Excellent experience - would definetly buy from again
Came to the website for the price and after buying will stay for the service. Sales team very helpful, offered advice, made sure I had everything I needed and kept me updated on shipping details. Their prices are more than competitive plus they offered free next day delivery on my order.

Real sound return
Having had a most unsatisfactory experience with another supplier I found it amazingly refreshing to find a company that really did honour its claims. The Marantz system was offered at a discounted price and was delivered within twenty hours. How's that for service? The system is also everything it was cracked up to be which seems to be something of a rarity these days.

great advice, great delivery times, great sounds - one happy customer
I spent many evenings emailing/asking for advice, feedback, ideas and I was really impressed by the time and dedication David Poole spent responding. It definately made me want to find a way to purchase through Creative Audio, as it never seemed too much trouble - unlike some of the competitive shops I wont mention. Actually I ended up purchasing a different separates / speakers system to what I had originally gone into based on the advice and I am delighted with the sound. What was also very impressive was it arrived an amazing 18hrs after I placed the order!! The different package pricing that were put together seemed very competitve. Also the guys on the phone were and have been very helpful with cable ordering and set up.Thank you all

Fantastic service
I bought a pair of speakers that ended up being a special order from the manufacturer. Comms were brilliant, I always new where I was and what was going on. They got them in in a week and they were then shipped to me on a next day delivery. Not only was it the best price around by a good margin, the level of service was very good. Thoroughly recommended.

I recently decided to change my stereo amplifier,and after looking at reviews selected the Marantz Pearl Lite model. I enquired from Audio Express late one night and did not expect a reply until the following day (as is the case with other hifi stores) Within a few minutes I received a reply! So I ordered and the service was excellent. The amp arrived quickly and in perfect condition,and subsequent communication with Audio Express on other matters has been dealt with swiftly. I can not fault them. They are one of the very best stores which I have dealt with. Recommended without hesitation.

Excellent service and products.
Placed an order online for a Onyko CR-N755, Q Acoustic 2020i speakers and cables on Thursday afternoon and recieved them next day. Had a phone call after placing the order to confirm everything was okay. System up and running quickly and sounds great. I will definitely use Creative Audio again.

Value, efficient, friendly customer service, could not wish for more!
My Yamaha RX-A2020 came the next day (great). Setup was simplified with the supplied Audio Express Easy Setup Guide. Got a slight hum from my Rel sub but was soon rectified with a new cable. Cinema sound is stunning and music is the best I've heard on a AV amp, a big improvement on my Pioneer 920. Audio Express (Creative Audio) service could not have been better, fast delivery, quality products, excellent communications, and friendly service. I will use them again and come thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic.
Amazing service, amazing deal, and real care had gone into supplying me, the buyer, with all the information i needed in order to get the best out of the system. A written guide was included for me with the amp which allowed me to get set up quickly, yet properly, which really helped to get the best out of the amp straight away. I couldnt recommend Audio Express more if i tried :-)

Bit Disappointed
Bought from them since 2003 and always been good reliable advice. Recommendation for a replacement sub-woofer was given as Wharfdale SPC-10 powercube. This was last Autumn, maybe I should have rechecked before ordering. Website still advertises a 5* What HiFi award recommendation. But I have been a bit disappointed with the performance of the subwoofer since taking delivery and when checking What HiFi Mar 2013 issue, they now only give it 4* and claims "Nearly a terrific subwoofer, but there are issues". For £250 I guess it's OK but I maybe should have re-researched and spent £400 on a better budget buy. Otherwise, Creative Audio themselves gave good service as always.

Great communication, excellent service
They rang me as soon as my order was placed online to offer alternative product as the one I order was out of stock, the gentlemen on the end of the phone was able to offer me technical, advice about the product and we agreed to stick to the original order. I received another phone call when the item came in and it was delivered the next day. Brilliant.

Have always been a Richer Sounds fan but these guys are as good if not better.....cheapest price for the product, overnight delivery, very helpful additional set up guide to replace the not-very-friendly official manual......brilliant. Will be my first port of call next time I am in the market for audio gear.

