I orderd speaker cables and terminators the 7th of december 2012. The 10th of december I got a meil from AudioVisual with an additional 25£ customs fee for shipment to Norway. Then they wanted me to expose my credit card details to pay for this added fee. That is totally unprofessional and I refused to do this. Then they made an fake purcase so I could pay the fee, which I did. The day after I got a confirmation mail. The order was dispatched. No tracking number. Today december 19th, I still awaiting the goods. This has been a huge disapointment and I will not use AudioVisual in the future.

As of today your parcel is currently at a depot in Norway, awaiting delivery. A tracking page should have been linked to from the dispatch email you were sent. We've resent the tracking details to you via email today. It does appear it was held up for a few days, which can happen when items pass between borders.
With regards to the customs charges, we have no control over the amounts set by your government. Such charges are an unfortunate consequence of importing goods to any country and as a responsible company we would not take any action to avoid such taxes.
