Fantasticaly fast delivery

My order came a whole week earlier than I was expecting and was in great condition.
would seriously order from them again both for delivery and pc part prices.

Extremely fast delivery!

I ordered Corsair CX750 PSU (quite heavy item) on Monday night , and it was delivered on Wednesday (in 2 days, and I haven't paid extra for this). Very fast and pleasant service. For comparison, other components for my computer that I ordered at the same moment from another service have been dispatched only today.
The product is just exactly what I ordered.

OUTSTANDING!!

I just bought a AMD FX 8350 custom PC system from awd it solutions, it was ready in 3 days i ordered it at 4pm Friday and it was ready for collection on Monday at 8am! the PC came in excellent condition as you would expect from a new PC. But i was rather worried about this company after ordering it and reading reviews on this website. But it turns out that it was a lie because i got A star service from this company and a great price too! i would highly recommend buying from as apposed to mainstream PC shops. For just £340 i got a 8 core PC that would give alien-ware PCs or the acer predictor a run for its money!

1st Class Service

I ordered a complete PC bundle from these guys and unfortunately I had a dodgy RAM module. Craig in Tech Support took a lot of time to help me diagnose the problem. He also said that if we could not diagnose the the 'hanging' problem I was having he would arrange to have the whole thing collected and he would sort it out.

Would I use these guys again? DEFINITELY! Would I use someone else? NOT LIKELY!

Gave me better service and was more knowledgeable than Novatech

I was building my own PC and was after a silent PSu and a decent case, tried novatech first and there on line chat must have been operated by robots as they just kept telling me to look at the site.

I then tried AWD and within seconds received a call and was given advice over the phone, at first i thought they were just trying to get me into buying there top of the range stuff but after a brief chat they told me what i did and didn't really need in my specification and I ended up spending a lot less than I had planned.

Delivery was fast and I have since returned and purchased again, its nice to know that the people selling you the stuff actually know what it is they are selling you.

Best Service & Best Prices

I have bought items from just about every online PC retailer in the UK.

AWD-IT will always be my first choice.

Firstly, their prices significantly cheaper than the competition (The overclocked motherboard/CPU/RAM bundle I bought was £100 cheaper than the same item at OCUK!)

And secondly, and this part is most important to me. Their customer service is second to none. My items took a little longer to despatch than I had anticipated(the bundle needed building and testing), but as soon as I called Paul at AWD he explained the delay, and took it upon himself to investigate for me. The next day he called me and had seen to it that everything was ready for despatch and sent out asap.

I had a query about a couple of the items, and it was nice to have someone to go to who already knew the details of my order. I was always responded to promptly (even though on the day they had email problems in the office) and I received follow up calls to ensure that I was happy right through until completion of the order.

After building my rig I had a technical query and was given swift and succinct advice from one of the technical guys, and told that if I ever have any questions or problems to just drop them a line.

Oh and one other small thing. Their telephone number is a local rate number and someone always picks up. Another similar company have a premium rate 0871 number and kept me holding for almost 20 minutes listening to automated messages which I find completely unacceptable.

In short, a great company, highly competitive pricing(I challenge you to find better elsewhere), and they are a good role model for how customer service should be done.

Good Price, Good Customer service, Small hickup.

(10th Aug 2012) Found this site thought google shopping, like the price's and the site looked clean and easy to understand. Ordered that day and paid for the 1-3 days DPD transport. Sadly on day 3 there was still no items. Called them right away, and got a helpful person from the sales team that looked into it for me. i was informed that they where really sorry that it had not been sent yet and that he would make sure it would be shipped overnight to me. Next day i opened my door to a DPD drive with my items. I would order from them again, but think they need a new boy in the warehouse.

Great Prices - Excellent Service - HAPPY !!

Found the product i was looking for via google shopping and AWD-IT were the cheapest. Item arrived the next day ahead of the eta. very happy and would deal with again.

AVOID!!!

I ordered a GTX 580 graphics card from them on 8th November and paid via Paypal. I contacted them via the online chat the next to check everything was OK only to be told the card was out of stock. The money has left my current account via paypal. I was told they would refund me immdediately. It is now 11th November and I still have not been refunded. I would never buy from them again.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought a PSU on January 10th. It was supposedly shipped on the 14th. I wasn't given a tracking code so when I still hadn't received it on the 23th I sent them an email asking for the tracking code. They responded on the 24th telling me that they had requested the code from Fedex (seemed strange!) and they would get back to me as soon as possible. Sent a new email on the 25th asking for news. Still haven't heard from them or received my order here on the 26th so now I've just sent them an email requesting my money back!

Unacceptable.

Bought a product, it was not what was shown, I complained and they wouldn't take it back, they argued saying it had had some "cosmetic changes" for 3 months, it was NOT what I saw and ordered, after three months they changed their statement to after 3 months they can't accept returns. In my opinion they just got rid of rubbish on me and didn't want it back.