Fantastic price and fast delivery made for a very satisfied customer
I was wary because the price was so low but assured by there being an actual shop in the background. Whilst awaiting delivery I phoned the shop and spoke to a real person and gave my name. The person immediately tracked my order and assured me all was well. The goods were delivered later that day and were exactly what I wanted.

Top Quality Products, though needed a ID check to buy
I had searched looking for a new surround system for a while & came across Creative Audio & read reviews of their products & view their website & saw a few deals they were offering.
I chose the deal which was right for me at the right price too. the products are top quality cant fault that, however on their website they offer you that you can pay through amazon payments which I have a amazon account & thought it would be quick & easy but the next day I got a phone call from Creative Audio saying that as I was a new customer & never dealt with me before I needed to send them ID to prove who I was & because my ID had a different address to the delivery address it was going to delay delivery but once I explained that I was paying through amazon they accepted this & delivery was done in 24hrs so just bear in mind when ordering through amazon payments

Absolutely Delighted
Hi Creative Audio,
I'm delighted with my equipment that i purchased from you i checked everything as instructed on the document and all was fine, I also read the quick start guide that you included it was invaluable and was surprised how informative it was, It was very helpful to a novice who had purchased his first ever Home Cinema System and how everything was detailed out in setting it all up to experiencing the sound of home cinema i couldn't be more delighted with it, I have not got it quite set up just right yet but hope to have within the next few days many thanks.
I will certainly recommend Creative Audio to all my family and friends who are thinking and considering purchasing a Home Cinema System,

Audio Express are very competitive beating any other deals available but more that that these guys know what they are talking about. They supplied information on how to quickly install my new home cinema A/V amp which took all the pain away from the complex user guide. The equipment was delivered the next day without any problems.
I would defiantly recommend them and say that if you buy from Audio Express you will not be disappointed!

Excellent service and value **Recommended**
Purchased a bundle deal which included a Yamaha RXV673 and Q Acoustics 2000i 5.1 speaker package for a very competitive price. Audio Express sales called promptly to confirm order and advise on size of receiver and subwoofer. Items delivered next day for no additional postage. I emailed sales with a technical question regarding setup and received a response the same evening.
I can not recommend Audio Express (Creative Audio) enough excellent service, communication and value.

Wanted the best service and got it!!
It's been a few years now since I bought some Hi Fi (kids and all that) but he time was right to start my hobby again. I wanted a Cyrus amp and CD player and had looked all over the Internet and the main high street for the best price. I found Audio Express, looked at all the reviews and decided to go ahead and purchase from them. Within an hour or so I was contacted by Audio Express by phone to check my order and to see what speakers I had and wether I had them bi wired as I would need additional plugs as the amp only comes with a single set and to make sure I had a interconnect cable . There main concern was they didn't want me to receive my equipment and not be able to connect it . I was told it would be dispatched that day and. Would have it the following day. Everything arrived as promised and in perfect condition and I will have no hesitation to recommend Audio Express to all my friends and family.

Purchased the Yamaha and Wharfdale AV / Speaker package.
Found the price to be very good and not bettered for a package deal.
I arranged a delivery date to suit my requirments, The day before my requested delivery date, I received an e-mail to confirm that goods had been despached and by 9.00am on that day my equipment arrived.
All well packaged albeit manufactures packing, I had no problems with unboxing, and everything was in perfect condition. Was very nice to find with the paperwork a detailed
'what to do' to help me set up my new av amp. This was specifically from Creative, explaining me a few things that is best followed, and good advice it was to.
My system is all set up and running sweet...... No problem in recommending Creative Audio for any AV equipment / products. Pleasure to deal with.

Placed an order for a Yamaha RX-A1020 Home Cinema amp, Q Acoustics Q7000 5.1 system and matching speaker stands on Thursday afternoon and all arrived in perfect condition on Friday morning. A bunch of questions were dealt with very promptly and politely by email and the order was processed with minimal fuss. The guys clearly know their stuff, and what service is about. I had a small issue relating to the stands (not their fault to be fair), so they were collected and replaced efficiently and without cost to me... can't say fairer that that. All in all a fantastic service and the best price I found too. Oh... and the amp/speakers sound amazing, highly recommended!
