Very good price and delivered on time.
I ordered a Denon Cocoon home system and it was promptly dispatched and delivered as promised on the website, very good hassle free service. And the system is excellent as well with a suprising full range of sound for such a compact unit. On the whole I would highly recommend both Audio Express and the denon cocoon.

prompt delivery
this was my first purchase from creative audio and would not hesitate to buy from them
in the future. my order was delivered on the day i had chosen and i recieved a phone call to confirm this. I live in N.Ireland and was expecting the delivery to be a day or so late because of the distance, having ordered products from other companies on the mainland in the past. For the first time paying the extra delivery charge was worth it,

A+product price and courtesy
Ordered a raft of home cinema gear and uograded a few items, was contacted personally the day after to confirm my identity and provide proof which went faultlessly. All my items were delivred on my preferred date (although late. 7pm). All in all a pleasant experience.

First class service
A friend of mine bought most of his hifi equipment from the Creative Audio store in Shrewsbury when he lived in that part of the world, and I went with him for one or two of the demonstrations. It was because of these positive experiences that I had no hesitation in buying an Audiolab MDAC from them via mail order. Sure enough, the mail order service is every bit as impressive as their in-store service. I got a courtesy call after I had ordered the DAC, and it arrived the next day. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, faultless.
Ordered a pair of Neat Audio motive 2 speakers, didn't have the finish I required so they ordered direct from Neat for me (Monday). Had them unboxed and working by Friday afternoon. The shop even rang me Friday lunchtime to let me know the courier had called whilst I was out. Will definitely use again. Great service, staff and knowledge..

We were really pleased to get a phone call from you almost as soon as we'd placed the order - it was to clarify a few points about our options and give us some advice, which turned out to be necessary and was very welcome. The kit arrived exactly as specified, on time, and extremely well - and, importantly, discreetly - packaged, with all the specified options. We haven't yet had a chance to use the equipment a great deal (Audiolab/Tannoy combination) but what we have heard sounds fantastic - notably a few recorded BBC TV Proms broadcasts, which is not what we bought the equipment for, but which it handles brilliantly. Many thanks for excellent advice and service. Five stars

Edit: Also I really liked the way you can mix and match amp systems and speakers. I got the Denon mini with the Dali bookshelfs; very very pleased.

Delivery was great but communication a little bit lacking

Dali Zensor heaven
The speakers are brilliant budget monitors that punch way above their price; in white, with white grills and mounted on metre high slender but stable RS102 stands they are sexy but unobtrusive (wife happy). Audio express deserve credit for a) stocking these beauties, b) having an informative and easy to use website and c) delivering on time and d) bothering to care what the buyer thinks! It's not rocket science ... good retail is all about saying what you'll do then doing what you say!

Excellent retailer
I was dubious of buying audio products online as in the past I have preferred to visit a audio shop . I chose Audio Express as if needed I could visit their shop if I had a problem.
The service I received was absolutely first class and the price very competitive and I would highly recommend the company to any prospective buyers.
When I require additional equipment I will use Audio Express again and probably visit their showroom.

Will definitely deal with these guys again.
Well I spent a couple of weeks wondering which amp to get to replace my Onkyo TX-NR515 then along came the Yamaha Aventage range. Wasn't sure which one to go for but these guys helped me chose the right one for my setup. No trying to push the most expensive one on me, just the one I needed.
Oh and of course the price was half the price of anywhere else!

Best price,and really really helpful
Best price online, for yamaha rx a2020 . After my initial set up with amp I was a bit disappointed with the sound. However a phone call to creative audio, and they taked me through a reset. Very happy now .and the start up guide they supply is really great. Highly recommended dealer

Great Product - Amazing personal, professional service!
There are plenty of reviews out there for the Yamaha 201 Soundbar and sub that I ordered from Creative Audio so you can find the info on the unit there. Suffice it to say that it does exactly what I wanted it to do plus it looks great.
The real find was Creative Audio (a.k.a - Audio Express). I called them directly as I had a question about the unit I wanted and a question about the price. They gave me very good, straight-forward advice about the item I wanted, gave me a cable at a great price without hyping me up to the very expensive version and gave me an excellent price on the Yamaha unit without me even pushing for it. Delivery happened exactly when I wanted it and communication was perfect.
I will buy from these guys again and happily recommend them to anyone wanting to buy some audio gear.
