I ordered a new Fear Factory hoodie before xmas, this took a while to arrive but I understood the wait times before ordering. When the hoodie came it looked nothing like the picture that led me to order, it's grey rather than black, it looks faded. (it's meant to be black and not grey BTW) the print on the front is way off centre and doesn't line up with the zip. It's pure tat and I could have bought better from people hawking knocked-off merch on the street outside a gig!
I emailed customer support and asked if they could check if there's a faulty batch of orders, they said no "Sorry, I’m afraid this batch will all be similar."
Do these people expect paying customers to return and spend more money with them with that kind of dismissive and apathetic attitude? I know printing can be a bit of a black art but have some quality control to at least some degree people!
I'm tweeting FF to let them know that BSI are letting them and their fans down.

I ordered a Cher Lloyd t-shirt and calendar a couple months ago, they both arrived promptly and in great shape. Unfortunately, a couple days later I noticed that the seem in the underarm of the shirt was coming apart. I sent them a quick email and they replied quickly and professionally. They told me a new shirt would be in the mail right away. I was very impressed by how they handled the situation. I will definitely order from here again.
Their website was easy to navigate and ordering was painless. Since I'm located in the USA I expected a two week delivery time. Not so, barely a week went by and I had my products! Everything was very well packaged and arrived in perfect shape! What can I say, I stupidly hit the enter button twice and managed to order two Wu Tang Clan hoodies for my son. Not only were the hoodies shipped from the States to the UK in double quick time, I also had a very helpful email from the customer service centre explaining the process to return one of the hoodies. The hoodie arrived, size is good, fabric is soft and good quality, my son is very happy. I returned the hoodie as directed and to my utter surprise received an email advising me it had been received and my money refunded in under 48 hours (just to explain I sent it on a Saturday, they must have emailed me first thing Monday morning, utterly brilliant service). Really cant complain about the service, everything has been fab. Would definitely use this website/merchant again.

I ordered a vintage Whitesnake t shirt i just had to have. I was desperate for it of course haha. im not sure how long it took to arrive. probably about 10 or 12 days. Backstreetmerch emailed me about 4 times to keep me up to date and assuring me i would get my shirt asap. 10 out of 10 brilliant service, and quality clothing. I am now wearing my t shirt as i write this, and very happy. when the weather turns a little warmer, i want a few more Rock T shirts, and i will be ordering with Backstreetmerch for sure.

I ordered a gift for a friend from backstreetmerch. The order confirmation advised that it could take between 2-18 days for the item to be delivered.
I e-mailed customer services advising that this was a gift and that 18 days would be after my friends birthday. I received a response within 10 minutes advising that this would be sent that day 1st class. The gift was delivered the following day.

I have to give Backstreet merch props for the amazing service and product coming from overseas. I ordered 2 shirts that were only released overseas. I thought that this would be an issue, but Backstreet Merch had both shirts at a great price and the shipping was as quick as you could get coming from England. I pretty much thought of myself as another annoying complaint and story, but David S. from Backstreet Merch looked a little further and made my whole year. Story goes, concert T was stolen from me and come to find out it was not for sale anywhere but at the venues they arrived at. I thought I was out of luck but found contact info from the internet. This was a far reach to get ahold of this T, but David S. replied back a few times with ideas on how to find it... His effort has led me to get my T-shirt back within weeks... I was floored, this stuff doesnt happen ever. From what David showed me, I would feel this company would show the same service in any situation!

