I've purchased a Graco Mirage Travel System on Monday, Oct 28, on Bambino Direct website. Right after placing the order, I've looked for some reviews online, just to make sure I could trust the company. The reviews I've read were scary, to say the least. People saying that the purchase hasn't arrived on time, or hasn't arrived at all; products were broken; packages were torn and filthy and loads of complaints about costumer service. Well, those people purchased over £600 worth of products. What would they do with mine, that was slightly under £100??? The order was placed and I had nothing else to do, but waiting. Well, yesterday, Oct 29, they sent me an e-mail, informing that the order was despatched and today, Oct 30, they have delivered, after sending an SMS with the estimated time (90 min after the SMS). The package was in perfect condition, as well as the products. It was a surprise, after all the bad reviews, but I think that was just a phase Bambino Direct was going through... I am very happy with my purchase, the first one for our first baby, and I will definitely go back and buy the other items I need from them.
