Life-changing chair!
Great communication regarding delivery; delivered as promised when promised, and the chairs are already proving to be an absolute godsend for we chronic lumbar sufferers in the office. Quite a big investment for our small company, but I have no doubt will pay for themselves pretty quickly in person-hours saved now we don't have to spend half the day lying flat on the floor!

Phenomenal Customer Service !
Having located a specific chair that a colleague required urgnetly, I used Google and came across this company. I found the website really intuitive. a good search capability and made contact with BadBackChairs. I couldn't have asked for any better service.
The responsiveness was extremely efficient, the staff were all very personable, helpful and very easy to deal with. The item was ordered and delivered in very quick timescales - which was what had been promised by the company.
I definately reccommend this company - and have already started spreading the word.

Great service
Got a ACT005 chair and am very happy with it. Used the trial period and Stuart was very happy to let me have it for a few weeks as it took some time for back to adjust. There has defintely been an improvement in my back using the new chair and can't find fault with it at all. Great chair and great service :)

Excellant chair.
I was impressed with the knowledge and helpfullness of their staff. I used the try before you buy service and was able to get the material and colour that I wanted. Easy to assemble chair when it arrived and very impressed with quality of chair and multipule adjustment positions. It was so good that I have kept it. Only issue I had was delivery. I was advised that the courier could not deliver on arranged date but it come a few days later, which was not a real problem.

Worth the expense
As a private purchaser for home use I thought the prices would be beyond my pocket. I had been suffering back pain whilst using a basic wooden chair at my computer. For that reason I wanted something more than the cheap non adjustable chairs on the market. I took advantage of their ex display list, and managed to bag a top quality chair at an affordable price. As described, the chair was in saleroom condition. It arrived the day after it was ordered. Although there were no assembly instructions, it was a straightforward enough task to put tit ogether. Very happy with the chair; very happy with the service.

An excellent chair - I wish I'd bought one years ago.
I have had back problems on and off for years but a recent sciatica problem made me realise that it was essential for me to replace my old office chair, which was almost certainly exacerbating the problem, if not causing it. I did a lot of research and decided on Badbackchairs, mainly because the video on the website convinced me that there were enough adjustments for me to be able to customise it to my needs. The chair arrived on time and was all I expected it to be - it provides excellent back support and is very comfortable. My only problem was that as I'm quite short and my office table is rather high I needed to use the chair in conjunction with a footrest - a cheaper option than a new table. Perhaps Badbackchairs could provide footrests as optional extras? However, this is a minor quibble and overall I think this was an excellent purchase.

Reliable, helpful and excellent service

Try before you buy option is excellent
I was lucky enough to able to take up the try before you buy option on the chair I was intrested in. The time and care taken by the staff at Badbackchairs meant that the chair I was choosing was likely to be the one for me. For instance, it was suggested, because of my height, I should have a short stem. The chair I had was adjustable in just about any way you might want.
The chair comes pre-assembled, all you have to do is place the chair section onto it's base and the chair is ready to use.
There is a link to an online video link to help you set the chair up correctly.
All in all, very helpful and ordering is easy.

The whole process was painless. Easy ordering on line, good communication once the order was placed to keep me informed and the chair was delivered on exactly the day they said it would be when I placed the order.
I have only had the chair itself a few days but it seems very comfortable and my back ache is beginning to subside so that looks promising too!

Stuart Ferguson was extremely thorough and totally objective in helping me to find the chair for my home office which best suited my requirements around price, comfort, functionality and style. Chairs for tall people, no problem!
I am quite tall and so it is usually quite difficult to obtain a suitable office chair for myself which is comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. I normally just have to put up with whatever chair is available and find that I suffer with back pain and leg cramps as a result. However, this has all disappeared since contacting badbackchairs.co.uk. I discussed my problem with Stuart and he immediately understood my situation. He was very knowledgeable of his products and of the type of chair that I needed and helped me to choose a chair that was suitable for me. He even let me try it before I actually purchased it, just to make sure that I was happy with it. I love my new chair; I no longer suffer with back pain and leg cramps.
