Baby curls is a great site with lots of offers on a range of baby products. It's free delivery and a very quick service. I ordered a grobag in the middle of the night, and it was here the next day!!! A very friendly service.

8 weeks ago I ordered 3 items from them. After some persistence they replied to my emails telling that my goods should arrive any time soon. This was 4 weeks ago.

Very pleasant transaction, good product.

Item got delivered very quickly. My baby loves playing on the mat, lots of different sound and texture, the toys come with the mat are just the right size for him to grab and hold. The mat is large and comfortable. It has been a very pleasant experience.

I wanted a Grobag for my grandson's imminent arrival and Babycurls had just what i was looking for at a very reasonable price with free delivery. It arrived in no time and was exactly what i wanted. Very impressed, i'd shop with Babycurls again and highly recommend them!

Product as advertised with fast and efficient service.

The product is great. I have a Phil and Teds buggy and didn't want to spend nearly £50 on a cosy toes, so the buggie snuggle was ideal. It is warm and seems to be hardwearing. My son gets in and out with his dirty shoes on and it is easily brished down.
The service from Babycurls was also really good and the product was delivered quickly and in mint condition.

Good overall but care to detail could be better.

Generally the service provided by babycurls is very good. The prices tend to be competitive and delivery of the items is prompt. I also think that offering free delivery is a very good service to its customers.

However, I do think that if they advertise a discount code this should be accurate and in my experience, it never is and final amounts charged to customers are not correct which is very misleading and frustrating.

I had never dealt with this firm before but ordered an item from them on the Monday night . My order was prosessed and they said I would receive an e-mail about delivery. The following day after not getting an e-mail I tried to get into my account that I had set up and couldnt find it, I went on the Babycurls site and went on to the contact part explaing my difficulty. A few minutes later I received an e-mail from them confirming my order and also the fact that I had spelt my e-mail address when I set up my account. My order had already been despatched and arrived the following day. I was very pleased with the item and the service I received I would definately use Babycurls again.

A caring company

I ordered a rabbit comforter which my grandaughter had lost. I found it very easily on the website and my order was posted and delivered within 3 days which was fantastic. Unfortunately the rabbit that was delivered was not the one I ordered I have returned it and am awaiting the arrival of the correct rabbit which i was informed by e mail would take 2 weeks. So far though the communication with the company has been a positive one they do seem to care about me as a customer which i appreciate.

The product I bought was cheaper on with Babycurls than anywhere else; I ordered it on Friday afternoon and it was delivered (free) on Monday morning.....can't fault them!

I have purchased from babycurls about 3 times now and wouldnt hesitate to do so again. Prices are very competitive and quality products. In fact for all the items purchased they were the cheapest i could find at the time taking into account the free delivery service they provide! Delivery was quick and contact from babycurls was excellent!

WHAT A DISGRACE

HAVING ORDERED FROM BABYCURLS BEFORE, A LITTLE SLOW BUT OK. NOW SAME PROBLEMS AS OTHERS. EMAILED TO SAY ITEM DISPATCHED (NOT CORRECT ITEM) THEN CHANGED MIND TO ON BACK ORDER FAILS TO MAKE CONTACT, PAID EXTRA FOR NEXT DAY COURIER, NOW BEEN OVER A WEEK. CANT BE BOTHERED TO DEAL WITH ME, DONT USE THEM!! ITS WORTHING PAYING A FEW POUNDS MORE AND ACTUALLY GETTING ITEM

I had ordered a grobag and a few other items, i found they had a lot of choices to choose from and was impressed with the site. What impressed me the most, was the fast delivery and that it was FREE!!! I would definitly recommend babycurls to all my friends and family!!

I have placed a few orders with babycurls.co.uk and have always been impressed by the service. Prices are always the cheapest i can find with free delivery on top.

I ordered a sleeping bag from baby curls and received regular e-mail updates letting me know when the order was processed and dispatched.

I placed my order on Tuesday evening choosing free delivery and received my parcel Friday.

Will definitely use again and would definitely recommend them!!

Can't fault them

I ordered a BuggySnuggle on a Wednesday (BabyCurls already had competitive prices, but having found a 10% discount code, nowhere was as cheap). As they were offering courier delivery for 99p I chose that, rather then risk Royal Mail with all the current strikes. I had an email to confirm the order, and another to confirm despatch. It arrived on the Friday, less than 48 hrs later. I have no qualms in recommending BabyCurls.

Good Service, Good Prices

I ordered through Babycurls as they seemed to be the cheapest on-line and offered free delivery.

I ordered a wheelybug for my daughters 2nd birthday and it arrived 3 days after ordering & my daughter loves it.

The wheelybugs are brilliant fun for the kids and would recoment them to all mums & dads :)
