I asked for the delivery to be delayed as I would not be home. Got an email to confirm when I would like delivery to take place, and it then arrive exactly as requested.
I've already got a health back bag, so this was a second. just as pleased with this one.

My purchase was just as described. I was so pleased to be able to get the same purse that i had bought in a shop in scotland several years ago. By seeing the name inside of the purse I looked it up on google and found yourselves. Ordered it the same day and it was with me the following day.

I have just returned to motorcycling after a significant number of years. My problem is that these days I need to wear a suit in work so I searched the internet to find a good suit carrier/rucksack. Having identified the bag I needed to find a fast and reliable company to deliver it. Bagsdirect did all of this and at a price that pleased too.

The wife and I needed a couple of carry on bags which would not fall foul of Ryanair's draconian rules and regs. I didn't see a need for a wheeled case for a 10 kgs weight limit, then Cabin Zero backpacks caught my eye, they are so light, and sized at 55x40x20 were ideal for our week in Malta. They slip easily onto our backs, sit comfortably high and the shoulder straps are well padded. The built in Otoban tracking tags are also reassuring in case of loss. Great product!
I ordered two bags the same as they are of good quality and last quite a long time. They arrived very quickly and in good order. I would recommend this company and would definitely recommend Kipling bags.
I ordered a bag one evening and received text saying it was on its way just over a day later. Unusually, the text also gave details of how to change the delivery if the day wasn't convenient.
A later text gave me a delivery time in a 1-hour slot.
The bag was delivered on time as stated - a very effective operation!

We bought 2 Antler New Urbanite II Mega Double Decker through Bagsdirect.com and found their pricing competitive. We placed the order online with an Estimated Delivery Date 16th April 2013 - 24th April 2013. On the same day we received the following message "I am sorry but there will be a delay with your order, Antler cannot send anything out to me until Thursday this week, they will arrive with me hopefully Tuesday. Is this going to be ok for you? I will send them straight out via 24 courier to you as soon as they get to me". We thought this was a very USEFUL message and replied no problem as we did not need the bags immediately as our trip was in May. The bags were delivered on Monday 22nd April by a DPD driver which was earlier than mentioned in the email. All in all a good experience.
Having made my intial order, I was contacted by the Customer Services team to say that my chosen model had been discontinued and that they had a new model that was more expensive, that they were willing to offer at the same price. I accepted, and it arrived as per the original order timeline. Excellent.
I received an text message to say that my bag would be delivered on a certain day and took time off work. While I was waiting in I received another message to say the bag would be delivered on the following day meaning furtear time off work. This cost me more than the internet price saving.
To make matters worse one of the bags had a faulty zip which I only discovered the day before I went on holiday when I unwrapped it. That's a lesson for the future!
Ordered solid cases good quality key and combination only one prob one came with no keys ordered 2 key from other fit but I rang them up they said sorry. They sent 3 keys out next day sorted will use bags direct again would defiantly recommend
I ordered the i-stay Non Slip Bag Strap. I've had the strap for a couple of months now and am very happy with it. It works as intended: bag stays on shoulder, solves problem of bag slipping off shoulder while walking, which always happened with other straps. My bag with laptop, files, etc is 7+ kg and the strap is fine with this weight. Also very quick delivery from bagsdirect (next day iirc). Great product, great service.
Apparently fly order was cancelled but the company did NOT bother to communicate this to me... I only know because my bank told me I'd received a refund.... I have never known an Internet company to bit communicate at all...appalling! I will never use them again.
Fantastic service and value for money. I dreaded waiting in for yet another parcel but was pleasantly surprised when I had an email notifying me of the delivery date! If the date wasn't suitable I could press 'leave with a neighbour' or 'reschedule' The next morning I had a text to tell me my parcel would be here between 11.31 and 12.31. Yeah right I thought.....but at 11.35 my parcel was delivered :) I'm sure my daughter will love her bag but me.....I'm bowled over with the whole service/delivery thing because in this day and age there just isn't any to talk about. But this impressed me beyond
Bags direct refused my 5% cashback scheme, then dropped the price of my goods by 10% soon after my purchase. Okay I know it's buyer beware over the price you pay, but the bad taste it leaves means I will not be using them again.
