlantic's fault. I would definately recommend this Supplier, and will use them again

Helpful and efficient
I used this company to buy an expensive Christmas present on-line but had left it very late. They rang the next morning to confirm delivery before xmas. The person I spoke to was very helpful and polite. The purchase arrived in time for Christmas as promised.
I will use them again without hesitation.
By the way the my purchase was £100 pounds cheaper than I could get the same item on AMAZON!!

Couldn't have asked for more!
Ordered online on Friday 21st December, hoping for delivery on Monday 24th. Received a call that afternoon to confirm despatch, and item arrived on the afternoon of Saturday, 22nd! This was at a time when Amazon were saying "orders will arrive after Christmas".

Very professional
I got a phone call less than 12 hours after placing my order to say that the only item they had left was the display model. We agreed a small discount from the retail price which was recieved the same day. The item (Sony surround sound) was delivered a few days later and was in very good / clean condition - I wouldn't have noticed it had been a display model!
Very polite and efficient sales staff and excellent service. I'd have no reservations shopping there again.
