Excellent service, excellent price, will use again
Just bought an AOC I2757FH 27" computer monitor and found Ballicom had the most competitive price around. Bought and paid for next day delivery and it arrived to my work address nice and early the following morning. I did call their sales team and they answered the phone quickly and soon answered my query about whether they'd deliver to my work address (which they did)
The whole experience was pain free and I'll certainly look at using them again for furture purchases.

Just what was needed
I have to say that this was the product was exactly as required: however it was a pity that I found the item half way down the garden path and the next day a note from the carrier lying on the drive in to the garage. Something better is needed from the carrier.

Impressive graphics from an impressive supplier
I recently bought a KFA2 Nvidia GTX660 graphics card. I did my research and decided that on performance this card was close enough to everything else out there in practical terms so as not to notice any difference in use unless you were comparing on a bench. These guys had the right price point, really competitive, in fact amazing for this level of card and the web site said they had been around for a while (years) so I knew they were likely to be reliable. Order placed without a hitch, very good communication all the way down the line and startlingly quick delivery (this is a free delivery), I mean really fast, a day or so. Very well packaged and exactly as described. One of the most satisfying buying experiences I have had for a long time, really exceptional. Great price, great product, great comms. The card works like it should and has delivered much satisfaction. I will definitely return when I need something else.

Brilliant memory at a good price
Purchased the memory to use in a system I was building , It was a best buy in a pc magazine . It looks good it performs well and my computer rates it 7.7 out of a maximum of 7.9 almost perfect score nuff said To buy anything better you are looking at a lot of pennies . This will suffice for anything you want to run Games-Programs Etc It is brilliant DENNIS

Very good service
I recently bought a 4-port dual Starview KVM switch from Ballicom which arrived promptly. After connecting it I discovered one port did not work and went through diagnostics with the Starview online help service who agreed it was defective. I returned it to Ballicom and they replaced it immediately with one that works very well. In my experience the measure of a good online supplier is what they do when things go wrong and for that Ballicom get full marks from me.

Head and shoulders above the rest
Bought a E-VGA Geforce GT 610 graphics from Ballicom through Ebay by buying one that they had listed on their account.
It arrived promptly and after a few minor issues on my part, I got it running alongside my HD audio, and it now means my gaming experience has been enriched and will play higher spec games a bit more comfortably (but just need more memory to make it even better but Crucial will help me with that....)
Couldnt recommend Ballicom highly enough.... totally awesome from start to finish and all their parts are reasonably priced too. :)

The first earphones ordered, arrived very quickly, but unfortunately were faulty, after contacting customer services, they arranged a replacement set to be dispatched, which also arrived very quickly, without any quibble.

Ballicom full marks but courier = fail bigtime
The Ballicom website was easy to navigate and I was very pleased to find exactly the ultrabook that I wanted at a very competitive price; plus an optical disk drive to match. However, having organised a redelivery (incidentally, little ability to choose dates and times) the courier delivered only the ODD. Ballicom managed to get hold of the couriers late on Friday afternoon and they promised to deliver the computer on the next morning i.e. Saturday. It didn't turn up. I had then wasted a day and a half of my time - for nothing. There is no way of complaining after midday on a weekend to the couriers, other than by logging a complaint through their sales enquiry route. This I did then copied it to Ballicom. I contacted the firm again the following Monday, Barsha handled my enquiries efficiently and communicated really well. The re re-delivery actually worked. Excellent products, easy to set up too. Awful couriers, I would replace them e.g. with DPD who send texts so you can manage delivery times conveniently.

Thank you for your constructive feedback. Upon looking into your order, we can see that the courier used was UK Mail. We also have a record of the complaint that you made directly to them. With this sort of information, we can actively attempt to correct areas where our couriers have let us down. At this point, we have escalated your complaint to our Regional Manager at UK Mail to not only look into why the laptop was delivered late, but also why the consignments were split up in the way that they were. The issue will also be raised internally.

Have not yet set up TV but ordered and was delivered FREE the next day, can't ask for better than that. When I had a problem with paying I was able to speak to a real human being who was very helpful & made me more confident dealing with this company as ordering on internet is always a bit of a gamble. Speedy Delivery and Cheap Prices
Bought a Samsung TV from them when all local shops have them on back order or over £50 more. I used the free delivery option, expecting the TV in around 7 days. It arrived here in 3 days, after being told via email it was on its way. Pleasantly surprised. Good service.

Brilliant Service
Ordered HP DL380 Gen8 server and disks last week - really good price for that model!
The order was placed close to the next day delivery cut-off time, so I phoned and asked for the confirmation. Five minutes after received an email that the server has already been dispatched. Amazing service!
