Most consumers find it a little difficult to buy on line and if you are like me you actually want to talk to someone if only to see that the item is actually available. Such was the case with the preamp I needed and was told it was not in stock but should be getting some that day. Well we have all heard that one before but such was my desire for the item and the fact that the price was one of the best on the web I paid by credit card and thought well, may be it will arrive at best the following week. BUT no it arrived the next day less than 24 hours from ordering the item. This speaks volumes for the honesty, integrity and professionalism of AudioVisual and I hope that other customers have a similar experience/ Well done the AudioVisula team.
