I Bought a t-shirt from attitude clothing, on a Saturday, and at Wedensday it was here :) I live in Denmark, so I find that really quick! :)
The size is a bit, not small, but the fabric of the shirt sticks abit to your skin. Maybe I should have ordered a male shirt instead of female to avoid that :)

I have been shopping with Attitude Clothing a couple of times, and had a few problems with the delivery and my own size (not Attitude's fault though) - everything has been solved professionally and fast, refunds, reshippings, and exchange has been a joy every time!
I've been ordering from Attitude clothing since I was about 15 and I've never once encountered problems. Whenever orders have been on back order for a long time, I've received e-mails offering me discount codes, updates on despatch dates and friendly customer service! Thanks Attitude!
It is now 1 month since I sent my item back and I am still waiting on a refund. After a slow response to receiving the item, I was confirmed a full refund, which oddly would take 5-10 working days, naturally, it advised 10 and gave me a date when I could expect it, a full 2 weeks away, but hey. But when the suggested date came and went with no refund, I contacted them. Oh, they only initiate the refund after 10 days, then it should take 1-2 days to go into my account......so it is now a month since I sent my item and I keep getting told different time scales for something I should have received straight away.
Banks, cards and money transfers do not take this long, the 1-2 days for the banks yes, but the additional 10 working days???? It really puts me off dealing with small companies when I have to beg and chase for my refund for no apparent reason!
Things were as described, awesome! I was pretty scared as the reviews I found here and there was pretty bad, also because the main payment service was "sagePay" and not "Paypal" as I'm used to, so I was pretty scared that I stupidly got ripped off, also because the layout on the site did seem a little fishy (a lot of fake sites I have encountered has this "HTML or Plaintext?" thing in the purchase window, and so did this site - But when going through to the payment you'll see Sagepay (which also has received a lot of bad reviews) actually uses https:// instead of http:// so you know all the info you provide is 100% secure. Also they have a legitimate geotrust logo on the page, so the worries I had was unnecessary. I received all my goods, quickly and in correct size and shape. Thanks from Denmark :)
I placed an order of a jacket, t-shirt, umbrella and a pair of slippers. When the package arrives, it was totally burst open (Royal Mail you might think) but I couldn't even put it back together, they must have crammed the items in the bag with some force. The bag measured 40cm x 40cm - for 4 items, including a heavy large jacket.
On top of that, the slippers werev the wrong size (ordered a 5-6 and they sent a 7-8.
They have some great things, I do wish they had some of the things in bigger sizes. The delivery is always quick, despite the distance and if I have had troubles, they have been quick to answer back and send back. Safe shopping, safe checkout. They could improve the search possibilities on the site. But its minor things compared to how easy, cheap and quick it is.
The site has a nice range of products and you can occasionally find quite a good deal there.
I find their checkout process bad as I often find it glitching up and making problems so placing an order isn't that smooth as it should be.
Customer support isn't the best, but they are still ok as I managed to sort everything out with them so far.
Items I've bought always arrived fast and well packaged, exactly as ordered.
First I have to say that I really like this company, they have alot of cool items, and I buy stuff regularly from this site, but I've learned to never buy a thing if it is "out of stock", due to the fact, that you're probably gonna wait forever. I ordered a t-shirt in may and now it is september! When I wrote to them 2 months ago they answered:
Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in being able to send
your T-shirt. Unfortunately, the Manufacturer who supplies this item is
currently experiencing production delays. I can confirm that it has not
been discontinued and therefore we still anticipate being able to
fulfill your order shortly. However if you would prefer an alternative
item or a refund then please do not hesitate in contacting me.
However, this seems to happen often as I've experienced this before almost at the same time with a bag I also bought from attitude. nothing happened, so I wrote them a mail about canceling my order and they answered back relatively quickly saying in a polight language, that they would sent my money back to me. there was no problem with that at all. The refund went smoothly, but buying an item which is out of stock is a waste of time, at least for me it was...

What I would say is the best sevice I have had from a UK side. (I'm from Denmark). They also have the most coolest thing in there, and a huge selection of funny / beautiful jewelry. The only thing I missing is a wish list, which can saves, so you should not look through all the pages every time you have to enter and look for a specific product. :)
