I was happy with the service from Back in Action but the seat of the Backfriend makes it very uncomfortable in the car, (which was our main reason for buying), or any other chair in the home that we tried it on. However, if you detach the back support from the seat it works well on its own in the car.
check the credit card details you give : if you make a typo their website doesn't tell you there is an error. I think they manually type the details in the next day and then leave you a message on a secure website to tell you rather than just phoning you up

I ordered my item about 9:30 on a Thursday evening, I had a phone call 9am Friday as I had made an error on my order, and then my item was delivered by 10:30 Monday morning. The staff were really polite and efficient. I am also really impressed with the quality posture pack that I bought. Initially it took me ages to decide on what posture pack to buy and where from - this was the most expensive but we are so happy with it as it is so compact and useful and should last through my sons school years, so well worth it and our son loves it, very comfortable for him and helping him sit up whilst writing.
Everything arrived quick and in excellent condition! I would completely recommend the place!
My mrs can be hard to please and if she didn't get on with the besafe belt it would go out of the window, but she has found it comfortable and is happy with its quality. It gives comfort and extra safety, which is why I bought it. My only criticism, is that it does seem a little expensive for what it is, but the price is competitive against other retailers.
I have order various things from the Stokke range through Back in Action, as they respond to questions promptly, price match to other deals, are very quick to get the orders out and have really good stock levels so you are not kept waiting.

Well all I can say is that I received a phone call from the MD regarding my review. Finally a company that hears their customers rather than paying them lip service! I can highly recommend this company as all issues have been resolved in less than 48 hours. The conversation was followed up by an email to confirm all areas discussed.
I must also add that the original customer service from Abbey was pleasant and informative. All you could need.
Original Review - Ordered a Stokke blanket but needed to add an item same day which would have meant no postage. I did not have to pay for the second item but would have been nice to offer the postage back for the first item. Arranged delivery for the Wednesday of the second item....good...however wrong item delivered although correctly invoiced. Meant my wife had to go down to the store today to exchange but the item was not in stock. Should be delivered tomorrow. No postage to pay so that is a bonus.

We have bought all the Stokke kit for our newborn baby and absolutely love all of it. The sleepi cot, baby carrier and Tripp Trapp chair are all very stylish and highly functional. The service provider by Back in Action was superb. The best prices we could find and free next day delivery. Their site is informative and ordering made very easy. I would recommend Back in Action to anyone looking to purchase Stokke products.
Ordered & delivered within 2 working days which was excellent however communication could have been better.
Most companies offer delivery tracking services which are particularly useful with large items. Unfortunately there was no tracking option so I didn't know when the parcel was being delivered.
I therefore missed it & had to reschedule an alternative date which is a little inconvenient.
Product and price great but I wasn't sure when it was going to appear, more info on this would have been great.
I have only used Back in Action half a dozen times, but the service has always been faultless

After weeks of looking at the Stokke Tripp Trapp high chairs for our 6 month old twins we found that Back in Action offered the best price and so decided to order 2 in the Whitewash colour. Fantastic speedy delivery - they arrived the next day - although when I opened them I realised that I did not like the colour (my fault entirely!). When I called Back in Action to ask if it would be possible to exchange the 2 chairs for the White colour they were very happy to exchange and the new ones were delivered again very quickly. The customer service and communication was second to none, the prices extremely competative and I am really pleased with our purchases. Nothing was too much trouble I would definately use again and would recommend to others. A huge Thank You!
Prompt service and outstanding assistance. When delivered, we were told that the delivery company would email us with the time they would deliver - sadly, this did not happen and we happen to be out during the hour window. We rescheduled, the delivery came the next day and later that night, we got an email with the time for the delivery, after it was delivered - oops. This is not a Back in Action issue though.
All I can say that Back in Action are fantastic - would recommend them anytime!
Very new to buying products over the internet for babies & young children but have been very impressed with the service received from Back in Action. Knowledgeable & extremely responsive staff would encourage me to buy again, should I need to. Delivery excellent and when promised, which is really important when lives are so busy. Stokke Handysitt tried & tested by 10 month Georgina over the Easter weekend - marvellous!
Excellent service, the items arrived promptly and well packaged and were of the quality expected. The only peculiar thing was that on the invoice enclosed with the items was a figure of £12.00. I knew that this was not the correct price and when I consulted my card account it showed that they had cost £53.00. This was confusing and the only weak point of the transaction. However, it was the correct price but why was it not put on the invoice which I received?
Ordered a Tripp Trapp highchair...best price I could find was with backinaction. The service was great & the chair was with me the next morning. Very impressed & will be using the website again & again I'm sure..
I ordered the sit fit online and it arrived quickly, however, i could not find the pin for the pump. i emailed the company which they did not receive, but when I posted the issue on here, they quickly contacted me and were very helpful. The sitfit is comfortable and really makes a difference when sitting on hard chairs, or when sitting for long periods of time.

I purchased the Balan Kneeling Chair, which does the trick perfectly. It arrived promptly. However, the wrong part was supplied, not enabling me to fit the back extension. Back in Action though very quickly supplied the replacement part, which works perfectly.
I tried calling several companies including Kiddicare & Mothercare for advice on the Tripp Trapp highchair. Both CSR Agents were of Asian origin & I could not understand a word they were talking about, so I hung up The product knowledge of Back In Action as well as speaking the Queens English in a clear & concise manner swayed my decision & I placed & order there & then, feeling comfortable in knowledgeable hands. A superior service which I will use again. My only gripe is the courier did not text a 1 hour delivery window which was promised.
