Saved my life :)
After buying 3 scart leads from different places i thought it's time for a new tv. I decided to try one last time and placed my order, 1 day later my new scart arrived . I thought here we go again plugged in the scart and couldn't believe the difference, it was like having a new tv again. Best price i could find on the internet and speedy delivery.

All I could want from a supplier
I ordered an AV/Speaker bundle. Not only was it a superb price and delivered exactly when it was supposed to (with excellent parcel tracking), but when I had a problem with one of the bundled cables, a generous replacement was delivered the next working day.
All in all, couldn't be happier.

Finally a company with good customer service!!
I placed my order on Sunday evening and it was with me within days, in the interim I sent an e mail enquiring about the order and the response was swift, detailed and courteous. In today's poor customer service this company was a breath of fresh air, both in communication and delivery. The price was exceptional too. I would highly recommend audiovisual.

DYNAMI Speaker stands
I was looking for quality stands for my new system which also had to look the part. Perfect listening height, great quality went for the high gloss finish which really looks the business and my monitor audio BX2's sound fantastic. Service from you guys brilliant, great advice and friendly with it. delivered on time, the courier also kept us informed on the delivery (I wish all companies were this efficient), definitely recommend, in fact I already have! I will be back!

Superb Service
I placed an order for an Optimum Hi-Fi rack online, within a few minutes I received a phone to confirm the specifications and was told delivery would take place the following week, actual delivery was a few days earlier than quoted. First class telephone service, first class delivery and first class product performance
I was unsure of certain aspects re the product and phoned Audio-Visual directly. They answered all my questions and I therefore made my purchase. Delivery was spot-on, being inside the 1 hour window that I had been given. The product performance is nothing short of Awe-Inspiring :- being a Yamaha AV amp (RX-V673) with Monitor Audio MASS speakers. I currently have an occasional instability issue which I am attempting to resolve myself, however, if I can't sort this I have the confidence in the Audio Visual staff to point me in the right direction

Very efficient and quick process.
Shortly after placing the order they called me to double-check on the exact colour of the item I wanted. The delivery was super-slick being kept updated by text and email of when it would arrive to within the hour (and it did!), and even made it easy to re-schedule to another day. Website easy to use and cable arrived quickly and as described. Prices not as cheap as the 'special offers' on the web, but the customer reviews suggested that AudioVisual would be reliable and trustworthy. This appears to be the case from my experience so far.

Brilliant!!
I ordered the Yamaha YSP-3300 having spent ages deciding on my soundbar of choice. Delivery 3 days later by courier at a date and time to suit me for once.
Lovely soundbar - right decision I thought until.... it started to lock up when turning on my BD player. I had read reports of lock-ups whilst doing my research, but mostly appeared to impact Sky boxes. Why me? AudioVisual were brilliant, rang and told them all about it, they got in touch with Yamaha, who promptly sent a firmware update, installed, Bingo!!
Confirmed my choice of soundbar, and supplier was spot on. Great Job!!

Enormous sortiment prompt delivery!
The only UK online dealer who had everything in stock that I needed from the Monitor Audio Bronze range AND the in-wall speakers! Before ordering, I called to ask a few questions - I'm from Belgium, so I'm not used to a sales person being SO friendly and helpful before actually having bought anything!
Delivery was quick and I even knew the hour it would arrive - would never happen in Belgium...!
I haven't had time to connect the speakers yet, though...! ;-)

Hi Fi cabling at decent price level
Prompt delivery and competitive pricing. Only issue was parcel was despatched to my billing address rather than preferred delivery address. As the courier emailed details of delivery address and time was able to receipt without issue.

great alternative to wall mounting
nothing else on market like this, makes it look like TV is mounted on the wall and is fully height adjustable, great peice of kit that only takes 5 mins to assemble and 30 seconds to hang TV. I did not want to attach a wall mounted bracket as in a rented flat, this one just blends in with the wall, is very very stable ( i cannot knock it over) . Cables all hidden and looks great painted same colour as wall.

Good customer service.
TV stand received damaged.
Sent pictures to only contact listed on website, no response.
Item description and I quote from website:
'The top shelf of the Optimum Edge TV cabinet is clad in a substantially thick (8mm) piece of tempered safety glass. Securely fastened to the top' - no it isn't, it justs sits on top of the unit.

Only to happy to amend my review after contact made.
My original email with photos has now been found (no fault attributable to either party) and a very generous offer immediately made to resolve issue, which has been accepted and received with thanks.
