excellent in every way
I am delighted with all aspects of the service provided. Telephone help and advice was conducted in a friendly and useful manner. Delivery and packaging were outstanding. Furthermore, I am extremely pleased with the product. Website very good and simple to negotiate. Prices strongly competitive.

On Time Delivery
Ordered my M-DAC could choose delivery day, that was good and price was competitive.
Unit arrived, now is working fine and sounding great, I did compare the M-DAC to five other units costing up to three times as much and decided that for sound it could stand comparison with even the most expensive and just blew the rest away

Refreshingly Good Service
Packaging arrived promptly and in perfect condition from the carrier.
The Denon player and 'Q' speakers work well together giving the depth of bass and treble response I expected. In practice the relatively high minimum frequency response of the speakers does not cause any dissapointment so I am well pleased with the result.
Previous comments on Denon players having noisy cd decks are no longer present on the latest models. Can't fault the package so far, and I am very picky!

Putting customer service before profit
Having ordered a pair of speakers online we were phoned to warn us about their large size. At this point we could have cancelled but we were pleased to accept their advice and purchased a different and slightly less expensive pair. We also had good advice for the purchase of the speaker cable.

Good service and a good price
I heard a Cyrus Stream X at a friend's house and was impressed with the sound quality. I looked for the best deal on the web and came to the site of Audio Express (Creative Audio.) It was out of stock, but I got an email to say that they would update me when they had one. The next day I got an email to say there was new stock and I bought and paid through the website. I then got a phone call and a staff member made sure that I had the other items needed to make the Stream X work (DAC and pre-amp). It arrived very quickly and they rang me again to make sure I had received it OK.

Excellent and professional service
I ordered a Naim UnitiQute 24/192 and Wharfdale Diamond 10.1 speakers.
Collected the above from Creative, had a coffee and a chat, great price and service from these guys.
I will definitely use Creative Audio again on my next purchase.

Excellent service, price and quick delivery.
After searching the web for a Cyrus 6 DAC and Cyrus CDT, I contacted Audio Express to check if they had stock and when it was likely to ship. The sales person was most helpful and confirmed that if I plced the order in the morning the items would be delivered next day.
The Cyrus Amp and CD transport arrived as promised the next day. I am delighted with the sound and the excellent purchase price (cheapest I could find on the net).
Would thoroughly recommend Audio Express and will be looking to buy the Cyrus power amp in the future for bi-amping.

Wishes granted... and on time!
Once I decided on my purchase, I wanted it delivered as soon as possible. Creative Audio said next day and it arrived by 3pm the next day. I couldn't ask for more. Also they kept me informed of order despatch time and gave a UKMail tracking number.
All in all excellent service... when my numbers come up and I buy the NAIM kit I really want I'll be looking to Creative Audio.

Fantastic Service
I Purchased a Denon F-109 Receiver/Amplifier and a Denon F-109 CD Player together with Mission MX-1 Speakers. Delivery was made next day with plenty of tracking information. The system is excellent and the sound is superb. I would highly recommend these products and Audio Express.

Customer service the way it should be!
Was looking to buy a new AV receiver. The one I was interested had the best price I had seen but unfortunately was out of stock. Not only did Audio Express contact me immediately, but they offered me a similar deal on the next model up in the range!
and then....It arrived at my door the next day and even had a custom printed quick start guide in the box from Audio Express!
i cant say enough good things about these guys! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Highly Recommended Company
I purchased the Marantz CD6004 and PM6004 along with Q Acoustics 2020i speakers.
I had decided on the Marantz cd player and amplifier several weeks before I purchased them. It was just a case of decideding which company to buy from. I read reviews of Audio Express (Creative Audio) on Trustpilot. Great reviews and excellent prices meant they were my number one choice to purchase my new stereo from.
If you are a new customer you will need to provide proof of your address. I like this idea because it provides extra security. Next day delivery was provided by UK Mail. Delivery is from 8am - 6pm. Mine arrived at 6.05pm. All the boxes were in excellent condition.
I have no hesitation in recommending Audio Express (Creative Audio) and I will use them again in future.

Great service and came with their own setup instructions
Ordered a Yamaha AV receiver and Boston speaker system - delivered on time and packaged well. The real bonus was their own multi-page but very clear, idiot's guide to setting up this particular receiver. Needless to say, having never set up a home cimema amp before, I happily used....

Music to my ears!
Good website with many interesting features. The Denon M39 with Dali speakers were delivered very promptly and well packaged. So far I am well pleased with the system which will give me versatiliy as well as a very good sound quality. Prices very competitive.

Excellent service, Knowledgeable team
I ordered the Tannoy DC6T SE speakers direct and after a phone call for the staff to understand my existing system of Audiolab CDQ8200 and 8200P power amp and had no hesitation in recommending the Tannoys to match my system.
They promptly arrived the next day as promised.
i was informed by email of the various stages of the order through to delivery.
I received a call to check my progress and was given advice as to setup and positioning.

i recently deal with a ex twice,one online purchase,one purchase on phone.when i ordered a roksan k2 amp and asked for a good deal,staff are very helpful,i have a very good deal.next day i got the amp deivered to my home.when i ask if i could have good deal for tannoy dc6 se,i will have a good deal,if i go a head.from my opinion,staff in audio express are reliable and responsive.as we know if you know the product you want to buy, there are plenty hi fi website,spend your time to check it out for the price and pick up the phone to negosiate the price,audio express surely won't let you down.
don't forget if you can't get a deal with this hi fi shop,try another,eventually ,be patient ,you will get a good deal.some hi fi shop are for customers and business,some don't, if they don't, they will end up like comet. think about knowledge and salesmanship, peaple seem forget about it.how can a shop run well if it can't get more business.i assure you guys "hi fi enthusiast",if you want to buy or upgrade your hi fi ,shop around,but do not forget to get the price from audio express.

Excellent Service
Phoned Audio Express late in the afternoon on Friday, 28th December to order a Wharfedale SPC-10. AE offered the best price I could find and their website boasted "next working day delivery". The chap I spoke to explained that they were very busy but that he'd try and get the unit shipped out that day. True to his word he did - and it arrived on the morning of the 31st.

Excellent customer service advice ahead of order and delivery arrangements to suit your needs.
Had a good discussion with company representative Nick about the kit I was planning to purchase and choice of speakers. Delivery was scheduled to meet my needs, and can be equipment can be sent either to home or work address.. I did wonder about need to send proof of home address as a first time customer, but that was easily done by sending photo of a utility bill by email - I guess this follows the company being caught at some point. Equipment comes well packaged - all supplier boxes had additional plastic shrink wrapping. One query after set up was answered promptly. Couldn't get a better price for the overall package I wanted. I would recommend to all based on my experience.

Bought a Yamaha AV receiver (Vx673) and a speaker system (Q acoustics 2000i). The price was the best I could find on the net, delivery was on time (next day) and when I contacted Creative regarding a power cable that was missing, the response was excellent. They arranged to send out the power cable the next day. The system came with an additional instruction booklet created by Creative, which made the process of wiring up the system relatively easy. Overall very pleased with the service so far.

Excellent matching of speaker to amp, Audio express service, and delivery.
There's not anything to write when things go this well. Audio Express matched the Dali Zensor 1 speakers to the Yamaha A 500 amp in one of their packages with leads. Delivery was 2 days later on Friday as requested. Connected and could not believe the sound. Best price, and delivery included in price. Well packaged.
