Absolutely brilliant: arrived next day (I'd paid for standard delivery), well packaged and love the item! E-mails sent for each step of the order and delivery process so you know exactly where your order is. Will definitely use Baby City again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I was looking for a gift. It was out of stock in John Lewis and ridiculous price on amazon and i have two days before i had to give it to my niece. I Googled the item and found this site. Not only was it in stock but cheaper than other places and it offered next day delivery. I went for it and very very pleased. Arrived next day (something amazon has failed at more than once this xmas!) was well packaged and just what i wanted. Couldn't ask for more. And my niece.s face when she saw it? As they say - priceless. Thank you babycity, i will use you again!

Would order again fast service

I order my nephew a rocker chair for Christmas baby city was the only place left with it in stock, which was great as it was £10 cheaper then any where else. I got told it would take 3-5 days to delivery and it only took 2 days :). Fast cheap service would 100% shop here again thanks

Quick delivery and have got what you want

The items came the next day, most of the other sites did not sell the item I wanted , places like mother are and boots do not sell them. I am glad I found this site and will use it again.

Ordered some cupboard latches that seemeed to be sold out in the three supermarkets that I actually physically visited off of babycity.co.uk and they arrived very promptly. The price and packaging were excellent and my only grumble would be the delivery cost but that minor niggle aside, I'll be using them again.

Great service

Item I ordered was out of stock but I was kept informed of when stock would be in, I received my parcel, very well packaged a few days later.

Superfast (next day) delivery of a very nice product.

I was surprised to get it so fast. The BabyChef yogurt maker works very well.
As with all yogurt makers you will also have to buy either a small pot of live yogurt or some dried yogurt starter (very expensive) to make your first batch.

I think the Alphabet Soup bedding is discontinued. Babycity had the best price and delivered my purchase quickly. I would use them again. Thanks Babycity!

I was very happy with the baby bedding that I ordered, it was bright, colourful and perfect for our nursery. I was kept up to date with the position of the delivery, even receiving a text with expected date (with easy options to change) and then a text in the day telling me the hour in which they'd be here, perfect! Great Mickey Mouse Toy

I could not find this toy any cheaper than on Babycity and although it was my first time ordering with them I took the chance. I was not disappointed as it was exceptionally fast delivery and the packaging was perfect. I will definitely use Babycity again.

I was looking all over the internet for a baby bath, a good quality one, and i was disappointed not to find any. Babycity had exactly what i was looking for, the bath is amazing, very usefull, is just that my baby is to small to enjoy a proper bath. I recommend this site for the unique quality brands hard to find in UK

Can be trusted to deliver a quality service!

I ordered a Cosetto Baby Changer on a Wednesday evening and true to their word, as it was delivered after 3pm that day, it got delivered on the Friday. I did have to call up a couple of times just to make sure it was going to be delivered on the Friday as the website information showed delivery on a Saturday, however the lady I spoke to was very helpful and promised that the order would be dispatched that day.

The delivery partners, DPD, also were very comunicative with texts, detailing when, it would be delivered and on the day of delivery, the hour slot when it would be delivered.

Overall a very pleasant shopping experience with quick turnaround, would definitely use again and I can recommend with confidence.

Gorgeous dolls bought for a present, perfect, I would buy these again for others I even want one and I'm 42!

I searched for the perfect present to take to Australia, for four little girls and these Aurora dolls caught
my eye, when they arrived I was delighted they are perfect and the girls ages vary from birth to 5 and these suit all, fantastic I will purchase these again! Thank you I can't wait to give these gorgeous dolls as presents!

I ordered an item to France. The website was well designed to handle foreign information and credit cards (sadly this is not always a given). The item was also here the next day which was quite impressive. I would, however, have liked an option to pay a little less than 10 GBP for delivery and wait a few days longer.
