Competitive pricing and simple to understand package drew me to Auracall. Post-sales customer service staff are very friendly and efficient. When my line went down during the high winds recently, they chased BT, kept me informed of any progress and rang back a couple of days later to check that everything was OK.
Avoid Auracall as their landline deal is terrible value. They have it in the small print that their option 4 only allows 700 inclusive call minutes. Yet their website misleads you by comparing their prices with BT and TalkTalk who allow unlimited minutes in their call allowance.
They start charging for their call package even before your line is switched to them!
Customer service chooses to answer or not emails. They answer easy emails and ignore difficult ones!