This is the second time I've used Backstreetmerch for purchases. This first time went just fine. This past order, in December, was for two items. The first arrived well before the expected date, which was great--it was a Christmas present. The second item did not arrive. When I checked with Backstreetmerch, they had a bit of trouble tracking my full order. We corresponded via e-mail and they were always very prompt and helpful in their response. As my item never arrived, they quickly sent out a new one, which came within a week. The prompt, courteous replies and service was very much appreciated. Even though there was a glitch in shipping, the problem was resolved quickly and with positive assistance. I would not hesitate to use Backstreetmerch again! It isn't often that I don't have to complain about online shopping. Where's my order? No I don't have it yet! I know it's only a month late! Yet with backstreetmerch I've never once had to use any of those or any other complaint! It's quite refreshing and nice to be able to actually compliment great customer service for once. I order and pay, I get an order confirmation and receipt almost immediately. When my order is ready I get a dispatch notice and I get my order! Even if there is something in my order they can not dispatch for any reason, I get information about any delay, the offer of an alternative item or a refund! Just the e-mail updates on my orders status is more than most companies offer. The times I have had to use the 3 examples of complaint/statements I have mentioned, that has always been when I have had to contact someone to chase up an order, usually after an hour or so tracking down who exactly it is you need to complain too!
Not with Backstreetmerch! They send you all you need in their excellent customer service updates. The quality and excellent value of their merchandise also ensures that I will be a great customer, okay brilliant customer! As long as they keep doing what they do!

Ich habe über den Merchandise-Shop von Within Temptation zwei Artikel
geordert. Bei einer meiner Lieblingsbands machte ich mir einfach keine Sorgen.
Ich konnte im Shop allerdings nur per Kreditkarte zahlen, Überweisungen per BIC und IBAN waren aus dem Ausland nicht möglich.
Da ich schon Dinge wie Kakteensamen oder Parfüm aus den Niederlanden gekauft hatte, wußte ich um die übliche Versandzeit.
Um den 6. November hatte ich bestellt, und ich hatte meine Zweifel ob die Shirts rechtzeitig zum Konzert am 21.11. da wären.
Aber ich wurde nicht enttäuscht!
Und was ich vorher nicht wusste (vielleicht nur nicht gesehen hatte), war, dass die Lieferung aus dem vereinigten Königreich kam!
Auch die Qualität ist klasse, u.a. wird Material von Fruit of the Loom verwendet.
Die Drucke sehen 1a aus, und halten in der Wäsche tapfer durch.
Im Gegensatz zu den Lieferungen anderer Bewerter hier, mussten die Sachen erst zu mir über den Kanal!
Also ich kann mich absolut nicht beschweren!
Alles war klasse, und ich komme gerne wieder :-)

I've ordered quite a few times at BSI Merch, since Within Temptation has gone UK with their merch company.
I've had almost no problems in the beginning with ordering via BSI, only a bit delay with my ordered items, but thats not a big point of negativity.
A few months the trouble with BSI Merch started. I've ordered two mugs, and after 2 weeks of shipping I still didn't receive them. I mailed BSI Merch at least three times, no reply.
After 3 weeks I decided to send them another email. I had to wait almost another week again, but they finally replied for the first time. I had to confirm my shipping address to them, and after a few days I received an email that everything was correct, I just needed to wait another 2-4 weeks, if the mugs were still not in by then, I had to contact them again.
After more than 4 weeks of shipping, I finally received my mugs...
Next problem, I've ordered a poster on BSI Merch, and after a month that poster wasn't shipped at all. After sending over 5 emails to them, I decided to send them another email. After half a week I suddenly received an e-mail back with screenshots of my orders, and that they've been shipped for quite a few days already. But these were for my OTHER items, and NOT the poster.
So I mailed again.. When this other poster will be shipped - guess - no reply again.
After waiting more than a month, the poster finally got shipped.
Next to a terrible customers service, BSI Merch is also having ridiculous high shipping costs. For a normal poster to The Netherlands you pay 3,50€, but for another poster (art print, also rolled in a tube - maybe a bit more weight) you pay 6,50€ MORE -with a total of 10,00€! Only for shipping!
You also barely get an email confirmation when your items are shipped, very annoying, but when you get it the info in it isn't right. Since they say 2-6 days shipping to UK & EU. And no, thats not, and you could've read above.
Yes, there is some positivity - thats why they get more as 1 star, but more negativity. Such a shame, since you are such a fragile company as merch store.. Everything is about you and your customers. No customers is.. No company!
