Informative, quick delivery and excellent product.
Wanted a couple of very specific bar stools that were out of stock when I first looked so I clicked on the button for them to Email me when they came back in stock. Sure enough, got the Email (actually before their estimated date) and promptly ordered them. Received both Email and phone call to confirm delivery and hey presto - there they were. Easy to assemble, great quality and eye catching - what more can you want from an online retailer.

Just where do you buy kitchen bar stools from?...and was delighted when I found this website. I trusted the reviews I read and just like opehat others had experienced the stools were delivered as promised, outstanding service, amazing price and value for money. This is one of the best online shopping sites I have encountered!
I was only looking for one single dining chair and the choice was amazing, there were pages and pages to choose from.
Once I had found my item, the order process was really simple. I received free delivery, which is always an unusual and welcome surprise.
The communication from Atlantic Shopping was first-class. I received emails and text messages every step of the way and received my order within one day.
All in all, I think Atlantic Shopping were an excellent find and I will definitely use this site again.

all in all good
Ordered and decided chairs not for me so exchanged. Had to pay £20 return fee for delivery even thou exchanging. Spent £260 on replacements so not happy with return fee. Would be acceptable maybe if not re-ordering?

Gorgeous dining chairs, polite and helpful customer service
I bought two of these chairs, one 3 weeks after the other, and love love love them! The dimples in the back of the seat (I assume are part of the production process) were more pronounced in the second chair so I contacted customer service and they replaced the seat immediately with no quibbles, both seats match now and look gorgeous, they are very roomy and particularly comfortable with a large squishy cushion - very happy customer :-D

THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS
I ordered two bar stools on a Sunday and they were delivered to me Monday morning, I don't know how they did it but I was astounded. The bar stools are excellent quality, very good value for money and look lovely in my Kitchen. Instructions were excellent and took very little putting together. Well done for your excellent customer service and quality of good and a very big thank you.

white leather bar stools
My bar stools didn't take long to arrive. I ordered them late Saturday and they arrived on the following Tuesday afternoon.
The stools were easy to assemble, however when coupling the pole and base together we discovered that there where no fittings to secure that part. This meant that if you needed to carry the stool to anther position you would have to ensure that the pole and base was held together before moving, or the stool would come apart.
The leather on one of the bar stool seat had some minor blemishes and the padding on one of the seat hadn't been completely cut to perfectly fit in the outer back rest framework. which meant that there was a 2mm gap where food or dirt can collect.
However over all I am quite happy with my purchase and I do think the stools were value for money.

Thank you for your review and I’m sorry to hear about the troubles you’ve been having. I’ve just tried to call you but unfortunately the line was busy.
There are no fittings to secure the main pole to the base of the stool because they should slot together during assembly and then lock into place, meaning that the base should not come off when you simply lift the bar stool. If this is happening then we encourage you to call us on 0121 230 1644 so that we can discuss this further and find a solution to this problem.
If there are any blemishes or imperfections on the leather of your stool then we recommend that you give them a wipe with warm soapy water, however if the leather covering does not correctly cover your seat then we would ask that you send us in some pictures of the problem to our e-mail address. Unreservedly First Rate
I couldn't believe how efficient the company was. The chairs were exactly as described and at a good price. The delivery time was arranged and the goods arrived promptly . One of the chair bases has been slightly damaged on route however, I contacted the firm and they delivered a new base the next day. I don't think I have had such an efficient and trouble free after sales service. I will certainly be using Atlantic Shopping again

Fantastic value for money and service
Atlantic Shopping had the largest available choice of Breakfast Bar Stools in one place I could find anywhere - Highstreet or Internet. Their website is really easy to navigate and gives a lot of information about each item. Their prices are extremely competitive (simil or identical stools cost more in other places) and their service via phone, when I had an additional question, was very friendly and helpful. Delivery was next day, as advertised, with plenty of text messages and phone messages to give advance warning of the exact timeslot for delivery so that the disruption to our daily routine was kept to a minimum.
I have ordered four cream/walnut stools to go with my new kitchen Breakfast Bar and have since recommended the company to several of my friends and colleagues who after viewing my new kitchen, were really surprised about the quality and value for money. Well done Atlantic Shopping!

Very good service
I had ordered 5 stools. Arrived one damaged but no problem phoned and they arranged for it to be returned. Stools look the part in our new kitchen. Really pleased with the service especially when you phone always answer quickly and deal with your order fast. Not quite as sturdy as I was expecting
Bought 4 bar stools for domestic use. Fine, but not quite as sturdy or robust as I was hoping. Don't think they will last too long.

All of our stools are designed for use within domestic kitchen environments and they come with a wide metal base to ensure stability and durability. The majority of our stools have a standard round and sloped base like the one on your Utopia bar stools which can vary in diameter from stool to stool. If stability is very important to you, I would recommend any of our bar stools that have a flat base as these bases are weighted and quite heavy, although the stools with flat bases are usually within a higher price band.

Great customer service, good quality products, and delivery was well managed
Atlantic shopping were pro-active following the placement of my order making sure that I got the product I wanted when I wanted it. They called me a couple of times and even rearranged the delivery time to suit my availability.
The product was good quality and it was well packaged to prevent any in transit damage.

Good products and good service.
We bought 4 bar stools. Delivery was fast. However, we decided to keep 2 stools but return 2, in favour of 2 similar chairs. This was accomplished without any hassle, quickly and efficiently. We knew our reorder was not in stock, but were kept informed of when the delivery would be.

Good service, delivery and product.
I orded 3 bar stools. We took prompt delivery. When 1 was unpacked there was a dent in the base. My husband rang up the following day to explain the problem. A replacement base was despatched efficiently. The stools are confortable and stylish and an excellent addition to our new kitchen.
