Bought the LED neon tube on their site.
While the red one gave the advertised effect neither green nor blue did.
The tubing was transparent and completely fails to diffuse the light from the LED core as advertised.
After ignoring my initial email and being told I was "confused" they finally said "that's just the way they are".
I ordered two Par 38 LED lamps and what I got is outrageous.....one lamp is broken internally...not from shipping since the box is OK...and the other is without a protective cover over the internal high voltage components and LED's. I tried the lamps to see if they worked....at my own personal risk...and guess what, they don't work. So now its going to cost me even more to send them back.
Clearly this company is a fraud and should not be allowed to continue business
DANGER ! DANGER !
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
I've dealt twith this company for a few transaction. While order and ship is no problem - the customer service from them is disasterous. If they send u a defective bulb, you would have to pay for the charges to ship them back first and fill out a form for exchange. Not sure how this site survived for so long with poor customer service, but thats my 2 cents.
The only good thing about this site is their low prices. I ordered 3 sets of bulbs: headlight, foglight, and led accent bulbs. The foglight and led bulbs are currently working. The headlight bulbs did not install correctly. I emailed Tracy, the customer service rep, and she explained that the would not be able to refund me because one of the plastic "turn clips" was broken off when I attempted to install the bulbs. She also told me that it was "statistically impossible" that these bulbs wouldn't install correctly.
After I sent her a picture comparing their bulbs against my current bulbs, she advised me to remove the rubber ring that sealed their bulb against the headlight unit and she said this was an "obvious solution." I emailed back saying that it wouldn't be an obivous solution to remove the rubber ring that seals the bulb against moisture and debris and I thanked her for the rude tone in her emails and poor customer service.
Buyer beware... if you have any issues with your purchase, they will not be resolved.
When I first saw the site I felt I needed to find as many reviews as possible to justify purchasing from autolumination.com.
Boy was I wrong. The package arrived in two days, the bulbs were packed in a static senstive envelope, not a blister pack like most companies.
Let me just provide some background before I go on - I have been purchasing LED automotive light bulbs since they first started selling them, so I know all the types and have personally owned and used them on everything from my 1995 Thunderbird and 1988 420SEL to my 2010 Escape and have purchased them all on line from eBay and directly from the merchant/manufacturer.
The autolumination.com website looks like a refugee from Window98, but I was able to navigate with little difficulty.
I too was questioning why their bulb was $5 more than superbrightleds' $24.95.
Well first off - it's not the same bulb - duh.
Whereas the superbrightleds bulb has 45 SMD units in it, it is only worh about 3w-6w of power - not much light for $25 - and this is what they term as their 'brightest' bulb.
I purchased the 3w reflector bulb from superbrightleds.com and two competitor bulbs with similar and higher SMD counts - 44ea and 68ea, of these three, the 3w was far brighter, although it claims to be a 320 degree beam I seriously doubt it as light was brightest from dead center to just about 90 degrees.
The autolumination.com unit sports 4 sections (3 side ovals and one forward facing dome) with 3x1w SMT bulbs behind crystal wide angle lenses = 12w a bulb - is far brighter than the 3w and flat blows 44, 45, 68 and 96 SMD units clear out of the water and worth the $30.
I only wish that this bulb came with the diffuser lenses as an option to increase the light dispersion.
Also it should be noted that another difference is that when the light transitions from marker to stop or turn the increase in light is extremely noticeable unlike SMD units that barely flicker or 'pulse'.
Overall I say I will be doing business with this company again in the near future.
Simply terrible. Unfriendly customer service, do not do business with!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SHITTY WEBSITE!! I ordered an 1157 L.E.D. replacement bulb for my ATV brake/tail light, and it broke literally 10 minutes after I started riding. It came apart into a dozen pieces, so I emailed them about it. The stupid lady Tracy said that these were "extremely durable lights" and that I must have applied an "unusual force" to cause it to break. So she wouldn't exchange or replace it. I told her that this was unacceptable, and that I would never do business with them again. Beware of this terrible company!!

HAVE NOTIFIED ME OF THE FACT THAT YOU DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO OPEN THE ZIP FILE AND ASKED TO REATTACH THEM. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN.

I ASKED "I was just curious to know if this is the first your hearing of this for this particular application because i couln't find anything on the website regarding this or even dimensions for the 9005 18 LED SMT." AND YOUR RESPONSE WAS ONLY THAT THE BULBS CAN'T BE ALTERED??? THAT'S NEGLIGENCE ON YOUR PART. AND GUESS WHAT.. THAT FELT LIKE I WAS BEING IGNORED!!!

Autolumination.com sent me parts that looked completely different than what I ordered and what is pictured on their website. I sent them pictures of what they sent and they will not admit to sending me wrong parts. Also they will not refund my shipping cost and want me to pay for return shipping. This is a lousy business operation and website. BEWARE before you buy!
I saw a product that i wanted on this site, but before i bought anything from them i decided to google them.
My search showed my that many persons who bought items from them were either defective or didnt last long.
Many people also complained about their customer service, one reviewer showed that they denied selling a product that he had bought from them.
Also this company does not have a contact number, never buy anything from any site that does not have a working contact number. Always call first and ask a few questions about the product your interested in.
Autolumina.com sent me leds that looked completely different than is pictured on their wed site. I sent them pics of what they sent and they will not admit to sending me different leds.
