Thank you for your review. Regarding the issues you have highlighted:

Cost of delivery- this was for an expedited delivery, as you needed it by 12.00 and is reflective of the cost that the courier company charges us. In any case you decided to come and collect it, which we were more than happy with.

Dimensions of the gift basket- we don't understand why this was an issue as these were given to you prior to you even placing the order with Rebecca. We did offer a larger basket at no extra cost to you.

Missing item- initially you were concerned that an item was missing because it could not be seen as the basket was wrapped and obscured by other items in the basket. When the order was repackaged(because you wanted a larger basket) you acknowledged the item was in fact in the basket originally, so we are not sure why you have made the point about a missing item?

We sell thousands of these products every year and very rarely have complaints but in any case as always if you are not happy with your order, you are more than welcome to return them to us for a full refund.

Thank you for your review. When you informed us that one item was missing from your order, we offered to send it out to you for free, but as you wanted it the next day on a Saturday Delivery this incurred an extra cost. When given the option to have it sent out with normal Royal Mail, you chose to pay for the faster delivery.

As per our emails to you, you placed the order at 16:04 on Monday afternoon, and chose the free delivery option which clearly states it is only suitable for parties over 2 weeks away, when your party was the coming weekend. We in fact sent it out to arrive within a week, which was faster than the delivery option chosen. As you did not pay for delivery, and did not tell us when your party was, we had no way of knowing when you needed it - had you provided us with this information we would have made every effort to get it to you on time.
