Their delivery in prompt and prices are excellent. I got off cut cables for 70% less retail price and their other products prove to be very competitive online. As I said I will definitely will be buying from them again.

If you need advice, are working to a specific budget or have a very technical spec in mind, you will find patient, well informed and friendly people who are enthusiastic about their job. No high pressure sales or that feeling you sometimes get when you feel you are being led towards they want to sell you rather than what you want. There's also three or four large lounges where you can demo all the toys' . Great place and excellent service.

No fuss, just easy quick service over the phone
Order didn't work online so I purchase my item over phone with a sales adviser which was a much nicer experience. They were v nice and v helpful. V good delivery service too.

Looked like a second.
Ordered a Play 3 Speaker bracket, and it arrived quickly, but it appeared to have been previously used. The box was quite worn and there were a couple of minor scuff marks.
It is perfectly functional, and works fine. To be fair to the retailer I did not contact them about this, as they were only very minor marks, but it would make me wary of buying again.
Edit:
I have upgraded my rating as AudioVisual Online obviously read my original review and replied, offering to replace the item, and also looking into improving the packaging. Excellent and caring customer service. I would use them again.

Our warehouse have looked into the packaging of this item and it appears the protection isn't quite up to the job, which we've passed on to the manufacturer.

Good site for speaker cable; good range.
Goods arrived promptly and in good condition; only beef is that I asked for two seperate lengths of cable in order to have an equal length for each run (2 x 8 metres of cable), however they sent 16+ metres of cable.
As speaker cables should be of equal length it is harder to measure out and cut to the right length at home. Otherwise good quality stuff from an informed, professional source.

Their couriers (DPD) repeatedly failed to show up
I ordered a wifi adapter for a home cinema amp. the whole installation was delayed by a week because the AVOnline couriers, DPD, repeatedly failed to deliver. despite this their web tracker system said they'd called at the house but nobody was there. Not true!!! I'd been at home waiting for the delivery but nobody showed up. The comments by the driver said Landmark - White door, but we dont have a white door nor do any of the neighbors! just lying because they wanted to wait til they had several items to deliver to my area (St Ives). In the end I had to chase this myself and speak to the driver to get him to turn up. Total nightmare. Will never buy anything from this company EVER again.

good experience buying online from audiovisual
well i ordered a subwooffer cable late one night after reviwing various other sites mainly because they had a short length cable i required as some other sites only had cables that were far to long for my needs anyway lo and behold it arrived by post 36 hours later needless to say i was delighted at the service

Quality products and excellent service
