DON'T THINK TWICE ABOUT PLACING AN ORDER
Although I only spoke to the staff on the phone, I found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are competitive and they give a very efficient delivery service.

Reliable
Reliable. They didn't have a pair of the speakers ordered, but replaced them for superior ones at no further cost. Took 4 days to ship the items ordered, but I guess was due to the issue above.

Poor Customer Service
Product ordered online. Tried to phone with query before dispatch but no response from phone. Therefore, emailed and still received no response. Product arrived next day and was different from the advert as I suspected. This was approx 2 weeks ago, STILL awaiting a reply.................
With reference to response from AV Bristol:-
If you haven't received any emails from me how did you know my query was about colour of product?! Poor and ill thought out response AV Bristol!

Thank you kindly for your review as customer feedback is always welcome (good or bad).
However under these circumstances we feel that this review is somewhat unfair as WE did not supply you with the incorrect order.
As per out listing description we offered “Black” as a colour option, in this case Black was the only option, this would have been clearly marked on every page of the checkout process, thousands of customers have followed the same purchase process and to date have not had one incorrect colour order placed.
We are at a complete loss to why you have not received a telephone response as our phone lines are ‘manned’ by 5 members of staff during opening hours, perhaps you could advise which number you tried calling along with the date and time? Finally we have not received any emails from you, this could be due to our server marking your email as ‘spam’, if this is the case we apologies for this!
If you are unhappy with your product/purchase we welcome you to arrange for the items to be returned to us as per our terms and conditions http://www.avbristol.com/article.php/6/terms___conditions/#onlinereturns to which we will be happy to offer an exchange/refund or Credit Note.
If you are worried regarding return costs please advise and we will be happy to arrange for our courier to collect from you at your cost but with our contract rates, collection can be from any UK address i.e. work, home, friends, family etc...

Thank you for your response.
Rightly or wrongly assumed it was colour due to outlined comments as you claimed it was not faulty, when a product is not faulty it is usually down to the customer ordering the wrong colour CHOICE (different from order process).
I notice you have ignored the comments regarding myself try to help you or the request of telephone numbers you called etc, perhaps the rest of our reviews will speak for themselves and others will see that ‘there is no helping some people’.
If you would like to move past this and for us to help please advise further and we will be happy to do so as we prefer happy customers rather than disappointed ones.

Excellent customer service
Bought a Marantz PM 6004 integrated amp and received an excellent service. Asked them to thoroughly check the product before delivery (since it was sort of an int'l order even if it was delivered in the UK) and they were very responsive. I haven't actually tested the amp yet as I still need a UK/Europe adapter :) but all should be fine (fingers crossed). They could however try to lower the delivery charges for international orders although it's not entirely up to them...

Just perfect!
This is just perfect. I ordered A soundbar and only six days after, I got my deliverence. The whole process from when I gave my order and until I had my speaker was fast and smoothe. I would certainly recommend you to others and I am sure I will be back, - if my wife someday will let me by some new HiFi equipment again :-)

Q Acoustics & Fatman mitube delivered to Australia so cheap!
I've bought 2 audio systems from these guys, the latest a Fatman Mitube & Q Acoustics 2010i for our house.
They gave me a discount after I approached them by email and, together with a favorable exchange rate, I saved hundreds of dollars on the Australian RRP.
DHL delivered in a couple of days, plus I could track the system during transit.
Their checkout process on the website is a little clunky with its double negatives and puzzling checkbox riddles, but worth persevering with for the price and service otherwise.
The Q Acoustics 2010i are phenomenal - far, far better than the similarly priced Fatboy 1 speakers (that I also bought from Bristol AV).
I'd buy from these guys again in a heartbeat and will recommend to friends.

We were not hassled in any way receiving friendly advice on which floor standing speakers to purchase within the budget we had. After purchasing the speakers which were delivered very promptly. I would & have recommend anyone to speak to this company regarding Hi-Fi matters.

I found your site on the net, using the term "NAD Blue Ray offer".
You offered a good price. That the delivery costs could be calculated is great.
The deciding factor was that I no delivery fee need to pay. It was easy to order. The delivery was fast. Ordered Thursday and Monday received.
I hope that your company regularly offers such sharp offers. I am Dutch so I search for the lowest price. I have enough confidence in AV Bristol to in the future to purchase an item.

Will not think for a fraction of a second to recommend AV Bristol
These guys are awesome. I have quite a big order from them and i live in Australia. I was nervous a bit at the start but man they deliver on time and they assist you with any querries without the arrogancy of the pricks down under (who thinks they know it all in terms of audio).
They alse very honest as they told me that one of the speaker would be mid february and that order was made in Mid january. I happened to change my order of speaker and order something else. The refund was like within 1 hour and we negotiated a new quote with discount etc.
These people must stay in business as this is why i will recommend all my friends down under these guys.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!
I ordered on Monday and received on Friday, considering the order crossed the Atlantic and the breadth of Canada, cleared customs and arrived at my home on Haida Gwaii before dinner Friday I am astounded!
