really disappointed

After a good first experience the second was full of issues. I run community events and as such this looked like a great place to get things for it. After several attempts at trying to book things on online and the system crashing I gave up and called. The operator who dealt with my call was nothing short of appalling. She clearly wanted to be doing anything else she rushed through it, did not answer my queries and I had to clarify things several times myself. She clearly did not listen as delivery details on email receipt were incorrect. Having called again to fix it the package arrived at my office but addressed to someone else who also orders from there. She had to open my private invoices to see what the problem was. Not good!

To top it off no response was received whatsoever to my complaint. As well as this the coconut shy i ordered which was very expensive is so small when you put in the ground is not really worth it! I am likely to think again before shopping here again.
